After waiting for a weak and not receiving the tool we ordered, we called customer service to track the shipment and he said it was packaged in their warehouse and would be sent out Tuesday of the following week. After waiting and not receiving it that next week, we called again to check status. We were then told they didn t have it in stock and they canceled the order. Now we are 2 weeks without the tool we need and are putting our customers at a huge inconvenience!! Will not be ordering anything ever again or recommending you to anyone!!
