I ve been a Nationwide Nissan customer for quite some time. The customer service exhibited by the staff, from check-in to checkout is excellent. Mike, the service representative, kept me up to date with my vehicle in a timely fashion. I also love the text service. I am completely satisfied with this service repair center.

Buying a car at anytime is an experience. I went here looking for a specific car, I know getting something specific that is used can be a process. So I was open minded. The salesman was nice and professional, helped with my questions. The finance manager sated one thing but did not follow through with what he stated. I went to the finance manager where I would be signing my paperwork and she gave me a completely different price and information.
If you want direct answers and prices just avoid going to the out of date building and go directly to Missy or the building next to jiffy lube.

I first went to another Nissan dealership and had the worst possible experience you could imagine. We went to Nationwide Nissan after we were referred there by a friend and let me just say that it was honestly the best experience possible! We are so happy we went there, because first and foremost we got an amazing deal on the Nissan we were looking. We absolutely love our new ride! I would certainly recommend Nationwide Nissan!

My husband and I were looking for a vehicle that has high fuel efficiency and plenty of room. The 2013 Altima stood out among all the choices because of its affordable price, stylish appearance, and of course its mpg ratings. When it comes to car shopping, we never rush to make a decision since a large amount of money is involved. After visiting 3 other Nissan dealerships in the Baltimore area, we decided to make a stop at Nationwide. My husband and I both test drove Altima 1 more time and we agreed that it was the right car for us. Our sales representative Purcell and his manager Mike did a good on the price, and guess what, we now have a brand new car to take on the family vacation. Id recommend them to anyone that ask. You won't be disappointed!

Went to several Nissan dealerships and I can say that the staff at Nationwide Nissan of Timonium were very professional and offered the best deal out there by far. If you are in the market for a new car I highly recommend you go see Eyan Smith and Lonnel Bond for your new car purchase. Five stars for sure and will be back for all future car needs!

Disappointed that the advertised figues differed exceedingly from the one presented to me, gives the appearance of dishonest advertising practices because I went there chiefly because of the advertised quote.

I have had it with the nationwide dealers. I have had 2 very bad experiences with their service. One was a kia salesman that told me i was never welcomed to the showrooms floor, after he seen me get another car from another dealer. The second problem is currently going on. I had a bad experience with the service managers. I purchase tires 2 weeks before black Friday and was promised to get a good deal. After that said they didn't follow the instructions about how much nitrogen my tires need and after i realize the gas mileage was no better then my old tires i wanted to return them, they have been completely, and totally ignoring me since black Friday. The manager at the Nissan showroom still has not called me since Saturday, like he promised me he would. They are pathetic.

My wife and I went to a few dealerships, including our own local dealership in dundalk and finally ended up at nationwide nissan in timonium. I was looking for the 2019 nissan frontier midnight edition and they were the only place that had the grey color in stock. We started to make a deal with bob bell nissan in dundalk but they screwed around on us with interest rates and the whole experience was weird, sketchy and I will never deal with them again. Our salesman, Eyan, at nationwide greeted us immediately and was the nicest guy ever! The truck we test drove with him was actually a slightly higher end model with the spray in bed liner and lo jack, yet he got me the same price i wanted even with the additional items included. He made the deal quickly and I have to say that the whole experience was almost fun. I can't remember the last time that buying a new vehicle was enjoyable! Once we agreed on price, the finance guy was even better believe it or not. They got us a lower interest rate than we expected and even through in optional upgrades at no charge. The entire experience was absolutely amazing and I actually feel lucky that we walked out of bob bell and found this place. Everyone knows that buying a car and wondering whether you actually got a good deal or not can be a super stressful experience but this place was awesome! I simply can not recommend nationwide nissan more!

The Nissan service dept here does not know what an appointment means. 1130 appointment, been here for 2hrs and if I did not remind them about my car, I would have waited another 2hrs. I in fact told them to cancel my service after I waited 2hrs, but as soon as I told them to cancel it, mysteriously the car is suddenly being worked upon. It's just an oil change. Never going back here unless if its an emergency. 5+yrs of owning the vehicle, never saw anything like this at the Pittsburgh South hills Cochran Nissan service center where I always serviced it. Due to the Covid situation , can't travel at this time. Thing is, if you are unable to do appointments, tell the customer you are not able to do appointments and ask them to drop off the car. I would have gladly dropped it off in the morning and picked it up evening.

I have been losing tire pressure in my 2013 Nissan...

