If you're looking to improve your credit, I highly recommend checking out NCC. Before I seeked out their help, there was no way my husband and I were going to get approved for a home loan, but now my credit isn't standing in the way.
Their credit professionals are insightful and I've had a really good experience with Nero White, who has been more than helpful. I've learned a ton about how to care for my credit and how to continue in the right direction.

I would recommend National Credit Care to anyone attempting to repair their credit. Previous, I had fallen for the Lexington Law Firm but Rick got me back on track. I fully trust him with the future of my credit score! I have already referred friends and family members to avoid others and go straight here. With their, hands down, superior customer service, I would never go anywhere else!

I'm really satisfied with the progress and results of the sevices that this company provides. All of my credit issuses are being addressed as promised and the results are great. Anytime I have any questions or concerns customer service is always very courteous and helpful. I spoke with Ajay today and he took care of what I needed and also gave me an update on what actions are being taken to keep my score rising. I have no complaints at all! I have been telling all of my friends and family about it.

Seth Kerr was very informative on the phone tonight. I am sort of under the gun to fix some items on my credit report in a quick manner. He was able to shed some light on what was happening, where I was in the process, and things his company could do to help me. He also gave me some tips for how I can improve my credit on my own. I enjoyed talking to him as he was articulate and could understand my needs without just shoving the program responses I know are probably available to him. He did more than that! This company is taking advantage of its customers ...

This company is taking advantage of its customers the use positive affirmation to have you continue paying them monthly...If you want to cancel the place you on hold (while you are waiting they pretend to type to put in a service request to cancel) they then come back on the phone very excited and try to convince you how good your credit is looking because of them. The honest truth is you can do everything they are doing on your own without having to pay these guys to do it for you.

Your FICO score is based off of 5 sections 35% is just paying your bills on time 30% is your amounts owed 15% length of credit history 10% new credit inquires 10% credit mix 1:1:1 type ratio Together these 5 things create your score FICO is NOT the credit bureaus but an algorithm to find your score to pay back your debts.

NCC loves and I mean loves to say all information reported must be 100% verifiable and complete followed by creditors pay the bureaus to report to your credit and the crazy thing is no one is checking the information.

The first thing you need to do is pay your bills on time every month! Try and keep open revolving (credit cards) to 10%. Lets say you have a $10,000 credit limit do not go over $100 to maximize this section of the pie. Start by paying off your smaller balances first then move to the larger ones.

Don t have a credit card go open a secure card with open sky they report to all 3 credit bureaus within 30-60 days.

Life lock has a credit form to use to dispute the items on your credit. Listen the stuff that s on your credit can be yours and you can still dispute it!!! Maybe the company reporting is missing dates or documents. The rounds of investigations NCC does is not to prove the debt is yours it s to make sure the companies reporting have ALL 100% verifiable information.

If you have items in college toons that s okay it happens to the best of us! Don t be discouraged sometimes paying on your collection accounts can hurt your credit. By making a payment it resets the 7 years that company has to report it!

If you do have closed accounts or/and collect toons accounts try and call the provider to settle for 20% if you decide to pay it make sure you have the company agree and to send you a letter of deletion.

Don t believe me call NCC and ask them the specifics I bet you will not get an answer

As a client for over a year now, I have not always had excellent experiences dealing with representatives at National Credit Care, which is disappointing because I was referred from a trusted source. However, I called yesterday to get an update and spoke with a representative, Pricilla Martinez, that was able to educate me and provide thoughtful guidance and specific attention to my file (which is confusing at times). The most important aspect of this exchange that prompted me to write this review, was her willingness to research and issue I was having and follow up and reconnect with me rather than leaving me to start fresh with another rep unfamiliar with my file, to have to re-explain everything etc. She was patient and thorough, and during our conversation she actually identified a discrepancy in my file that no one else had mentioned in the past. I look forward to speaking with her again. I felt that I received something valuable in return for the many hundreds I have spent in monthly fees over the past year+. I encourage NCC to consider assigning clients to specific agents in order to offer a more personal source of contact. Credit issues are very personal and clients should not have to deal with a new rep each time they call, and familiarize that rep with their issues and goals. There is no accountability or reason for reps to invest energy in client cases with this current structure. I would gladly wait to hear back from an assigned rep who may be off that day or on vacation over dealing with a new person every time. If this were possible I would hope to be connected with Pricilla or someone with similar professionalism and competency.

