I had 15k maintenance scheduled for Saturday. I went in, and was told I needed fuel injector flush and brake fluid flush, each of which were over $150. After the tech, Jermaine Haye, warned me of the dangers of NOT doing the fuel injector flush, I foolishly agreed. Jermaine gave me his cell phone number and told me to text him so that he could then text me updates about any issues or when my car was ready. Not 10 minutes later I texted and said to please cancel the flush. What do you know, 2 and a half hours later....he had "never checked" his phone. So of course they did it and I was charged $200. I know I should have called, and should have known better. But if this is their business practice, to push completely unnecessary services (I've now done the research of course) on people who don't know cars, this is deplorable. I told him he may have gotten me this time, but not ever again. Sadly I'm tied to this place, as I got the service agreement wrapped into the car payment. Various lessons learned!! Thankfully the service manager is being kind enough to give me my money back. Now I know to do my research before I let them do anything to my vehicle.
