National Credit Care has really enlightened my skeptics about using credit repair companies into a very positive experience. My husband and I have received outstanding results compared to when we first signed up. We cannot say enough about the excellent customer service each time we speak with Abby Celis who has been very professional, thoughtful and mostly knowledgeable to answer every question we ask her without hesitation. Abby is also very personable which makes us feel comfortable to share our credit histories which can be embarrassing to talk about. My husband and I disagree on a lot of trivial stuff, but we can definitely agree that 5 stars is not nearly enough to rate Ms. Celis. She deserves a "Sky Full" and much more. Abby Celis is truly a very good asset for National Credit Care. We look are looking to buy our dream home very soon!

I have been working with National Credit Care for a year and some months now, and they have been making positive progress with my credit. More recently I have worked with a credit specialist by the name of Owen and he has been very helpful and informative with assisting me with my account.The only issue that I have with NCC, is that I expected more things to have been deleted from my credit report in the length of time that I have used their service. However, I do believe that if I have been working with Owen from the beginning, the issue that I had would have been accomplished in a timely manner.

I have never liked talking about my credit, it was just something i tried to avoid! When contacting National Credit Care I was not sure what to except. When speaking with other companies it was as if I was a bother to them and made me feel a shamed. However, there was National Credit Care to shine a light on how they would be working for me to fix this issue and get this at a not over the top fee!!

I called in today for my first update and spoke with Juanita, let me say it was a great experience. She was up beat and full of such helpful information making this process sooooo much easier to talk about. It was like speaking to a friend on the other end of the phone. I can't wait until the next call for more credit fixing talk with enjoyable people like Juanita!!!

I called frustrated about the lack of information i was receiving concerning the status of my account...I simply needed someone to take a moment to explain were my account is and is headed...I was ready to close my account...but after a conversation with Logan...I was fully informed and was satisfied and agreed to maintain my account....Logan single handedly saved my account and faith in your service....I have spoke to several of your account reps...Logan is by far the most helpful rep I have dealt with and is an asset to your business. ...I wish only to deal with Logan from now on concerning my account...when I recommend your service in the future I will advise them to ask for Logan....

I was referred to them by a friend who had great results.I have tried it out and now going on 7 months. I tracked their progress to make sure I see a difference, and I was shocked. Numerous things were removed and their consultation has also helped with aiding me in my score repair. Renee is usually the one I speak with, and she makes me personally feel like she cares HA hence the name! Highly recommend this service, it has been my lifesaver.

I was originally skeptical about paying for credit repair, as there seems to be soo much conflicting information. I had a house under contract to buy in May of this year. The deal fell apart when some older collections appeared at the time of securing the loan. My credit dropped down to about 580, and I was very discouraged. I decided to give the credit repair a try. Emily, was my account manager, and she explained everything very well. She not only told me what her company could likely accomplish but she also had good general advice about a long term plan. Anyway, not much happened in the first couple months, and then after the third month, I started seeing things drop off. It is now October and I just purchased a new car at the Honda dealership with a 780 score. Amazing. .. I am soo gratefull and cannot thank Emily enough. I have been sending everyone I know to National Credit Care. They are all very professional, and they get results. Highly recomended!

Today I spoke with Seth Kerr at National Cedit Care concerning my credit file. Seth took the time to go over what had been accomplished so far by NCC on my behalf. I was amazed at the work they had accomplished in just 3 months. Seth explained which of the three credit reporting companies had removed the inaccurate information for each of the accounts that had been disputed. I was really impressed at how Seth devoted as much time as needed to be sure I was up to date on everything. There was no rush on his part. Seth also directed me to a link where I could see my credit report for free. He also gave me some sound advice on earning the most credit points on an existing credit card I kept. I hope all the NCC persons are on par with Seth. Thank you Seth. David P Scoby.

Absolutely horrible, had them for a year, consistently called them to get updates which were the same over and over again. Pulled my report with them and gave me my three scores, which were good, applied for my house and all three scores were off not by a little, one of which was off by 147 points. Called to complain, got sent to 4 different people only to be told they will review the case and notify me within 24-48 hrs, 6 days later, called, they had no idea what I was talking about. Complained to management. Was told I would get a free month for the inconvenience, still got charged and when I called they had no idea again. Finally called to cancel, put on hold with 7 different people with a total wait time of 44 min, to get some guy with an attitude and then try to talk me into staying one more month to review my files and see what he could do. Honestly thinking about filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Save your money, they are garbage, and the money your going to use on them, put it towards ur bills!

