Mesa Family YMCA Review

Well maintained facility, great weight room and very friendly staff

Excellent place for families and clean equipment. Would love to see the hours extended till 9 PM! Tell your friends there's lots of fun classes and things to do here for the whole family!

I feel like the quality of the equipment and the cleanliness of the equipment has gone down since I began my membership last October, 2016. I found a broken toilet, a non-working drinking fountain, exercise equipment not put away......Backing off a machine, I just about sprained my ankle stepping on a hand weight.

Have always been a fan of the Y - this one in particular is awesome! Great facility, great staff. And the classes they offer are good too!

I can't vouch for the team sports but the gym is great! It's clean, organized and NEVER busy.

This location is very unorganized. Not kidding. I signed my son up for the youth soccer program for the winter season and not only was it a complete waste of $125 but they didn't live up to what was claimed on the flyer. Not only did they not play any games against any other teams at all, but they never even got so much as a uniform. Nothing. The front office staff is terrible as well. If it's not a volunteer at the front who cannot answer any of your questions at all, than its one of the actual staff members who have attitude and can't answer your questions much better. There are many other Y locations around the valley and this is definitely not the one to settle on.

This is supposed to be a youth oriented establishment, however I brought 3 teenagers and 4 children and there were no activities for any of them at this branch. It seemed to be catered to geriatrics instead, which is not the purpose of the facility.

Everyone is very friendly. The staff is awesome!!

Would of been nice if they had options for single parents, why would i pay a family membership, if it is only two of us who will be going , plus paying for whatever program she will be attending to.

We loved this gym...but the hrs of operation for the facilities available (childcare, pool) are just too limited.

Opens early so we can get in before it gets crowded. Loads of machines and equipment.
