Love this company they help get My bankruptcy of my credit they have helped me raise my credit since i started the program less then a year ago definitely going to keep working with highly recommend.
They are crooks. Plain and simple. Complete frauds. I am watching my account you better not touch a penny of mine. They accomplished very little for me at a rate of $80 a month roughly. They kept telling me give us 3 more months and something will happen...etc...I had 3 clear cut cases of fraud on my credit and they did nothing to fix it. They got me a few pts but I couldn't even qualify for a low end home depot card.....waste of $ not a legit service.
Neil Stamm has been a huge help in our credit repair process. My husband and I have both seen great improvement in our credit scores in just 4 short months. After talking with Bill Bowles, I had such hopes that they can actually help me with the credit repair and, was told that on average it takes 3-6 month to achieve desirable results with the credit repair. Regretfully it didn't take too long to realize that this was another scam.... After a sign up fee and 5 month of monthly payments almost $400, there were ZERO accounts deleted, nor any type of a positive change has been made. And from what I was told I had a pretty average case... Moreover, after a few attempts to connect with Bill I had lost hope, he simply wouldn't reply to my emails with the single question - "what has been done"... All what they did was filing a few disputes with Equifax credit bureau, which you can do on your own on their website, it takes minutes and is FREE... Don't waste your time and money with this scammers... BTW, all these reviews you are seeing, are posted because they literally ask you to post a positive review right after you sign up, saying that are currently running best employee contest. If you look at what people actually say you will see that all the reviews have no substance besides bragging how "nice" they are. Waste of time and money. I wish I could sue them for taking advantage of those who have already been fu... by the system... I hope KARMA really does exist...
Oliver was Great ! He explained everything very well and in a way that was easy to follow. He really knows his stuff and it shows. I really felt that he was there to help me out and never did I get the feeling he was rushing to get off the phone and on with the rest of his day. A+ -Joe
Complete rip off. After 8 or 9 months of paying for this service, my credit score has not improved at all and I ve sent them close to $100 each month, only to hear we ve been making good progress on your file! It just takes time.
Customer service is not responsive, their platform is not easy to use, they don t respond to emails, but you better believe they ll call to harass you for that final payment (because they won t close out your file without one more dig into your pocket).
National credit care has been good to me. My credit score has gone up & the customer service has been great! My credit specialist Renee Lipsey has been very helpful to me. I highly recommend this company!
Great company! They are very legit. I used to work for a large national bank and would refer customers to them. I used them myself for 12 months, but saw a huge improvement in my credit report and score after only 2 months. I highly recommend them.
I could not believe how well this service has done for me. Nero was excellent in explaining what I needed to do to get where I needed to be. I had a very bad score, so bad, I could not qualify for a $5 loan from a friend. Now, I'm awesome, offers filling up my mail box at home and email.

I have had the worst experience ever. I feel deceived, how can people charge someone $800.00 for a $400.00 debit. I have not been able to get a straight answer out of anyone and 10 different people respond with the same standard answer. I do not see how these people can stay in business.
I had a problem that was costly and wanted help with an answer before I took a chance on it becoming a problem with our credit so I reached out to National Care Credit and Renee Lipsey was wonderful in suggesting the best options for our situation... It was best call I've made in weeks! She went on to suggest how to handle our situation and suggested more options!

National Credit Care is the best Credit service I have tried. The customer service that you receive is phenomenal! I cannot say enough about Marissa and Thomas! Marissa really eased my mind when I didn't think that things were going to happen in a timely time frame. When you are trying to clean up your credit and get a house, having someone really take care of you, keep in contact at least once twice a week or when something changes, and stay on top of things is major. I felt like Marissa and Thomas really cared about me and what I was going through. I am recommending Marissa to anyone that I know that needs help. Again you can't go wrong with National Credit Care.

National Credit Care enabled us to purchase our home after 18 years of renting after losing our home after becoming fully disabled due toTrauma & Long Term Illiness (Fibromyalgia&Graves Disease). I'm sure everyone has a different experience when working with NCC. Kelsey is great. Super responsive and full of knowledge when it comes to everything credit score related. The two star review is because I paid around $1000 for credit advice. That is something you can get for free by typing "improve my credit score" in the google search field.

