Great service. The Wait time was a little long but they were very busy during my visit. I was pleased with the service I received. Would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future.

I was originally going to go to another dealership but they never emailed me the info I was supposed to fill out so my family member showed me the Labor Day ad and I headed down. Mr Aaron Rice was my salesman and got me in a new car with everything that I asked for, price, car payment, etc. If your lookin for a car this is the place to go. Ask for Aaron Rice he won't steer u wrong

Jimi Parker made sure we didn t leave the dealership without going over every feature of the car. We left very happy and in love with our new Rogue.

My parents purchased a 2009 Sentra from Chris Collins when it was brand new. That car eventually became mine. It still runs ten years later even after all I ve put the poor thing through. So that automatically made me want to look at new Nissans when I made the decision to invest in a new car. I fell in love with the Nissan Kicks. Of course I was drawn to the charcoal grey with the dark orange roof. Something fun! But I also had my eye on a Honda Civic hatchback. I reluctantly went to Heritage Honda to see what I could swing and after 4/5 hours I walked out without a car and more stressed about getting one than before I walked in. It wasn t a pleasant experience. So the next day my family and I took a trip to Nationwide Nissan on York road to test drive a Kicks for myself and my parents a Rogue (since they were in the market as well). Chris Collins (luckily) met us at the door. Great vibes from the very beginning. Friendly greeting, everyone there holds the door for you. Any questions we had were instantly answered. I immediately felt better after my experience with Heritage Honda. We test drove our cars. I fell in LOVE with the exact one I looked at online....they had it in the lot right up front. I figured I d never even be able to touch that thing! I was prepared to settle for a basic (still awesome) kicks in my price range. Chris saw how much I loved that kicks and I couldn t help but continue asking about it. So he got us the prices and after a little talking with him, myself and my parents...we shook on it and made a deal neither of us could pass up !! I got my Kicks and my parents got a Rogue sport! Everyone we worked with that day was great. No attitude, no beating around the bush, no games like I had experienced before. You didn t feel pressured. It was nothing short of an awesome experience. Chris had joked with me that if he could get me the deal I wanted, all he d need from me was a 3 piece and a Diet Coke from Popeyes....so today when I go back for my detailing....Chris is going to get his 3 piece with a Diet Coke from Popeyes! Even though he was just joking he absolutely deserved it and earned my loyalty to Nissan in one day! Best car buying experience I ve heard of and been lucky enough to go through with this being my first car in my name. If you re looking at Nissan (which you should) you NEED to go to Nationwide Nissan on York road and see Chris Collins !!! You absolutely WONT be disappointed !!!!!

Absolutely a wonderful experience, Dominic & Jimi and my finance guy could not have been more patient and kind. Felt comfortable and in good hands, would highly recommend them to everyone!! Great help, very educated on their products and so willing to work hard for you!

This place is amazing! The salesperson that helped me was Airion. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had so many questions and concerns and he really outdid himself with helping me make my final decision. I love my new Sentra.

Most HORRIBLE service ever. THEY BREAK YOUR CAR.
I brought it in in 2010 for a battery malfunction, they made me pay for a new battery but could not charge the new battery. So they had me drove the car back in an unchangeable battery. Later got it fixed at a friend's shop, the batterywont charge because was installed poorly by the Nissan Dealer service.
Recently the car needed the cat-converter replaced. Since it's still under warrantee, I took it to this Nissan service center. The car drove fine, but didn't pass emission. A Dave person told me that they can't replace the converter because it was caused by engine problems, and its gonna cost close to 5g. I did not want to spend that kind of money, so I just decided to pick my car up. Soon after the car got out of the parking lot, the car started shaking fiercely and is making extremely loud rumbling noises.
Called the dealer, Joe asked me to call Dave tomorrow (Dave left) and asked me to not put the blame on them.
If you can't work on my car, at least return my car in the same condition. No certified dealer should provide such horrendous experience.
DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR.

This Dealer said that they are not going to do anything about the car, and claimed that they didnt change a thing. Has a F rating on BBB.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.

I have a 2012 KIA Optima that I bought new from Na...

I have a 2012 KIA Optima that I bought new from Nationwide. I have had way too many recalls and if I didn't get free oil changes and tire rotation for life I wouldn't take my car here. The latest was a brand new engine courtesy of KIA. They had my car 6 weeks. I picked it up and drove 6 miles. When I got back in my car the check engine light was back on. So back to Nationwide I go tomorrow. Not to mention they disconnected the hood latch release so I can't pop the hood to look. I am not happy. My service reap, Tracey, is wonderful but if the people around you are incompetent your efforts are lost.

I am very pleased with my service advisor Nikki and her professionalism. I am disappointed in the state in which I received my car. There are muddy footprints in my driver's side mat. They didn't even bother to put down paper! My clock was not reset.

