Been waiting 2 months for my $900 refund! National Tool Warehouse has had the defective item returned to them since July, I was promised a refund on August 4th and nothing yet. It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to hold back $900 that is rightfully owed to me. BBB is now involved as employees just ignored my emails and multiple phone calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. you will regret it as they have no customer service.
