What a great place to do business. Me and my family have always had a great experience dealing with Nationwide. With service and sales. Even when we've had issues they have been quick go help and do all they can to correct them.

I can't comment on buying a vehicle here, but it's a licensed dealer for my vehicle and I've had decent experiences with customer service dealing with recalls, I took a star off because I get alarmist emails threatening that my car will essentially implode unless I take it in for $800 maintanence.

Another complaint is that the oil changes here are drastically more expensive than any of the competitors offering oil changes in the area.

My Sales Jimi Parker made the sales experience very easy and professional. He was very caring and knowledgeable. You can tell that he genuinely wants to work with the customer and satisfy my needs. True customer service is something that is really lacking in this day and age, but with Mr. Parker, he is old school and goes the extra yard to help the customer. He makes buying a new car very comforting.

Car got diagnosed for a transmission issue. After 3 weeks of no returned calls, I kept calling until I got Angele. Once I spoke with her she told me I had a wiring harness issue which will be $1700 extra on top of being quoted the wrong price for my transmission issue. I spoke with the service manager who was extremely rude to me so I took my issues up with corporate. After corporate called this dealership. I got a call back from the service manager they fixed my wiring harness. Finally blaming themselves for this issue. So if it wasn t for me knowing my car they would ve tried to get over on me. Not to mention I was overcharged for the rental. I would never go to this dealership again. I ve repeatedly took my car there because the check engine light was on & they constantly told me there was nothing wrong with my car. Only to find out my transmission was going up. Very poor customer service and extremely poor communication.

I set up an appointment for my oil change When I purchased the vehicle. Once arrived I was told to have a seat and the car would be taken care of. A hour and a half later my husband asked how much longer it would be, the person told us it would be another three hours or so. I was upset that I wasted a hour and a half sitting there not being told the wait time or anything. I was unable to stay because I had to be to work in two hours. I was leaving out of town that night as well so I had to reschedule my appointment. I was very annoyed.

Its simply a waste of time. Very unprofessional team. I was there waiting and all i was asking was the price of a car and i did tell them I don't want to take one out for a test drive. They asked all these personal questions, entered all my information and at the end told me they can't give me any numbers before I test drive a car!
Looks like if you go there you are forced to play by their rules!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The Maintenance was good but what they want to charge for Keyfob and noise heard in my car door was too exhorbutant and the quote for Brake Fluid Flush, I believe is too high, as well. I will check around to see if I can get better quotes. Since they say I am a good patron, they should be reasonable in their prizes. They may be sorry they asked me for a review.

Nissan Rouge 2014 model just cost me 5k to get it started and running again (dashboard said low engine oil and would not start - when the engine oil was perfectly normal). I am still not sure why such a costly repair needs to be performed in a vehicle which had 75k miles on it. Maybe it's just poor design or cheap technology that went into these vehicles. I would never buy another Nissan for life.

SHADY/SCAMMERS. They sent out flyers with scratch-offs to those around the dealership and did not honor the winning numbers on the flyer itself. Called the number on the flyer and was left on hold for 30 minutes, so I called the dealership, where they said the winning numbers on the flyer were incorrect. How convenient that the numbers on the scratch-off and game piece match the winning numbers of a 70" HD Flat Screen TV, saying that the actual numbers are in the dealership, which is a poor attempt to bring people in. They either do not honor the mistakes they've made or they're lying to people to bring them in for potential sales. Shady practice, avoid this dealership at all costs.

I have always been a fan of the Nissan rogue and Finally I got a 2017 Rouge in April of this year from Nationwide. My wife has a Versa that she previously obtained from the dealership. She was very pleased and she suggested Nationwide.
My experience with this dealership was not so good. Just recently I took my vehicle to another dealership to upgrade to a 2018.Found out that my vehicle had two accidents that Nationwide never disclosed to me. I'm a Rouge fan and if your looking for good customer service and and honesty.
Nationwide is not the dealership go to.