I had a great experience with Nationwide. I bought my last car from them and returned again recently for my next. Jimmi, my salesperson, helped me out, and I have to give the most praise to the sales manager Dominick. Dominick went out of his way to work with me. We spent a good amount of time talking back and forth to make sure that the vehicle I got was what I wanted at a great value. I recommend Nationwide for your Timonium Nissan needs!!!

The absolute worse car buying experience ever! I wish I had never stepped foot in this place! The staff were unprofessional, rude, and completely incompetent. I received 4 different answers pertaining to financing offers and it was impossible to get a straight answer about my finance application. A complete waste of time and energy.

My experience with nationwide Nissan timonium was amazing. The hospitality, customer service and the atmosphere was just phenomenal. This is the best customer service I have ever had. My sales person Jimi was so knowledgeable and helpful. He takes his time with his customers and really caters to your needs and wants in a vehicle. He made my purchasing experience a 10 out of 10.

I was interested in a Leaf, and they were forthcoming with information and pricing. I didn't buy the car in the end, though I would happily go back to Nationwide if -- heaven forbid -- I have to buy another new car.

My wife got her oil changed at this location as part of free oil changes for her vehicle. Not only did they take two hours to perform the service (She waited at the shop and had to go ask if her vehicle was done and they told her it had been for an hour) but two weeks later her oil drain plug fell out of the car and leaked all of her oil out on her way to work causing her to get her car towed. The shop replaced the plug and when she picked up her car she noticed the had put almost 100 miles on it! The mechanic also told her it was necessary for him to drive the car 100 mph+ to check and make sure the drain plug wouldn't fall out again. What a joke. Don't take your vehicle here for service. Not only can they not handle a simple oil change but the make sure to joyride your car when they're done

Adrian the service rep was really nasty talking to me nasty, rolling his eyes and making head movements while he talking to me. I only asked why would it be a 2 hour wait when I had an appointment. He goes to say they are having systems issues which wasn t true. If I return I want to be linked to another service rep and not Adrian.

They have no good customer service. I went there to buy a car with my friend. The car was being bought for my friend. The manager was so rude that he told me to stop speaking. I was speaking in behalf of my friend who has no experience in buying car.
Then we left the store and didn't came back. We will not be going this store ever again.

Had manufacturer recall work done

I was told by the service advisor my rear rotors and pads would need replacing soon (5-6K miles) upon your mechanics review of my car during the complementary inspection while getting the recall work done. I had just had the rear rotors and pads replaced in the last -3K miles & they do not need replacing
I had my trusted mechanic look at the Rogue, when I put a new set of tires on the car after this service and it is the front rotors and pads that need replacing in 5-6K miles.

Lastly, I do not received your dealerships colorful printout of your complementary inspection report, like you normal give customers when they pick a car (received same on warranty work in last 6 months)

They treat you like an old friend and listen to what you want and need. They'll help you find the right car for you. Their finance team will work with you to get you the payments you need. They are a very cut and dry dealership with no runaround or false promises either. I fell like they are a dealership who is for the customer not just their bottom line.

My sales person Chris was awesome and the finance manager D. Saunders was a gem to work with. She did everything to get me an awesome monthly payment and an even better interest rate. They have an incompetent sales staff. We called before driving an hour to confirm a vehicle we were interested in was on the lot. Well, lo and behold, the vehicle was not on the lot. You wasted our time and ruined our Memorial Day Weekend. We were lied to. Get this, the same thing happened the day before at Nissan in Waldorf. Shame on you Nissan for having dealers that don't know what they have in stock.

Things have changed over the years but even the mo...

Things have changed over the years but even the more in the last three months I ve been there. The service advisor I ve had for years is no longer there and I didn t know until I scheduled this appointment. Loyalty, integrity, and the ability to connect with customers still means a lot to me even when I m conducting business...especially when I ve spent so much money with a company to begin with. It s sad enough that the for life programs have been discontinued and we are paying full price for all services, I don t think it s too hard to not treat customers personably.

Whole sales team at Nationwide-Nissan location was really great and very friendly. They provided us such good of a deal to pass down. I have been a customer for 7 years. I love the Nationwide for Life service option, which saves me money on oil changes. When I need other maintenance or repair work, I like that it s with Nissan parts and certified mechanics. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable and helpful. My Advisor, Tom H, was great about explaining what was needed for a recent large repair (fortunately partly covered by Nissan) and helping get done my regular maintenance items. It was still expensive, but my Pathfinder in general has been mostly trouble free (and thus low cost) most of its 7 years. I appreciated Tom working with me to get it done, and hopefully I can get many more miles/years out of it.

i was told we did tire rotation and oil change. but they did not do tire rotation, i know my front right tier has some issue and that tier was still front right. i did not recognize until i fixed that tier yesterday.

now i am not sure you guys did oil change or not.
