Clean, Delta terminals are very easy to access. Can't wait for all the restaurants be open up again.

Pretty big. First time flying from here. Pretty good experience. Security was a breeze. Boarded on time.

Low fares, easy parking in the garage. Very efficient to fly in and out of.

First time for me. BIG! Recommend using the train to get to and from the terminals. Glad to see power stations right at the seats! Should have taken a picture. A/C outlets AND USB outlets at each... just ensure the plug that powers the charging outlets is plugged in!

Oh! And enjoy the skeletons

PS Moms have a private place to nurse their little ones.

Decent airport.

Pretty small, making claiming baggage and getting checked in relatively quick and easy. Lady at the desk reminded us to take our cell phones, and despite a major delay, still took our bags and got them taken care of despite how early we were.

Security was one of the best I've been through. Straight and to the point, double line, and fast.

Parking lot has a shuttle to airport, which is different, but it runs fairly efficiently so wasn't to big of a deal.

Food options and stores pretty nice for such a small port, friendly staffs.

Baggage claim was pretty simple.

Returning to car upon return was a bit of a nightmare. Shuttles were really behind, lines long and crowded, singular, we ended up opting for an Uber, and though we paid a bit, we probably saved hours and our driver showed up before the first shuttle. That would be my only real complaint...

All in all, a pretty smooth and decent airport that I would defintely opt to fly in or out of, again.

Flight was totally cancelled. No refund on rental car and no offer for lodging!

Very, very frustrated. The most expensive airport in the country...and they still have not lowered their fees to be competitive. $500 from Dayton to LAX...vs. $1400 from CVG to LAX...not sure that is worth the direct vs. one-stop issue. The facility should be in top notch condition...no one is using it like 10 years ago...4 terminals open...it was crazy busy. Someone in management is NOT listening. The CVG airport has been on the downward slide for years.

Dayton, on the other hand, is so simple to get in and out of, simple to go thru the TSA (under 5 minutes), and gate access is easy. Clearly the better deal! Every CMH and Louisville makes sense to drive the 2 hours for a much less expensive flight.

Not against the CVG airport, just want them to be competitive so I can logically use their airport. Why is no one fixing this?

Baggage claim is slow. Allow 15 extra minutes. Otherwise a good experience.

I recently visited the Newport Aquarium and there was a give away on the levee. After snapping a photo and posting it to my instagram page i was signed up to win a echo dot. Super excited we went home only for me to get a call a few hours later saying that i had won, unfortunately that was 3 weeks ago and even though the rep assured me that she would be sending it out to me on Monday sept 11th it has still never made it..almost a month later. I am very angry about this and have made multiple calls regarding this situation, only to never have a call returned..not very good customer service. I will not be using ANY services through cvg as well as Amazon anymore due to this!!

When I went here to go to New York, the place was awesome. Security was nice, has a moving machine that you can use if you are in a hurry. All in all, AWESOME AIRPORT

Just landed here and the airport is empty, 1857 is a good time to be in the airport, don t know about check in or parking but the baggage area seems spacey and has some cool cars in it

Pretty crappy experience, my boyfriend and I drove about 1 hr 45 min from Louisville at 3am we grabbed breakfast and arrived to the airport around 6 but after struggling to figure out parking for a while we got to baggage check in to find out we were 10 min late to check in our baggage for our flight that left at 7. The woman was nice enough and I understand she was just trying to do her job and honestly I was overreacting and was very pissed off and acting mildly innapropriate when she said the next flight we can get on is at 6:30 pm instead and it would be an additional $75 per flyer to get on that flight. I've never flown before and booked this flight about 4-6 months in advanced and no where on my itinerary did it say anything about cut off time for checking in baggage being at 6:20 so now I'm out $150 for my vacation, I lost a day of vacation, I have to wait 10 hours for my flight and my boyfriends and i's seats aren't together. Very crappy experience pretty sure that 10 minutes we were late were wasted in line because we were in the lobby on time just seems ridiculous and like a ploy for more money. If this is such a strict policy as it seems it should be a lot clearer in confirmation emails, tickets, and itineraries. I appreciate the young woman working's patience w/ me and understanding of my frustrations I apologize for my reaction to the situation but at the same time American Airlines///cvg could do much better than this!!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Literally not a single word that any employee here has been accurate, I have been waiting on a single non-stop flight for hours now and the furniture is so uncomfortable that sleep is impossible. I wholeheartedly hate this airport. In response to the vague response that I did receive "working with your employees and tenants" in no way entails waiting until 5 minutes after boarding time to start to announce a delay, it also does not entail there being 3 different employees telling passengers 3 different gates for the same flight. If the airport cared at all about the real reason people are upset they would respond to the emails sent to them via the email included in their website.

Flying and the experience is often left to chance. There is nothing bad to say about this airport. It's clean, efficient, and normally on time.

Stayed here for a short layover. It is a very nice airport. Only thing is it could be a bit newer, but honestly didn't have enough experience with the airport to comment otherwise. No issues with using it as a layover with Delta.

Very clean and spacious. Only issue is that most of the stores are currently closed (most likely because of covid)

We were stuck on the tarmac for 15 minutes while they tried to fix the gate ramp before the switched our gate.

If you like sitting on a plane for a long time after arriving a your gate, CVG is for you! Been stuck at our gate for 20 minutes now and just heard it will be another 20 before we can get off the plane. Apparently, there is only one employee at CVG who can drive a jet bridge. Crazy. This is the second time we've had this same issue at CVG this year.