I have been losing tire pressure in my 2013 Nissan Rogue and have not been able to resolve the issue with tire dealers (2 times in 2019) and Nationwide (20 Jan 2020). During these visits, the tires (originally installed by Nissan) have been resealed and remounted twice. My underinflate light comes on 1 day after such services and the tire pressure readjusted to correct value. During this 14 April 2020 service (200 miles after 20 Jan 2020 per the odometer), replacement of TPMS sensors on passenger side, and remounting of driver side tires was recommended. Remounting has not worked in the past, and the driver front tire is the one that loses most air (per my own pressure check and visual observation). Road salt erosion was attributed to failure of the tire mounts even though a very mild winter was experienced here in Maryland during 2020 and the Rogue is not driven that much (I am retired). The recommendations are completely out of line.
It was recommended that all my tires need rebalancing to prolong their life. This is nonsense if I can't keep air in my tires. I understand rebalancing if the TPMS sensors are replaced. Otherwise rediculous.
During this service, a transfer leak was detected and replacement of gaskets recommended. This again was completely out of line because I paid $923.90 to have this service performed on 20 Jan 2020. It appears to me that Nissan does not know how to service my Nissan Rogue even though they claim they have have the best technicians.
Needless to say, I declined moving forward with service. When I brought my Nissan Rogue home (tires re-inflated), the sun roof was open and the right turn signal did not work. No mention of this after my 2 hour stay at the Nissan service center. When I closed the sun roof, the right turn signal again worked. I do not understand why. The electrical system escapes logical understanding.
I am now frustrated with the Nissan brand and do not know how to properly care for my vehicle. I have conflicting information, etc. I plan to get rid of the car and use the only other means of transportation at my disposal. I have not had the magnitude of problems with my other vehicle that I have had with this Nissan Rogue.
I have not mentioned that I have been locked out of the my Nissan Rogue several times when the battery in the key pod died.

So here is my tale of wasted time at Nationwide. ...

So here is my tale of wasted time at Nationwide. I had worked out a deal through email with Erwin Scofield for a Nissan Pathfinder before going in on a Saturday. I just needed for them to get the vehicle in as the three they had on the lot were not the right color. I offered to put a deposit down over the phone for $1000 but Erwin assured me I had to go in. I have purchased over 10 new cars through the years and most of them had to be brought in from somewhere else and I have never had to go in before the vehicle was there. However I have never purchased a Nissan so I thought, ok, maybe they are different. Nope. Erwin wanted me to come in I am assuming I was lying about my deal from Tischer so I had to produce the email. Luckily I could pull it up on my phone. My guess is after that failed he wanted to find a way to gouge more money from my deal so he tried to talk me into a car they had on the lot that they could change the deal with, or so he could talk me into a bunch of warranties, babbles, and bolt on's. Since I was not biting he told me he needed 20 minutes to get things together. I had already been there 20 minutes at this point and I was only supposed to be signing a form for them to order it. I left, ate diner, and came back. When I got back he said "you have to come back Monday, no one can order the vehicle now.". So now I am out that 40 minutes and no closer to the car. He then tells me they are losing 800 bucks on the sale so I should be grateful, which is unlikely. My guess is he wanted me to leave because he realized I was not going to be as profitable as someone else and he could not "Bait and Switch" me.

Needless to say. I would tell anyone to stay away. I spoke with my neighbors and they agreed that Nationwide was lousy and told me how there oil changes for life was bogus and that they were charged every time they went in.

I ended up going to Bob Bell in Dundalk and walked with my new car same day, no hassle, same price. Good luck in your search for a good dealer and stay away from from Nationwide, try Tischer or Bob Bell.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I ha...

Let me preface this review with the fact that I have very bad social anxiety and getting a car just sent me into a frenzy. I went here on a whim. I had been contemplating getting a new car for a couple months now, but was too nervous to actually do it. When I entered the dealership, I was immediately met by a younger and newer salesman named Scott. He was a very nice gentleman, but you could tell he was new and he couldn't answer a lot of our questions or had to "consult" with the more experienced salesman. Ultimately, we were turned over to Chris. He was EXTREMELY patient with me and understanding. He just asked that I be open and honest and the worst he could tell me was "no." At some points I became really quiet and reserved and disconnected because I was uncomfortable. Not with him, but with the car buying process. But he: gave me all the time I needed, let me call friends to discuss, and he even gave me time just to be by myself and to reflect. He kept saying "if you need a minute, just let me know and I can walk away." He even called the salesman at the desk next to me away so I could be in complete solitude. It sounds silly, but sometimes you just need a moment to reflect and process. Especially if you have anxiety like myself.

He new that I really wanted a new car and he was determined to see me inside of one. Most salesmen, I feel like, are just trying to sell you something and don't really care what happens when you leave the lot. Chris seems like a very genuine person and he ACTUALLY CARES about his customers. He made sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way. He even gave me his cell phone number and told me that if I ever needed something or wanted to add any accessories onto my car, to let him know. I honestly feel like I could go on and on about what a wonderful guy Chris was, but I don't want to make a book-long review.

If you go to this deleaership you would be doing yourself an injustice if you did not ASK FOR CHRIS. :)

I am a VERY proud owner of a Nissan Juke!

