It's a big airport nd I was super confused but everyone was super friendly and helpful

Worst airport in the country when it comes to service, food choices are non existent and service is painfully slow.

Free Wi-Fi. All the food was airport priced but....at least they had free Wi-Fi.

Beautiful airport that just needs more passengers! The staff is nice but the TSA is always an EH experience. Baggage claim times can take close to half an hour at it's worst, at least in my experience. The shuttle guys are nice and give rides even if your accidentally on the wrong one in or in the wrong terminal. Airport is nice and clean and simple .

Possibly the slowest airport baggage claim in the continental US! It's worth flying to Columbus or dayton even if it's a few extra dollars, this place is ridiculous.

Landed 45 minutes ago on time and still stuck on a plane sitting in 90 degree weather because they are understaffed today according to the Captain... we are on Swift Air 951 from Cozumel to Cincinnati. Get us the hell off this plane!
