Most HORRIBLE service ever. THEY BREAK YOUR CAR.
I brought it in in 2010 for a battery malfunction, they made me pay for a new battery but could not charge the new battery. So they had me drove the car back in an unchangeable battery. Later got it fixed at a friend's shop, the batterywont charge because was installed poorly by the Nissan Dealer service.
Recently the car needed the cat-converter replaced. Since it's still under warrantee, I took it to this Nissan service center. The car drove fine, but didn't pass emission. A Dave person told me that they can't replace the converter because it was caused by engine problems, and its gonna cost close to 5g. I did not want to spend that kind of money, so I just decided to pick my car up. Soon after the car got out of the parking lot, the car started shaking fiercely and is making extremely loud rumbling noises.
Called the dealer, Joe asked me to call Dave tomorrow (Dave left) and asked me to not put the blame on them.
If you can't work on my car, at least return my car in the same condition. No certified dealer should provide such horrendous experience.
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.

This Dealer said that they are not going to do anything about the car, and claimed that they didnt change a thing. Has a F rating on BBB.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.