I must say that National Credit Care has truly delivered on quality and service. I have been truly frustrated about erroneous information on my credit reports and old debts being updated when my loans have been sold off. I also needed direction on what my focus should be and how to achieve my credit goals. I checked in today and found out that almost every derogatory account has been removed. Late payment history from a few accounts has also been removed. My rep walked me through what I should focus on to maintain a positive credit score and get the maximum benefits.I am truly ecstatic. My goal is to finally reach an 800+ score to purchase my dream house and I am almost there. This company doesn't file disputes. They audit the information that each creditor posts. This makes the creditor responsible for proving accuracy rather than the credit reporting agencies.

Everyone! i was a shopping customer who was referred to this company by a friend of mine, after going over what they did i thought...wow.....increasing my score....deleting negative items.....sounded great, but as i was going to enroll with the person who referred me , they advised me to do research before joining program. and when you do some heavy research you will discover you can do it yourself......now when i discovered that this was a political company and they were only out for their best interest,it made me reconsider. On top of that with the people who have used this program, i see these reviews and think SCAM- i also notice that a lot of people have a hell of a time cancelling.......well yeah they probably have a retention department just like any company that sells you a month to month service designed to talk you into staying with discounts and fancy lingo......but i will be sure to tell everyone to stay away from this company including the family i recommended------ i'm sure they would also love to give you guys some other company recommendations that may help more.

I was referred to National Credit Care by a family member. She raved about how it's saved her credit and improved her life. I got set up with Tony Chiarelli last month and not only was he professional, polite and patient, we already had 5 erroneous accounts removed from just ONE bureau. We are so excited to continue with Tony and to get all of the fraudulent items fixed. I actually call him way too much and he has always been wonderful and never seems bothered by my curiosity. Took over 350 dollars and got nothing to show never contacted me tell I canceled account then tried telling me they going take another 99 $ 25 days after closed account. Just another take your money and do nothing tell you want out then try tell they done all this work. Credit score actually went down after paying them almost 400$ had to cancel card to get them to stop taking money from me after I cancelled. Then they blew phone up trying get me to stay saying that it takes 6 months after they told me in beginning couple months. This is a scam

However, since I started working with National Credit Care a few months ago, they have literally shocked me with their OUTSTANDING customer service AND for the ACTUAL REPAIR they have created on my credit score! They are always available when I call, they're actually helping to improve my credit, and I'm on track for a score that will enable me to be financially flexible again! I don't even know where to begin, I joined NCC 14 months ago to help get my husbands credit score up. It was at its lowest a 450....major bummer, his highest score today's is 665. This is a real review, and we couldn't be happier! I was treated very kindly by everyone however the kindest, most professional, patient, knowledgeable person I have worked with( did I say PATIENT!) is Gentry Dietz. This has been a really emotional year with trying so hard to get so much done for our loan and I never got any judgment or attitude from her, only kindness and hope. Been with them 6 months I was told it would Take 3 months to remove all the negative accounts, I made sure to ask if they could remove them from all 3 credit agencys(they said yes). After 2 months I was happy to see they were all removed from trans union but that was it, no change on equifax or Experian. The past 4 months have yielded no results and after reading these comments I m afraid to cancel because all the negative accounts will return. They only do an update every 3 months so your stuck not knowing anything for 3 months, I assume it s so they can secure at least 3 months of fees from you at a time. I do not recommend them to anyone.
