Avoid these people at all cost. Bought a $700 phone from them on amazon that i needed ASAP, Paid extra for next day air and they would not ship it and wasted my time. Had to wait an entire week just to get my money back.
SCAM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SELLER! Unfortunately there is no way to leave zero stars. They are running a scam that sends you a defective phone and when you attempt to return it they say that you sent them a different phone or that they couldn't replicate the issue. If you didn't take pictures of the imei screen then you have no proof of anything. They can then say anything they want to amazon in order to deny your refund.
I bought an outdoor nest camera last week and it did not work. I contacted nest as they tried from their end and they said it was broken. I wish this company would test their product before sending it out. Very dissatisfied.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Worst company I have ever done business with. Bought an iPhone 6S from this company via eBay in December 2016. Within weeks, phone had major battery issues. Took phone to Apple Store's Genius Bar in October 2017; I was told that the battery was already dead (8 months in!). Keep in mind, I bought the phone brand new. The listing said that the phone was "unlocked" and that it "works with Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Sprint"; however, the Genius Bar representative told me that the phone was LOCKED to Sprint. Therefore, having AT&T, I am unable to replace the defective battery on the phone because doing so would lock the phone to the Sprint network.
I have tried calling this company multiple times, and have sent emails to both their sales representative and their company inbox. All my phone calls and emails went without a reply back. After months of trying to contact this company, Amazon was finally able to transfer me to their sales representative. He told me that he would file a report on my defective phone and would call me back the following morning at 9 AM. It has been 5 MONTHS since I made that call.
This company obviously does not care about their customers. Their only intention is to sell defective products and prey on unsuspecting consumers to make a profit. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
The best company in the entire world have ever see.There is no disparity between the boss and the staff,the environment is friendly. Its the best so far.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing 2 brand new iPhone 8's from this company. Top notch in my opinion.