Even though I have free oil changes, I would rather pay for them than return to this place. I made an appointment on line which was not honored. After sitting in the waiting room for two hours and watching people that had come in after me check out with their cars I asked , Larry the person who was "assisting" me, what was taking so long. He rudely told me that I did not have an appointment and I just arrived at the center. I relayed this response to the office staff and showed them my confirmation email for my appointment. I sat there for another half hour trying to figure out when my car would be ready and no one could tell me nor did they make an effort to assist me. I finally knocked on the manager's office who waved me into the office while on speaker phone. I waited outside until he finished his call, thinking that he would come out to see what I needed but he did not. No one took the initiative to try to remedy this issue nor did they apologise except for the two women working at the front desk who got no support from the staff. Finally after being there for a total of 3 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and replace a headlight which they charged 70 dollars to replace (the mechanic down my street charges 35.00) I got my car back. I bought my car from this dealership. They advertise free oil changes for life but unless you spent thousands of dollars on their maintenance services, I feel like they just want you to stop coming. A couple of years ago they told me I needed to replace my whole wheel bearings and that it was dangerous. Not surprisingly the job would cost almost 1000.00. I got two second opinions and both mechanics said there was nothing wrong. I will never buy a car from these people or go back to the service center. Nationwide is not on your side they are on THEIR side and are not trustworthy.

I will not only not ever buy a vehicle here again but not buy a nissan out of spite I have had no real issues with my nissan Juke outside of this terrible dealership. Also find it hilarious the reviews are nearly all 1 or 5 the 5 are obviously employee reviews.

The word I want to use for this team is Awesome . First I emailed with the internet Guru Dominick, we talked via texted, and we schedule an appointment. I was about to sign a contract on a 2013 MKx. But Dominick gave me the advice of not wanting to wake up with something I will regret. The next day of my appointment with him he sent me a live video of him in front of the car I was interested in on the website. Well, little did he know I was blown away. Dominick and I talked and he introduced me to a wonderful amazing salesman Jamal . These guys got me out of my contract of a 2011 ford flex with 5600.00 left on the books. And put me in a 2013 Lexus Rx350. (See below). My experience with the manager/ the internet manager/ salesman/ and finance was Stellar!!! I'm happy and I'm singing their praises. But the reason I gave them 5 stars because their was no 10 stars. I challenge all females that struggle with being afraid of being taken advantage of to head to Nationwide Nissan/ Auto Sales/Kia and the Nationwide Family. I love them .

Do not use the service department at the dealership! I had an appointment this morning and came by to drop my car off with no luck. The building is going through construction so things are a bit out of sorts which is fine but NO ONE knew what they were doing. I needed to drop my car off for a full check up and make it to a meeting at work and wasn't able to come across anyone that could help me out to do so. There was no receptionist to help assist, the building was confusing to navigate through (you drive your car directly through without anyone talking to you?!" Worst experience ever. If it takes this much trouble to just get your car seen, I can only imagine the lack of attention that will be given to your car while it's "serviced". I turned my car right around and decided to take it to a dealership near my house where people actually communicate and are helpful.

Never going back here again.

After a little bit, my daughter and I? decided on a Maxima. The paperwork felt like it took forever but Eyan was amazing the entire time, made sure we were doing okay and got us anything we needed. MY GAP policy had been cancelled since MAY and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND??
I am sure the dealership received a notification of cancellation directly from GAP but did they bother to process my refund???NOOO...
I stopped by and spoke to the finance manager and he told me "You should see the refund in your account by Monday".Well given that was Monday the 3rd, Labor Day I figured I should wait a few more days and see...
STILL nothing and no chance I could get in touch with MR.Slater to answer my question because he is never available on the phone.
So now what?? I am talking about more than 2k I NEVER RECEIVED.I will just contact my lawyer and go from there I am tired of trying to reach out to this dealership.
It's sad I thought I made a good choice choosing them for my first vehicle but I guess not.
And I have had issues with the vehicle ever since I bought it.The only good thing I have to say now is thank you to miss Keisha Carter from the service department, she always delivered great results and helped when I had an issue with my car.
Please do not even bother to respond with some "send us an email so we can solve this for you".You have had more than enough time to answer to emails, voicemails and messages I left over chat.
JUST DISSATISFIED!!!

7/13/18 purchase - The rating would be a 0 instead of 1. I m surprised this Dealership is still in business. What brought me to this Dealer was a 2016 Toyota Avalon I saw on Car guru. Thank GOD, it s still under Manufacturers warranty for another 10K miles. My experience started with an Internet Manager who didn t seem to know what a Purchase Order was requested from my credit union. My transaction took almost 2 hours and my Credit Union wondered if this was a legitimate business. Nationwide sent an internal document in lieu of a purchase order 3 times in the form of a text. Then faxed a document with the wrong name. The car was perfect but had 2 deep scratches on the hood that the dealer agreed to remove at no cost. Well after leaving the car there from 7am to 6:30pm, I picked up the car and found that the scratches were never removed and instead they were touched up with the wrong color, the scratches are more visible than before. I went to show the sales dealer that sold me the car and he said, I saw the person buffing your hood earlier but then chuckled and said try not to look at the scratches . Lastly, you can never get anyone to talk to you on the phone, voicemail boxes are full, and no one returns calls when you re able to leave a message. I was forewarned about NATIONWIDE NISSAN s bad reputation from another dealer. I would avoid this dealership at all cost,

