I brought my truck in to have a window motor replaced because the electric window was no longer working. I had managed to get the window fully closed before bringing the truck in. They had to order the part. So when I got the truck back, the window was down. However, now I can t get it back up. Waited 5 days and still no motor. Called several times and left message but no call back. Terrible customer experience! Can t drive the truck with plastic covering the driver side window.

The Service Manager is very nice and professional ...

The Service Manager is very nice and professional however the lady at the checkout counter is rude and unprofessional. After picking up my truck for a transfer case replacement I had to take it back due to fact that it still wasn't functioning properly. This time, after a day or 2 my service advisor gave me a list of things that needed to be repaired. Why didn't they see those issues when they diagnosed the transfer case issue? I'm very disappointed.

Very positive experience at Nationwide Nissan this morning. I dealt with Adrian McKay who provided excellent customer service, with a clear estimate of the cost of required maintenance as well as alerting me to issues to be addressed in the future. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. I love the waiting area, including the free coffee!

if you get a flyer do not trust it. when you get there there are no prices on the cars
and the first thing they want to do is run your credit .
after you are aproved then the game begins. the flyer read 79 down 79 a month
with credit aproval but they happened not to have any more of those cars
even though we called first before traveling an hour to get there.

while we waited for the credit aproval weover herd a conversation over a van that looked good to us and the price was 15,000 when it was ofered to us it was 17,000 with $500.00 dollar a month payments the van was a 2010 town and country with over 90,000 miles
then they showed us an older town and country like 2004-2006 for 17,000
$500.00 a month payments with good credit
needless to say do not let them run your credit till they show first
(credit checks do hurt your credit score)

The entire experience took way too long!!! I arrived on time for my appointment and it still took almost 90 minutes for an oil change. From the time I arrived until I left, I was there for almost 2 hours.

I was charged for a service that I was not satisfi...

I was charged for a service that I was not satisfied feeling like it was not done correctly and then proceeded to make numerous calls to their service department to get the issue fixed with no return call from Carol (Service manager) and then Nissan Corporate tells me I need to get it fixed on the dealership level but won't help make the probelm right either! I am currently working with Daryl ( the other service Manager) after having to create such a fuss and hoping to get this problem resolved. I am very sorry it had to come to me creating such a stink to ty to get this issue resolved but hopefully I will be updating this post with a review that the dealership actually did the right thing and helped resolve this issue.****update****Daryl checked into my problem, was communicative and helped me get the problem resolved. He has provided me excellent customer service and I can't wait to pick up my correctly fixed Armada!!!! Thank you Daryl for your level of communication and your involvement in helping fix issues I had!

Very polite and gentile staff. Worked with Chris and despite hitting a couple of road bumps beyond his control, he made sure that we were leaving nothing less that 100% confident in our purchase and happy.

I had 15k maintenance scheduled for Saturday. I went in, and was told I needed fuel injector flush and brake fluid flush, each of which were over $150. After the tech, Jermaine Haye, warned me of the dangers of NOT doing the fuel injector flush, I foolishly agreed. Jermaine gave me his cell phone number and told me to text him so that he could then text me updates about any issues or when my car was ready. Not 10 minutes later I texted and said to please cancel the flush. What do you know, 2 and a half hours later....he had "never checked" his phone. So of course they did it and I was charged $200. I know I should have called, and should have known better. But if this is their business practice, to push completely unnecessary services (I've now done the research of course) on people who don't know cars, this is deplorable. I told him he may have gotten me this time, but not ever again. Sadly I'm tied to this place, as I got the service agreement wrapped into the car payment. Various lessons learned!! Thankfully the service manager is being kind enough to give me my money back. Now I know to do my research before I let them do anything to my vehicle.

The cashiers are nice!

Be sure to confirm your appointment several times. I made an appointment with an advisor over the phone. When I called to reschedule, I was told I did not have an appointment in the system. Good thing I needed to reschedule! I would have went all the way there and would have had to go back or wait for a long time.

On another occasion, there was work I requested when I made the appointment online. When I took the car in, they didn t check out everything I needed because they don t use the notes you put online. You have to also verbally ask for those things when you drop off the car. I think it might be helpful to take the notes option off of the online scheduling if it will not be reviewed.