This is a wonderful airport, efficient design and layout. Security is a breeze. I see alot of folks complaining about the airport when it sounds more like an issue with an airline then the actual airport itself.
Airport right now has great museum exhibits throughout while the major Cincinnati Museum is under renovation.
Hope in the near future CVG can get Alaska Air service for West Coast or even Jet Blue for more East Coast coverage.

Small but easy to navigate. Generally friendly staff. Fair eating selection.

This is a small but very functional airport, all people are very friendly, probably because they don't have the stress that big airports handle. The selection of food and stores is not very large since it responds to its size. The bathrooms are quite clean and well maintained. So if you have to travel through this place you will have a comfortable transit

All the airport personal we're extremely helpful and courteous to me as I needed some handicap help. I did not ask for any help they were observant and came to me. Wonderful airport

A very simple airport for a state in the United States of America. My experience in this place was when I participated in the World Choir Games in Cincinnati in 2012. It was very memorable to be able to set foot here.

Easy freeway access. Quick check in and security clearance.

First time here! Amazed about the pre-historic skeletons along the corridor. Newly upgraded comfort rooms. Clean facilities. Various food to choose from. Wish my layovet was longet so I can say more.

Public safety officer at passenger pick up kept his flashlight on strobe and kept shining it in my eyes. Guessing it's some kind of inferiority complex, but it would be extremely dangerous if I was epileptic.

You have to shuttle to rental cars, up and down and all around to get to your gate. Not much to like.

Not a terrible airport, but I've had a lot of issues with delays flying out of here on several airlines.

They actually let you sit and wait on your passengers to arrive vs. making you go to the cell lot. This could change pot pandemic...but for now I'll take it!!

Have always hated this airport since Delta left. Have to pay 6 bucks to get into the smoking lounge and all you get is a free soft drink. There used to be a free one right by but it is gone. TSA lines have also dramatically increased.

Chill airport, no issues in my visit. I enjoyed the museum touches. Also, I have never seen a vending machine dispense fresh flowers, cool!

Great airport! Very nice and clean. Easy to navigate through and good variety of shops and restaurants.

Some soap dispensers not working in the restrooms .... not a good time for that to happen

Deltal airline staff was extremely helpful! They took very good care of me! I will travel with them again!

This is a small but clean airport. They had plenty of food options. The only issue was that during landing we had to wait for the parking equipment which are up the extra time we had from a shorter flight than elected.

Beautiful airport but because of Delta's move to Detroit has lost a large number of direct flights. Still remains extremely expensive to fly anywhere from here.

Small but easy in and out. Distance to gates is not acceptable for an airport that does not get much traffic.

I've traveled through so many airports and I'm always grateful for CVG. It's not congested, it's new and clean, traffic is never a problem, flight delays are minimal, it's very comfortable, parking and pickup is easy, and I always feel safe. I can't say that about hardly any other airport.

Parking lot extremely full and elevator out of service. Easy to navigate, but parking was an unexpected navigation. Allow time for that; otherwise great airport

I want to give a huge shout out to the CVG Airport. We flew to Orlando on Friday and we don t fly a lot so it is a very stressful awkward thing for us. My husband forgot his small pocket knife in his shaving kit he didn t want to throw it away so security walked him to the store so he could mail it to our house they instructed me since it was so close to our flight for me to take our things and go to our flight gate which was. 15 minute walk and my husband had put his wallet in the bags I took so he had no ID and you can t get back through without. Many phone calls and the patient TSA a guy talked me through coming back and he actually ran and personally walked him through so we would make our flight. This man which I didn t get his name but thank you. You turned a stressful event into a pleasure that even though you work long hard hours dealing with people that are rude and mean or just forget full and unknowing Of the process. STILL NICE PEOPLE OUT THERE!!!!!

The parking was a little bit interesting but once we parked, we passed through security and made it to our gate within 30 minutes! I guess we didn't need to arrive 2 hours early! I am not complaining!

The long term parking service isn't available on Donaldson street, and any airline advise the passengers. You lost time to go to normal parking in front all terminals.

I love reading the reviews. I'm certain many of the people making reviews don't fly much. CVG is not "small"; and the TSA lines are not long... maybe if you've never been to another airport. CVG rocks! It is one of many jewels in our crown in Cincinnati. We are lucky to have this asset. And with more flights and airlines added continually, and prices falling continuously, it just gets better and better. Keep up the great work CVG!

TSA went smoothly. Not a lot open on Concourse A but it suited our purposes.

Crazy long walk to the gates from the baggage check or claim. Drinks in the shops were room temp. Rental car return was two miles off the airport proper. Will fly into Dayton next trip.

This airport is a JOKE!! Took military family night before early morning flight to stay at USO and security was CLOSED :/ nice military support NOT!! A soldier arrived after we did to do the same thing. He laid down on a couch in the public area to wait HOURS to be checked in BOOO
The USO is absolutely wonderful and supportive of all military.
What international airport closes security at 9 to disallow military to access the USO?

Travelled through countless airports. This one is always fast, and has good Cincinnati native food options. If you re in Cincinnati try Penn Station or Skyline. Nothing like it anywhere else.

I like the facilities in this airport but yesterday our plane was forced to stop short of the gate for 30 minutes while waiting for a crew to marshall the plane in and man the gate. This one crew was taking care of all the planes at Terminal B. Are they cutting back on personnel?

Great flow, we waited in the cell phone lot area until our family arrived. Once they called we picked up two cars of people and out within 6 mins. All this while construction! Great job

Why is it that I ve been waiting over 20 mins for my bags to come out baggage claim at 12:06 pm with no busy traffic in the airport and no one here but the people on my flight? This is ridiculous..
