Looks like the airport is doing some well needed upgrading/expanding to make things a little more interesting. Keep it going CVG.

Very good airport is quite long, so whenever you get a chance to take a train

Your typical small midwest airport. Much cheaper than flying to Louisville. Vacant airport which is nice. Clean and lots of charging stations.

I am very pleased with the cleanliness and openness of the new Concourse A. A native Cincinnatian, I longed for them to eventually improve the design and ambience. They have far surpassed my expectations. Unfortunately, I moved from Cincinnati and will not be able to experience it as much.

Clean, as usual. Employees respect the safety guidelines. Easy to claim luggage as well.

Good for domestic flights and security takes <1 hour(even at the back of the line!!), and is a small and easy to navigate airport!!

Not a bad mid sized airport. Avis service could use improvements but overall it's an airport.

Every place to get food closed at 7:30 if they were open and I had a two hour layover with nothing but vending machines

In the wait lot ... There areonly porta potties... This presents a problem if you need to use them at dark. .How do you see in a porta potty????

Cvg. Very clean floors are awesome restrooms are well maintained always friendly workers helping passengers get where they need to go and asking any questions.

The food options could have been better but they were still good. The last time I went there I went on the longest flight out of the airport to Paris. One thing that I wasn t happy about was that the outlets at the seats in concourse B we re not working. The restrooms in concourse B looked like they were built in the 80 s. The bathrooms in concourse A were newer, more modern, and definitely smelled better. Moving onto more about the food, all the workers at almost every resteraunt were rowdy and used lots of profane language. This was the case for Chick-Fil A and Panda Express, my 2 airport favorites. As for the security queues, we had TSA precheck and we were through in no time. Another thing that I do have a complaint about is that you can t use TSA precheck when you go through customs, which is US airport specific and not directed towards CVG. They had some pre-security dining and shop options. (I saw an Inmotion store and a Starbucks). Another thing about this airport is that it has a distinct new car kind of smell when you walk into the door. This is one of the main things that I like about CVG. Overall, this airport was pretty good but still has room for improvement.

Charging someone to smoke at your establishment is outrageous as some passengers only have a limited amount of time between flights. Way to go smoking lounge

Clean not crowded and cheaper than Dayton International Airport.

Why does the airport shut down one of the trains every afternoon around 4pm to 5pm, making both arriving and departing Paris customers walk or wait for trains? There is plenty of traffic and it seems as though
you would want to make a good impression on the int'l travelers, especially since the airport has lost all the international flights but this one. Is the airport trying to save money?

Parking was a little confusing . Check in was easy and no wait!

Just arrived on a flight three hours late. Open gates all around, pilot pleaded with airport authority to let us deplane at another gate and they wouldn't let us. Still waiting for the one occupied gate to open.... Not a great way to encourage airlines to fly here and bring the crazy high ticket prices down

On time arrival. Nice restaurant food options . Clean restrooms. Fast access to transportation. Only wish I had more options as to airlines serving this airport.

This airport in Northern Kentucky is very clean especially the bathrooms.

Awful experience. Just downright awful. My vacation is now two days shorter because this airport is ridiculous. We were not informed when our flight to Chicago was delayed which in turn made our actual flight to Maine impossible because we would have missed the flight. The second day we came in super early again and figured out while waiting in line that we missed our bag check by 10 minutes. Now, we can't fly again today. I wouldn't be as upset, but the employees were extremely rude. The first day, one employee tried for 20 minutes to find us a new flight. The second day another employee didn't even care. She didn't try to find another flight but for 3 minutes. Then made us come back through the long line again just to tell us we would have to come back tomorrow. We are taking this vacation, two days late, but we will not be using this airport again.

Where is the minus stars button? Unfortunately for me I fly for work, and am stuck flying into this Airport. In the last three weeks I ve flown in and out every weekend. And like clock work every time I fly in, (3 weeks in a row now), we get stuck waiting for someone to drag the plane a 100 feet to the gate. 30-60 minutes each time just sitting her waiting for this place to do their job!

The place was a graveyard. Some Shops & a Bar, nothing great. They also have seating where you can put your feet up but not many. You can only cross the street at one spot ,to get to your Car.

They have huge problems with baggage claims 30 minutes still no baggage!!

No issues. Flew out Saturday at 7:00 am, was able to get a quick bite & coffee. Used the long term lot, $63 for 7 days, brought me right to my vehicle and helped with luggage. Flew back into stormy weather, ramp was closed, still got us unloaded within 15 minutes of landing. Airport signage is clear and straight forward.

CVG is a nice airport. Not very busy, typically getting through security is quick. Tram or walkway to take to you to the two terminals (A & B). Mamava pods for breastfeeding or pumping mothers. If you have a CVG First card you can earn points for parking at the airport, they can be used for free parking after you accumulate so many.

Modern. spacious, lots of light, stores and nice and relaxing ambience.

Quick and easy. That might depend on the time of year.

Its getting better..for the times..cell phone lot is where i had to go? Not on concourse, ..but b4 u enter the port terminals? Now i no..wasnt as bad as i thought it wuda been!!

We got off the plane got out luggage and went home. Our pilot got us home a few mins before arrival time

Cleanest airport I have been in a long time. Chargers in every seat. Bathrooms very clean. Plenty of seating. Long lines at securitu

Their website *says* that their security is open until 9:00PM. Not the case. I walked in before 9, tried to find security. Went downstairs, upstairs. Asked multiple employees. The place was barren. Ended up calling Allegiant, spent almost 40 mins on the phone before reaching someone, and come to find out they *still* haven t taken off. I would ve taken all responsibility if I went thru security and I was still late. That s my bad. But I didn t even get the chance because I couldn t go through security. Absolutely disappointing, for both Allegiant and someone using CVG for the first time. Oh and the Allegiant desk aid? Rude as hell. But I expect that chance with budget airlines.

Finish the construction please. Seems eve trip here something is different. But overall it's a great airport.

It's a ghost town. Even then it still takes them forever to get luggage to the carousel.

Larry at the Delta Outside Baggage Check had a horrible attitude! He needs continued training in customer service!!

Nice airport with lots of open space and natural lighting. In and out was easy. If you are a smoker They have a private smoking lounge as part of a cigar shop where you can pay $6 entry fee and use the lounge for smoking.

CVG is located in Kentucky, one of the few states that has not revised its civil forfeiture laws. A piece in the Inquirer a while ago documented how police use dogs to "alert" on command; they take all your cash, and quickly split it among about two dozen law enforcement agencies in Ohio and Kentucky; you will never get it back. Don't even connect through here if you have anything valuable with you.

If it weren't for the gorillas they hire as baggage handlers, this would be a nice airport. I have yet to fly into CVG and receive my bags undamaged.

Luggage delayed for 1 1/2 hour frontier flight 1188. Frontier flight was excellent. CVG airport No proper announcement for luggage delay information and everyone was getting frustrated and mad. No explanation announced regarding our luggage being held up for 1 1/2 hours. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Only our luggage was effected due to lightning??? Everyone else s came up except ours?? Lies for real reason of waiting way too long! If you inform customers promptly, you prevent frustration and dissatisfied customers.

Small easy to navigate airport. Slow trains and long walk make tough place to love.

Just wish Smash Burgers was open. Many restaurants closed because of slow business due to Coronavirus is what I was told. You can still get a Subway before you make it to your gate.
