Do not buy from them, save yourself a headache, they sent me a not only used, but defective manifold gauge, I contacted them 2 days after I received my order to let them know the issue, after 3 months of excuses and endless emails I just decided to let it go, they don t take responsibility and blame it on the manufacturer, don t let them scam you as they did with me, it s frustrating.

Do your homework and DO NOT order from this company. With a google rating of 2.2 and several complaints about customers not receiving refunds, ORDER somewhere else! This company has had two months to give me my money back and still nothing. Disgusting that they are allowed to operate like this. Terrible business practices.

Waiting on a refund for $122.93 . Shipped out damage product so i returned it... they got back their damage product and still no refund. I will never buy from them again. Nothing but the run around for my money. I will contact the Better Business Bureau if i don't have my money in the next day or so. If i could give them a minus in the rating i would. I purchased a power probe, however it was not the correct one. The incorrect item was returned and the correct one was purchased. However with i reached out to customer service in reference to my credit, i was advised it will take a couple of weeks to receive my credit. When asked why a couple of weeks? Customer service stated "That's The Standard Process" Totally Unacceptable!

Don't order from this company, very unethical! Like others have said, they knowingly sell parts that are out of stock. The customer service is aweful! I ordered a tool from them and the whole process was odd and vague. I emailed them and it took 5 days to respond and the response was odd and vague. So, I emailed back and they said Oh sorry part is out of stock and refunded my money. Why did it take 5 days to realize a tool is out of stock? More importantly why did it take 5 days to get a response? Well, it's obvious they don't care. I understand that COVID19 has created unique circumstances but it's all the more important to have honest communication. This company has failed in that regard
Very satisfied with this company's products and their delivery time and their response to an issue i had. I have ordered twice from this company. The delivery was quick and the product was as advertised. I had an issue with one of the spray cans of paint on the second order. I contacted them and they quickly replaced the defective can with a new can.
I wanted to share my review solely because the bad review this company has. My product arrived 4 days after ordering it. I ordered a gallon of chassis saver paint. Package was shipped in a box well protected by heavy paper. I'd rate 5 stars all day.
Worst place!! Order several items on here and only one showed up. Tried getting in contact with customer service for a shipping number for the rest of my items, the only answer they would give me was "it'll be there by today or tomorrow" waited 2 weeks and nothing. I called today again for my money back and now they say it'll get back to me in 10 days because they are trying to get caught up. This site and warehouse should be shut down for good. Ridiculous how customer service treats you.
The other reviews saying this company lists products and accepts payment for products that are not in stock are accurate. I placed an order before becoming aware of this shady business practice. I e-mailed them and tried calling multiple times, but no-one there answers the phone and you can't leave a message because their voicemail box is full. I understand the COVID-19 situation makes it difficult to fully staff every business, but when I e-mailed a second time asking whether the item I ordered was really in stock, they did reply that it was not in stock. I placed my order on a Sunday and it took them until the following Wednesday to acknowledge they don't have this product in stock and they even said they have no ETA for when it will be available. So this looks more like standard procedure to take money for items they know they don't have. Very poor business ethics.

Great to deal with! My experience with this company has been good prices and fast shipping. Not to mention the occasional coupon sent to me via email. I've gotten a JET drill press, Legacy hose reels, OBDII scanners, a borescope/camera, test equipement and numerous hand tools from this company. Basically outfitting my entire 32'x40' shop with products they sell. Never an issue. I'm actually kinda surprised to see so many negative reviews, as my experiences have been nothing but positive.
I ordered a wrench set that was in stock May 16th and nine days later got an email saying it had shipped. I opened a Paypal case against them seven days later on June 2nd and low and behold they contacted me the next day. She said it hadn't shipped yet but that she would get right on it. THIRD RATE GARBAGE BUSINESS! AVOID!

Avoid - they are slow, non responsive, and don t actually stock items advertised on their website so delivery times are anyone s guess. Total waste of time. In my case after one week post order entry they are still showing hold on order status - basically useless and I can t wait.

Beware!! I placed an order May 18th (Almost a month ago), and I have yet to receive my package. It was marked as shipped a few weeks ago but I have yet to receive a tracking number and they will not answer a single call.
It is disappointing when they list the item online, accept the order, then two days later email that it is out of stock and the order has been cancelled. Stop wasting my time.
After waiting for a weak and not receiving the tool we ordered, we called customer service to track the shipment and he said it was packaged in their warehouse and would be sent out Tuesday of the following week. After waiting and not receiving it that next week, we called again to check status. We were then told they didn t have it in stock and they canceled the order. Now we are 2 weeks without the tool we need and are putting our customers at a huge inconvenience!! Will not be ordering anything ever again or recommending you to anyone!!

If you think you're getting a good price on something from them, well hold up cuz in a week you'll get an email stating your order has been cancelled because the item is out of stock. Avoid like the plague.
This company advertised Power Probe 3 tips for $4 and some change and when faced with check out after buying 4 of them I realized I was going to pay almost $18 shipping so I added a $30 multimeter lead set for automotive application that I could have otherwise purchased off of Amazon for 25 but figured I would go ahead and purchase it from this company 1st spend an extra 5 to save 18 I got no shipping updates until the day my package arrived I was issued a receipt refund for the power probe 3 tips quantity for in the amount of $19.02 5 minutes later the packages at my door with the lead set that I didn't ever really need and I was never given a choice to cancel the whole order this is a likely scam and I will not ever be doing business with this company again as I should advise you to do the same
Excellent customer service and they have a make it happen attitude. I like that Lori was even able to provide over night shipping which I was very happy to pay for. It's nice to do business with a company that is easy to work with.
I can't believe how this company is still in business. Most of the items on their website isn't in stock and expect you to wait months for the other items to be back in stock before they can ship them and whatever is stock they ship it in 7-10 days. And god forbid you ask for a refund, you're treated like a thief.
Been waiting 2 months for my $900 refund! National Tool Warehouse has had the defective item returned to them since July, I was promised a refund on August 4th and nothing yet. It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to hold back $900 that is rightfully owed to me. BBB is now involved as employees just ignored my emails and multiple phone calls.