8/17/18. Since posting this initial review, I have spoken back with Michael Coty, Anthony, and Mr. Jackson. They took another look into the issue with my car and the scratches that needed to be removed and decided to fix the issue. This time I was treated with respect, they gave me a loaner car after leaving it with them for a day. Also, Mr. Jackson communicated with me, regularly to assure me what he promised he would deliver. When I went to pickup the car, the scratches were fixed to my satisfaction, the car was washed and looked great. I am please with the actions the second time around and would recommend prospective buyers.

My sales experience in purchasing my 2019 Nissan 3500 van with Jimi Parker was excellent! There was some minor body damage that Jimi noticed when we made the deal that needed to be taken care of. The van was scheduled to repair a broken splash guard, marks on the front hood, a broken tail light, and damage above and below the tail light. I brought the van in for service, and the service department verified the damaged areas that needed repair. A day later, I got a call that the van was good to go. When I looked over the van, all areas had been repaired except the damage above and below the tail light! I was upset how that could have been overlooked since the damage had to be seen when repairing the tail light. Therefore I had to leave the vehicle at the dealership again until the rest of the damage could be repaired. I appreciate the apologies for the mistake, but a disappointing start nevertheless.

First I was there 3 months ago cause my back up sensor stopped working; guy told me he needed to order a part to fix it. Months go by with no call back; I finally call and seems that guy quit and there's no record of my visit. So they order the part again. Again no call back; I call in another month and now 2 parts are in. I make the apt and come in. Takes 4 hrs to decide I need a new sensor part ordered. What? You just had 2. Now I need to leave cause I've already wasted 1/2 a day. I have never had a worse experience at any dealer. Ever.

Anhele Lilley this lady is the worst that I have ever met the first time did not have a good experience with her when I came for oil change now I brought my car in because it left me stranded in New York and when I dropped off my car I called her every single day like five times left messages she never never called me to give me an update of my car she s the worst person I have dealt with with Nissan and I have been a customer for years.. worst lady ever in her job!! I don t ever want to deal with her again. First time I took it in my automatic starter will turn off right away they gave it to me back said they increased the time to 15 minutes wow that did not happen my automatic starter kept shutting off like two minutes later now when I took it the second time I told her about it again When I pick up my car she never went over anything with me. The first thing I expect to happen when giving a business $4,000 is not to be told that I need to do something immediately. I can understand if it is something that needs to be done / is imperative. However, when I was in the very last stage of my visit and about to leave, I was told that I "need to move my car immediately".

I asked for a reason, I wasn't given one. I pointed out that as soon as the employee I was talking to got off the phone, I would be leaving, it didn't matter. I pointed out that, it was the only parking spot available in the lot when I arrived (not only did that validate my parking choice, but would be a major limiting factor on where I could move my car to), that also didn't matter.

To me the whole situation seemed absurd. I had no other place to park at the time, moving my car to another lot would just increase the distance needed to walk when leaving. It was actually recommended that I move behind another car and block them in, because that is somehow more reasonable than being parked in the last open spot (not making that up, they did suggest it). They were willing to move my car for me, so that I would need to walk further when leaving (presumably very soon). In fact, the only explanation that I had been given for why I NEED to move my car IMMEDIATELY, was because the owner wanted me to. In fact, I had to speak with 4 different employees in the course of 6 minutes about being parked on the parking lot while performing a transaction to give them several thousand dollars. it wasn't until the 4th employee that it was even acknowledged, how preposterous the situation was.

When the person I was speaking to hung up the phone, I had my papers signed and was walking to the door in 52 seconds(I timed it).

Can't say I was made to feel very welcome. I only wish it had happened sooner so that I could have more easily justified taking my repairs anywhere else.

The staff was really great here. Kysha was our service manager, and she was fantastic. The problem was with pricing. The main thing I needed to get done was to replace the muffler and the center exhaust pipe. Nationwide quoted me ~$1,200 to replace both items. I ended up taking it to Midas where they charged me a little more than $400 to do the exact same thing. I don't know how Nationwide's pricing is on other work, but you can find better prices on exhaust work.

In the midst of State of emergencies shut down and being 8 months pregnant when I realize just needed a new car I called Eyan back after declining his first offer in December and he went over and beyond getting me what I needed I m extremely grateful and never had a problem fixed so effortlessly in the service field in MY LIFE he even got my trade in towed for me !
