I you don't want to waste your time and money, don't go to BOV and instead go to HSBC.
worst bank ever

Not served well at all ..
I had done a saving plan with BOV and I wanted to stop and get my money back with a saved. When I went to the Qormi outlet they told me that within 10days the money will be transferred into my bank account. But this never happened. I called on the 11th day and they told me that it can take up to 15 days. After the 16th day I called again and now they are telling me that it can take up to 20 days!!!! BOV no more.

I had to wait for 35 minutes before I was served. Not very efficient