The mechanic and person handling my car were very polite and explained everything that was needed, explained the cost, and how long it would take. I was offered a loaner car and that process was easy. I was pleased with the service at this moment.

Terrible experience from a very non professional dealer. The sales staff was out front smoking and playing grab ass when we pulled up. The salesman that helped was pretty good in the beginning, but as time went on we caught him in several lies about the vehicle we were looking at and while on the test drive he had a very foul mouth. Overall not helpful whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Bought from another dealer, but took my car here to get serviced. Charged me for a tire rotation, but obviously didn't rotate my tires (I parallel park for my job, and all of my right-hand tires are scuffed up, and thus easy to see which is which). Tried to charge me $55 for an oil change. Everyone was polite, but I'd rather have a rude honest mechanic than a nice dishonest one.

Every person along the way was extremely helpful, pleasant and genuinely made me feel like they were happy to help. I have never been happier with a dealership or really anything car related. I just moved to the area and one of the first things I needed to do was buy a new car. As if making a huge cross country move wasn t stressful enough, now I had to buy my first car, and all on my own! Thankfully, I found this dealership, and got great service from Richard Allen. He was so helpful and made the process really easy. I was working with a pretty tight budget, and Richard, and his manager Mike Shuman, were able to help me find what I needed and made me feel comfortable with the process. I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman, just someone who knew a lot about cars and could help me get what I needed! Hopefully, I won t need a new car for a long tim e, but if I do I know where I ll be going!! Thanks Richard!!

My service advisor was very friendly and attentive and when he let me know they were short on technicians today and that the work would take longer than expected, he offered me a rental. All service was completed the same day but having the loaner was very helpful.

My experience was great from the time I was contacted to come in to purchase a new car on Saturday. I was in and out in a matter of 3-4 hrs. It was not until Monday that I was receiving txt messages from employees there to verify all my information...nothing was asked of me to bring but I took 2 paystubs with me anyway. Contacting me through text I thought was very UNPROFESSIONAL!! Informing me that my tags will be suspended if I didn't provide them with this information. I informed them that i am not your friend, do not text me, contact me via my email. They sell you a car, don't ask for no information except for your ID and proof of insurance...nothing else! But they hound you days after for all the information that should have been asked for at time of purchase...very UNPROFESSIONAL!! Love the car but staff UNPROFESSIONAL . Would not refer anyone to them!!

Why would anyone work for or buy a vehicle from a company that practices such deceitful and illegal activities, especially to the detriment of the employees. Imagine what they must do behind the scenes to the customers. Shady! Very shady!!

Loved the contactless self check-in. It took almost an hour before someone confirmed my check-in despite having a 10:30 that arrived on time for. I was able to use their WiFi to work, it was kinda nice to work somewhere other than my home. But having the Nationwide Lifetime Service will keep me coming back.

I was ripped off for $1000 by this dealership when leasing a new Altima. Part of my "deaI" was that NMAC would drop my last three car payments from my previous Nissan lease. After I leased the car NMAC said they never agreed to those terms and that the dealership should not have made a deal with such terms. I would avoid this dealership. They will not be my "Dealersip for Life", however I will spend the rest of my life telling people to avoid this place! If you decide to get your next car here get EVERYTHING signed and in writing. When I called to try to correct the situation they ignored my calls. Nissan was no help either.

The Sales person made sure to show me everything that was in my budget that met my expectations. I was surprised with the selection. After a 3-week stint of horrible sales service at multiple dealerships, I walked into Nationwide Nissan and met Lauren. She was very pleasant, not over bearing, she could see I knew exactly what I was looking for. Lauren made this the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in feeling like a customer and walked out feeling like family. She is beyond amazing as a sales rep and as a person overall.

Everyone was very patient and did not rush me into decisions, unlike other places we visited prior to coming to this dealership. The sales person, Rashard Holman, showed me options to choose from with details.
Only thing I would say is that I didn't receive any business cards from anyone when I walked out after the purchase. My sales person was new and he told me he didn't have his business cards made yet but I didn't get any cards from manager or finance dept person. Overall the experience was great and no complains. Rashard did a very good job!
