Skeletal staff after 5pm have to wait 20mns for plane side luggage. Staff unmotivated.

Nice airport, that is usually very clean with good ticket prices. Polite staff, and security is usually efficient. For a local its not bad at all, but the number of amenities inside are limited compared to many larger airports.

American Airlines is the best way to travel. LOL In my opinion! Smooth ride. Safe travel. Friendly flight attendants.

Decent food court in B terminal. Wide halls, but gates are a little on the small side. Bathroom was clean as was the terminal.

Horribly designed in every way conceivable. Parking is poor, the personnel affiliated with the airport aren't friendly, rude and disrespectful. Fly out of Dayton if possible where it's less expensive and you find a better class of airport employees. I'd give CVG zero stars if it were allowed but it's not.

I regularly fly out of CVG, and it's one of the best airports I've been in. On 10.8.19 I picked a friend up at the airport, and there has been some changes in the arrival and departure pick up area. Traffic lanes, are clearly marked, and it's now such a "breeze" to navigate. I always look forward to CVG especially when I fly away. Happy travels to everyone!

Easy airport. They seem to be trying hard to accommodate during the pandemic. No issues I can note and I travel through there every week. Keep up the good work!

Please be aware that TSA closes at 9:00 PM. If you take a red eye, you better get to TSA before 9:00 PM, otherwise you will miss your flight!
Unfortunately, you may need to get to the airport 3-4 hours before your flight.

Good Airport, had no trouble finding my way around.

My Dad is handicapped and the guy that was pushing him did not stop at the airport doors he push my father all the way to the car in the parking lot so five stars to Cincinnati Airport

Easy arrivals and departures, despite the construction. Don t speed on airport property or you will get a ticket. Trust me.

I think this airport was a nice, clean and spotless in approximately every place in the airport. I came here in early June, and it was a good airport. But the commute from Downtown Cincinnati to the airport was nearly 30 minutes. Not a convenient place in terms of travel times. But the airport is easy to navigate in terminals. But to travel from security to gate, you have to use a train that takes you there. Or walk about 5-10 minutes to your gate. I wish after security you could go direct to your gate. But I liked how there were enough food options in my terminal. We flew with American Airlines, and of course my flight was delayed, it was delayed 90 minutes but I think there were plenty of power sockets and chairs, big windows and people movers to your convenience. However, some are under construction. Overall, a decently sized, and efficient airport.

I fly out of CVG multiple times per year. Thanks to their amazing team, my home airport remains my favorite airport. I also love the airplane viewing area, though I wish there was a little restauraunt/cafe with an viewing area on a second level. I'm always there on my lunch breaks, so that would be super convenient. Plus it would bring in more money for the airport.

It is a nice small airport. Great for plane watching and a number of interesting historical displays. The food options are decent.

Its ok... airports design kinda sucks. It's long n straight so a lot of walking, tho they do have trams. Entirely functional air port

Nice airport. The only complaint would be they seem to consistently have issues with baggage claim turnstile 4 being extremely slow getting bags cycled through. Has been a problem for quite some time

I honestly had a terrible experience more to do with American Airlines rather than the actual airport. Id definitely give it 5 stars due to the staff. A few night crew conquest guys helped me out tremendously and i really appreciate it. My flight got cancelled so i was just trying to lay down and sleep and my ear bud came off of my headphones and got stuck in my ear(i was extremely embarrassed). Ems wanted to take me to the hospital but rick, Ed, and Steve helped me get it out. They went to Kroger and got tweezers and pulled it out for me. I appreciate them so much. Thanks guys!

If you are waiting to pickup a person there are nasty port-o-lets and they are Not handicapped accessible. The wi-fi has poor signal strength and no 5g cell signal.

Got my ticket made it to gate in 15 min super fast !! It's very clean and everyone was wearing a facemask ! I would definitely recommend flying out of Cincinnati

CVG has been dramatically improving in the past decade. Improved technology, expanded carriers and flight options AND consistently rated one of the best airports in America. Keep up the good work!

It's the first time I have my worst experience even in an airport!!! After the check, they take 4 or 5 bottles of my basic needs like my deodorant and make up, because I don't want to pay for extra $25 for the check bag. And if i pay this time, i might pay for other times too!!!It's my spring break vacation, and this airport give me the worst experience ever!!!

1 nonstop flight to Arizona, 2 customer service representatives, 2 supervisors, 6 flight delays, 3 terminals, 2 planes, 1 $12 food voucher and 13 hours later.We avoided flying Frontier and decided to "upgrade" to American Airlines. What a joke. American Airlines made this airport look like a complete joke.

There is no public transportation at this airport and the hotel shuttle buses stop at 22:00. The is no place to exchange currency except for inside security in the international terminal. There are vey few places to eat in the domestic terminal. The art work is nice, it is very clean and not crowded.

Very friendly staff and a great interfaith place to pray and meditate while waiting for flight to depart!

Food was over priced and under portioned but airport staff was helpful

Our flight are most times on schedule. I like that it is a smaller airport. Easy to get around. Food choices are good for a quick meal between flights.( We are not here for a 5 star gourmet meal) People are friendly and helpful. I will say when we book flights it's not peak hours so the airport is not crowded and most time wait times in line move faster.
You can't complain if you get to the airport 30 mins before your flight, wait in line for security, check your bag, and get something to eat and your yelling at staff because they need to hurry up because your planes about to leave!
Get there early!

Arrived on concourse B. A lot of the stores were closed at 1 pm on a Monday

flew with delta for the first time the plane already had an hour delay before even arriving to the airport we get on the plane start to take off then stop go into a big circle back to where we first boarded found out the issue they had before was still occurring they fix it the. try again but had the same problem . our arrival time was supposed to be around 6:30 but it is 6:23 and we are STILL sitting waiting for our plane to take off .

This airport is typically well managed, clean, and customer services is great depending on which restaurant or employee you encounter. No reason not to give this establishment 5 stars.

Check in was smooth and quick. Parking garage is a dreadful when looking for an open spot.
