I like that the airport is small. I can get away with getting to the airport late and still making my flight (most times)

We have wait on shuttle for 20 minutes to employees parking, going and coming

Clean inside,, flights offered from a variety of airlines, easy to reach location just south of the city, security usually moves pretty quickly.

Very friendly and quick to go from baggage to the terminal.

I usually love CVG i think its a beautiful airport but yesterday evening we had the worst experience. Not with security or anything. We visited the local to try and get a drink while waiting for a flight we were told they were closing but not politely,then we went to graeters and the girl working yelled "closed" twice and thats it. No hi how are you or anything. Then we went to stella artois/market and the bartender wouldnt serve us or the people behind us at 6:25 because she said they closed at 6:30 then we had one last shot at paradise and that lady blew her nose and actually picked her nose with the tissue and without washing her hands started checking people out.we got out of line but not a good experience at all!

It s cool, wish the Chick-fil-A was open but it is closed due to Covid

I frequently utilize this airport for business and family trips. Today was an exceptional example of the ease of service that CVG offers. Upon arriving after a short vacation to South Carolina our vehicle failed to start. My husband called the airport police and it only took a few minutes for help to arrive and lend a hand.

Loved it!!!Very clean, and the park was just awesome, my son had a great time,as so did me and my wife..Will be going back for sure..

I love this airport. Very classy and modern. People are laid back and not hassled.

Cvg has alwas been a nice airport. Easy to get around. The only down fall for me is they did away with the indoor smoking areas.

Been flying from CVG for past 8-9 years. Used to be awesome airport. Now Greed (for TSA-pre money) is hurting customer service!
Priority lane at TSA is removed, upon asking TSA they BLAMED it on CVG mgt. Delta blamed TSA. What a disgrace! We NEED priority lane back! It's same security with no extra cost to CVG and great convenience to frequent flyers.... it's a No-Brainer!!

Horrible area for arrival pickups. Absolute chaos, and has made no improvements over the years. Completely unorganized and inconvenient.

Great airport which I have been using for years, either to fly International or domestic. Very spacious, neat, courteous staff and quite prompt service. Recently, I flew Delta to Paris and the check in process was very smooth with the Delta ticketing Agent being very patient and understanding. I reached a bit late, than normally I do. Unfortunately, I had to switch some stuff from my bags to minimize or adjust the weight of the check in baggage upon arrival at the airport. The Agent advised me well enough and even provided tips to complete security check and then be at the boarding gate on time and well before departure.

Have some suggestions: Had a bit of bad treatment from one of the TSA personnel who spoke to me out of the way during the screening process. Besides, the airport could provide more seats at the Delta Boarding Gate for the departing passengers in Concourse B and maybe add a bit more options of food or shops, nearby.

Glad to know that CVG has a TripAdvisor shop within the terminal. Looking forward to more flight options, especially to India, Middle East or Asia, even Europe and consider airlines such as Air France, Qatar Airways, Lufthansa, Etihad or Emirates. Have been waiting for a long...long time! Could add other improvements such as entertainment for children and maybe even something for adults. I would still highly recommend CVG!

Very efficient TSA security. Have always left on time .

It's clean and people are friendly but it is in a straight line, so not very efficient.

They were excellent ,very helpful ,other airports could use a flight here to see what its like to have excellent service.

I've always had great experiences with CVG. The shuttle operates quickly, the airport is never crowded even during holiday season, and I wish every airport had the cubicles with outlets that anyone can use for free. There's one stationed at every gate and it's so practical and necessary. Wish I flew here more often.

I ve been standing, waiting for my luggage for almost an hour. Never again.

Just picked up my daughter returning from Myrtle Beach. No problem...no harrassment from security.

We were delayed with a one year old for a few hours at this airport. The play space is the WORST I've ever seen. Bright neon lighting, video games, an overhead video game projector that didn't work and projected "games" onto a dirty floor, and terrible loud music that is inappropriate for children. Clearly this space wasn't meant for small children like mine, but can anyone honestly think that playing video games is the best way for children to get out their energy before being cooped up in a plane? Other airports have things for children to run around and climb on that would be way cheaper to install then these video game things and better for everyone.

They are always willing to help give directions on how to get to your gate and which flight you are on.
Decent places to eat.
The place is always clean!

Lots of getting my steps in to get from security to gate. Plan accordingly.

Lots of construction outside the airport but once your in easy manuvering

It's way better than ATL, EWR, DFW. It'd be nice if it weren't so incredibly expensive.