I called National Credit Care about a billing issue and Karina Parry was really helpful and polite. Ms. Parry answered all my questions and gave me some really good advice. After the phone call I felt better about calling because their customer service skills are better than any other company I have had to deal with.
When it came time to buy a house all the things they swear they got deleted. Well I was asked about them and its turns out they really couldn't do much.
I called today to get a status update on my account and ended up talking to rene lipsy for bout 30 min about random stuff. She had excellent customer service and is a sweet heart. Glad i signed up.

What scam. 6 months, $750 dollars, absolutely NO CHANGE on my credit profile. Have tried for two weeks to cancel, they put me on hold once for over an hour, over 30 mins, no way to get through to cancel. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO HELP YOU, THEY WILL NOT.

I'm in the process of buying a house and needed to get my score above 650. I decided to give them a try after being told they guarantee progress in 90 days or I'd get a refund. Well, 90 days went by, $260 gone, and no progress. So I ask for a refund. The representative talked me into giving it 90 more days and I'd be where I needed to be. Instead of getting negative Mark's off my credit they get an active credit card totally removed from my Transunion report. So 6 months into this, I'm out 400$ and my score is 40 points less than when I started!!!!!
I just made the first step today and feel 100% confident after speaking with Rene Lipsey. When you are a professional credit issues are even more embarrassing but Rene did not make me feel bad about my circumstances. I look forward to having her help me throughout this whole process. She is very knowledgeable and I while I am usual very skeptical she made me feel at ease.

I had jesse lyshorn as a rep and I must say anyone I have dealt with at NCC has been horrible they seem so genuine over the phone but at the end of the day I have been paying for NCC for over six months and opened credit cards they told me to open and thus far I have not seen any increase in my credit score.
I called today to push off my payment date since it didn't line up with pay day. They are always great at helping out financially! Christian was amazing! Took care of my needs and made sure I was satisfied! I have to admit, this company really wants to help people succeed and get to the next level! They are always willing to work with payments and even lowered my payment for a couple months when finances we're tight, and I really appreciate that! :)
Mosby was absolutely wonderful in her knowledge and explaining and sharing that knowledge with me. Mosby was comforting when I I told her that I was just exhausted from this whirlwind of credit repair.
Bill Bowles was absolutely wonderful. I really enjoyed speaking with him. He took his time talking to me regarding my account, he was really knowledgeable and most helpful in deciding what next steps needing to be done regarding my account. Bill went into detail, letting me know the ups and downs of credit and credit limits on credit cards. Way to go, and thanks for going that extra mile for me.
I am extremely satisfied with everything National Credit Care has done for me over the past year. Looking back, I am so glad that I made the decision of using NCC to help me, and the staff has not let me down. Most recently, I have been dealing with Ubin Foucher, an individual that happens to have immediate information on anything that I may have questions about, and doesn't mind giving me any tips on how I can personally improve my credit score. DO NOT GO THIS COMPANY A TOTALLY RIPPED OFF.. THEY CALLED ME ONLY FIRST TIME TO TAKE MY CREDIT CARD AND AFTER THAT THEY HAVE NEVER CONTACT ME.. NO NEWS NO UPDATE WHATSOEVER WHEN I STOP THE CREDIT CHARGES THEY CALLED ME THAT WE NEED DIFFERENT PAYMENT METHOD.. UNBELIEVABLE. Great sales pitch. Very intellectual and knowledgeable case workers . I had to cancel because I had some financial challenges come about and only have I been a member for 10 days . I wanted to cancel before first payment . The case manager so they call it that they assign to you was the worst . Didn t know a case manager existed till the time of me wanting to cancel. Once you ve been on hold for a whopping 30 minutes. You really just want to cancel so you can hang up and move on with your priorities within a day but he completely belittled my credit score, saying canceling should be the last thing on my mind . Very disrespectful individual. Please no what your getting into regardless of great reviews and sales representative
