TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - I have been waiting 2 months for my $900 to be refunded to me. Employees keep giving the run around and are not giving me my money. Item was defective, we returned it right away, not a big deal it happens, but they should have refunded me right away. They received the item back in the middle of July. Its now September. I keep calling and emailing and no one wants to help me. I filed a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, find a company with good customer service.
