I purchased a power probe, however it was not the correct one. The incorrect item was returned and the correct one was purchased. However with i reached out to customer service in reference to my credit, i was advised it will take a couple of weeks to receive my credit. When asked why a couple of weeks? Customer service stated "That's The Standard Process" Totally Unacceptable!
