The other reviews saying this company lists products and accepts payment for products that are not in stock are accurate. I placed an order before becoming aware of this shady business practice. I e-mailed them and tried calling multiple times, but no-one there answers the phone and you can't leave a message because their voicemail box is full. I understand the COVID-19 situation makes it difficult to fully staff every business, but when I e-mailed a second time asking whether the item I ordered was really in stock, they did reply that it was not in stock. I placed my order on a Sunday and it took them until the following Wednesday to acknowledge they don't have this product in stock and they even said they have no ETA for when it will be available. So this looks more like standard procedure to take money for items they know they don't have. Very poor business ethics.