If your leaving the airport in a ride share like Uber, Lyft, etc. CVG had made it as difficult as possible. 1st you have to go to Door 10 off baggage claim which is not well marked and is behind the direction of everyone else leaving the airport. Then the ride share lot is complete exposed. This is the Ohio Valley area, were winter is cold and rainy. Your basically kicked out in the cold to wait for you ride.

So simple to get through this airport. Love the art exhibits throughout and the walking escalators to help cut some steps. Still has that home town feel with people standing waiting for family, friends and military personnel arriving.

They made me miss my flight! They also had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave my dad behind. The next flight wasnt till 6 more hours!

Short lines to go through security, lots of food options, plugs and plenty of seating available at the gates.

Entrance to the terminal from Parking level B18 was awful! No elevator, no escalator, stairs blocked off. Poor signage to terminal entry. I'm a healthy, active person but anyone else would be hard pressed to get where they needed to go. I rarely post negative reviews. Won't make this choice over Louisville again

As much as CVG sucks regarding flight rates, the airport is really clean, small, efficient, and practically empty at all times. Perhaps thats a plus. The tram exists between 2 terminals, great for lazy people. The airport is also a nice exhibition hall for cincinnati university and local photography art pieces. Food options are meh, but there is free wifi and plenty of plugs and flights have always been on time.

It's hard not to like my home airport. Easy to get around, easy through security with TSA pre-check, and some decent restaurants if you're hungry...but could definitely use more variety. Parking is kinda expensive I think, but thankfully airfares here have come down a lot and I consider CVG to be a great place to fly out of on a budget.

We live in Cincinnati and purposely avoid international flights through CVG. Upon arrival from abroad, one has to claim their baggage, go through customs, then recheck your bags, then go through security again and then reclaim your checked bags. And all this after a long journey! It would also help if security were a little more friendly.

Has to be the slowest airport I've been to. The staff seems always displeased and angry. Sorry but maybe you should look for work elsewhere if you don't like it!

Small airport but very very comfortable. Fast checkin and onboarding thanks to its dimensions. Really simple to find everything you need internally: restrooms, car rental, shops, restaurants, gate, baggages. Very well connected with a lot of other airports. There are also a lot of things from the Cincinnati museum, as for examples dinosaurs! Suggested

I love CVG Airport. TSA is always quick and courteous. Salty about Delta leaving I'll miss flying nonstop to California and the spacious seats. I love the cell phone lot and always take advantage of it. I also noticed there's a Double Tree Hotel located practically a stones throw. I have a trip coming up next week with an early flight and may stay overnight there

Great airport. I love flying through here. America s quietest large airport.

I must say this review may be premature; however, access from the gate to the terminal was dismal. And access to the rental car facility even more dismal. We did see the rental car facility is under construction. If I have to ever return here after it's completed, I'll revise my rating.

It was horrible! I was going to work on a printer at 5/3 bank in the airport. Couldn't find how to get there because i couldn't go through security with my tools. Finally got to where i could be escorted to the location by going onto the tarmac.

Most horrible place in the world to wait for a flight to come in. One choice of food and that was Starbucks. No coffee and who in the hell wants to drink Starbuck. Cant even buy a glass of wine. To be such a big Airport it sure does stink. had to wait 2 extra hours because flight was delayed.

It's finally starting to come around. Been one of the highest price airports for far too long. Other than that it's not a bad place to depart.

I love the airport. Today it was very empty and there were no lines anywhere.

RIDICULOUS! 6:15 in the evening. The only 2 restaurants that are open close their kitchens at 6:15. At least 10 flights still to go out tonight. And the only shop with snacks and magazines and drinks closed at 6:30. This has nothing to do with COVID. It's laziness.

Hope you don't get a layover there, literally the dullest airport I've ever been to.

It's just large enough to handle a decent amount of people needing to fly. Always seems to be in a constant upgrade. With proper planning you can get from entrance to plane within 20 minutes. Highly suggest TSA precheck over Clear and remember to buy the food and drinks AFTER you pass the baggage inspection.

I've been to this airport a handful of times for connections. My last trip I left my cellphone at the airport and within a day and a half it was turned in and shipped to me by airport security. I am so thankful and 100% pleased with every aspect of my interaction with this airport.

Walk 25 minutes to rental car shuttle. Wait 15 mins for shuttle. Wait in line at rental counter for 25 mins. Fly into another airport if possible.

Flying into and out of the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, 2939 Terminal Dr, Hebron, KY 41048 is always easy and a treat compared to many other major airports. There are lots of shops and restaurants here at the airport to pass time between flights. Also the quality of the CVG free wireless internet is unbelievably fast.