They are super slick at hiding money in the deal so you won't even realize it until you get home and breakdown the numbers. Call them and they act like it is your fault. Smooth Talkers. ***update*** the GM called me after seeing the review and I explained the issue. He said he will talk to the owner and call me back a business day later with what they can do to compensate for the issue. Still waiting on that call 4 business days later, no big surprise here. ***update*** talked to more people at the dealership and they all said they were going to help us out and get back to us. As you can imagined, we never heard back from a single one. I did some business searches on them and it appears the local dealership family feel is gone with these guys. The owner is a an absentee owner who is spending his remaining days in Florida and the employees run the business as they wish. Such a shame! I would love to see honor and loyalty come back to this company as it once had many years ago. I've already had to replace the battery which somehow missed in their outrageous reconditioning fee they tacked on. Time to move on, maybe someday they will become a reputable company again.

The worst Nissan dealer around. This would have been my families 3rd car in 3 years from them because we lease and turn around cars quickly. They were rude and completely unwilling to make a deal. I came in for a problem that I previously had, which should have been resolved. I still here an unusual noise. They forgot to put my cap back on my tire. My car Didn't get vacuumed as promised. I didn't get an over all basic inspection to identify other possible issues. I drove upstate and found out my windshield wipers were bad and needed to be replaced. What a most pleasant experience I had today while shopping for a new car. My wife and I were greeted by a salesman within 5 minutes of arrival and show vehicles we were interested in just as promptly. When we decided on the vehicle we liked, our salesman walked us through the purchase process quickly. We financed through the dealership and had an approval by the time the test drive was completed.

From driving onto the lot to driving off was less than 2 hours, but seemed far less due to the friendly employees. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.

I found a gently used Nissan I was interested in online and it happened to be at Nationwide Nissan in MD. I emailed them about it, asking to test drive the next day. I drove down from central PA, and when I arrived I was immediately greeted by salesman Mike Crusoe by name, expecting me. Apparently Internet Sales Manager Dominick Alvena had the car ready And parked right by the front door for me to test drive. Mike took me out with it and explained all the features of the car. I decided to buy, and waited for the big trade in value debate for my current car. (Ugh). It never happened. They worked with me and did not haggle too much about price. I was getting a fair deal and so were they. (This has never been my experience with previous car dealers!)
They took care of all of the paperwork, including tags, even though I am from PA.so I thought I would have to take care of that later on my own.
While I waited, the Sales Director Mike Pfaff introduced himself and we talked about my new car
Wow. I am still surprised at how well things went! (Who knew car buying could be enjoyable and not one big headache?) I have to mention that there was another customer from PA buying a car who drove from even further than me because he is a loyal customer at Nationwide Nissan. He had nothing but positive things to say, putting me more at ease.
I drove home with my new car that very afternoon.

Since I have had bad experiences in the past, I took my new purchase to my trusty Mom and Pop Garage by my house to have my mechanic do the inspection and check it over. He reassured me I got a great car and at a good price, no problems with it at all. I can t say enough for how this was the total opposite of any previous car purchase I have had. Thank you Nationwide Nissan! And I might be back in a few years to upgrade, Mike!

I recently had my Rogue serviced at Nationwide and was extremely impressed with the service and the staff. I judge a dealership based upon the experiences 'after the sale' and so far have been thoroughly impressed with Nationwide Nissan. Three regularly scheduled maintenance services under their 'Service for Life' plan and there really is not any charges for the standard service. They have offered additional services or upgrades, but do not pressure you if you say No. Car Wash service that they provide you a ticket for is very good as well. I had a major bug issue on my front windshield and it was completely clean after going through the car wash. Two gentlemen were also their to assure the vehicle was completely dry, very nice touch!

I would not buy a car from this location. They have horrible communication skills and lie. I waited for a car to arrive that I was going to purchase for 6 hours when they promised me that the car was there. When the car finally arrived at 9:30pm it was not the car they promised me and was a cheaper model/car. When I tried to purchase the original car the next day they would not get back to me or communicate to me what was going on. When I tried to purchase the car at the price they told me before making a mistake the monthly payment went up $70. They said it was due to interest rates changing day to day at the bank and was out of their control. I explained that they never told me that would happen or I most likely would have purchased a car the first night I was there. I explained it wasn't my fault that they took so long to get back to me and brought me the wrong car. From what I know dealerships should honor the interest rate and price they give you when you come in. After being on the phone trying to understand why the price went up $70 a month all the salesman (Iyan Smith) kept saying was so will you be in tomorrow to purchase the car? When I told no and how upset I was over this all he said was "have a great night" and hung up. After already purchasing 2 cars from this location and saying I was a loyal customer I still got nothing. Terrible communication skills and liars...

We live in Harrisburg, PA. My wife was in Towson, when unfortunately, she had issues with her Murano. Being not too familiar with the area, I found Nationwide Nissan on Google as the closest Nissan to her. WOW, were we lucky!! I called and they were able to get us in immediately. It was a rather complicated issue and required them to keep the vehicle for about a week. The entire staff was extremely courteous throughout the entire process. I was given regular updates on the status. Given the situation, it was absolutely the best it could have gone. I'd especially like to mention the service advisor, John who kept me in the loop on everything. He went well above and beyond anything I had expected to assist us. Thank you again, Nationwide Nissan! If we lived in the area, we'd definitely be bringing our vehicles back for all of our service!