I don't ever give reviews but I have to say every time we call they answer in a timely manner and help us with every questions we have. My husband started out first with this agency and wow they left me speechless with how amazing he's scores are now. Still working on it but we are getting closer to our goals. I just signed up last month and I'm excited to see results. We called today and spoke with Zach and it was a blessing talking to him. He's amazing and so detailed. Very kind and understanding. After months of being under contract with NCC, I finally gave in to my confusion of the credit agency responses and called NCC. After speaking with Desiree Dallas, she was able to clarify and direct me towards some changes and truly offered constructive credit counseling that made sense. I feel that we have a representative who is knowledgeable and actually provided the support we needed during this process.

This is a SCAM 100%!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! There are better companies that can ACTUALLY HELP you in a very short period of time as promised. Cole told me that the main issue on my report would be taken care of in a month or two tops (I was trying to get a mortgage and needed this done quickly). When it wasn't taken care of I tried to cancel my account (nobody wants to pay someone if they are not doing their job). I tried to cancel my account 3 times. One guy "Tyler" actually told me "you can cancel your account if you want, either way I'm still sitting here getting paid." I would have been better off handling this myself. I have text messages from Cole's number, and a card that was given to me from a mortgage man referred to me by my real estate agent (I'm sure they all get a percentage). I have been trying to cancel this account on several different occasions, in text with Cole and by calling the office. Conveniently, they do not record all of their interactions. When I spoke with a "manager" today, she told me that the number I gave her does not belong to Cole. I read her the card as I was looking right at it with COLE's name on the card, THEIR address, and contact information. These people will give you the run around and BS their way to keep you as a client so they can get paid to do nothing. This is a SCAM. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or handle the credit dispute yourself. I have wasted too much money when I could have handled this myself 100%, and have actually paid out more than the actual dispute was. Also, they charge you a start up fee, then charge you to shut the account down as well. Even with record of trying to cancel. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Last October we went to our lender to purchase a home. Due to past divorce's our credit scores were very low and we needed help to try and repair our scores. The broker referred us to National Credit Care and we contacted them and explained all the hurdles we are going through and decided to sign on with this company, even though we were very leery of a credit repair company. Since then our scores have increased dramatically and we are very impressed with all the hard work that has been done. Our scores in 4 months have risen from low 500 to mid 600 in only 4 months. If you are leery about this company, I suggest you give them a call and sign up and after a couple of months your scores will increase just like ours have. Today we called to obtain an update on our files and spoke to Mark Barrera, very understanding and respectful to listening to all our questions, he explained what has happened since our last update, taking the time to explain each account and the status at this point, and we are very happy to know in a couple more months we will be obtaining a mortgage for our new home. We couldn't thank NCC more for all the professional work and the sincere understanding of our credit issues. We are now suggesting this company to our friends and business acquaintances with this superb and outstanding company. Give them a try, in a couple months you will be shocked to see just what miracles can happen.

I just spoke with a gent named Bobby. Excellence in customer service!! I initially called to cancel my account because I didn't truly understand the worth of credit care but then after speaking with him, through his patience and absolute thoroughness I not only am not cancelling, but I also am now understanding my own personal goals and even with my mortgage goes through I will continue to work with NCC to take my credit to an all time high! The worth of having someone who is patient, talks you through to complete understanding and as a bonus is even super cool to talk to is more than priceless!! It is super important to me to let people know when they have done an excellent job in their customer service skills because this is a super rare quality!! NCC has a rare and valuable gem at their establishment! FABULOUS SERVICE!!

My credit reports were loaded with a ton of damaging serious errors I was unaware of. It's incredible what gets reported that is untrue. I thought I had good credit, and I have very good income, so I had no worries. Then I tried to buy an RV but was immediately turned down because of all the junk on my reports. What?! The lender referred me to Cole Duran of National Credit Care for help. In just 2 months, Cole and his team were able to raise my scores more than 100 points!. And I just qualified for an RV loan no problem. I could not be more delighted! And we're shooting for another 100 points and a pristine record with no errors. Way to go Cole!
