Natick Crowne plaza Reviews

My wife and I reserved a room for a family wedding. We arrive at the hotel at 11PM on 11/10/18, go to the desk, and lo & behold there is no reservation for us! Somebody at this dump screwed up big time!!! Got NO assistance from the manager, did not even to find us lodging at any nearby establishment! We were told there were no vacancies at this dump, we were told,"sorry, there is nothing we can do" Beware this dump!!

Wonderful staff, clean, accommodating and would recommend it to anyone!

Came for a wedding. Staff was nice. Didnt actually stay at the hotel though.

Room was decently clean, sheets on bed could definitely have been cleaner. Room service/Pantry restaurant was Ok, def was better last year's stay. Staff was nice and helpful when called upon. Overall after several stays room on 2nd fl was dissasponting this time, just not as clean/nice/new as other rooms/floors previously experienced.

Nice hotel , very friendly , Front desk leaves a bit to be desired.

They felt the need to vacuum the hotel and midnight

Room was clean and staff was friendly but I was pretty disappointed that there wasn't free coffee and the coffee they did have was in a Keurig style machine would have preferred regular drip coffee.

Very interesting and modern interior. Very close to shopping and the local mall.

Recently renovated, friendly staff looking to help in every way. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. Close to Natick Mall and many restaurants. The room window was letting in rain, but I let the front desk know and they were quick to look into it and were very apologetic about it. Would stay there again next time in the area.

Well run hotel, competent friendly staff, what's not to love.

Attended a conference here. Decor is charming. Ambience good.

Excellent customer service desk. Good looking guest bathroom. The rooms was small, but beds were ok. Decent work-out area. Live piano music Saturday. That was nice. It's a little surprise that's amusing in and near the public restroom.

Good location. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was among the best I've ever had. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.

The bar was very small and very dark. Not my favorite type of ambiance but the drinks and food we're good. Lovely servers too.

Enjoying the hotel and I would recommend it to people who want to stay near restaurants and shopping.

I attended a conference at this facility. The room was spacious for the number of attendees present. The decor was very unusual, but intriguing. They featured lots of memorabilia, even in the restrooms. Very 70's vibe.

Room was nice enough. Had a hard time getting in the room because the front desk only asked for my name (which wasn't on the room even though it should have been) and didn't bother asking for the name the room was in so I couldn't get in to sleep at 5am after an exhausting night. They simply said they couldn't give me a key and later someone else in the room was able to get extra keys without any trouble. That customer service experience really rubbed me the wrong way and tainted what would have been an otherwise enjoyable visit.

Rented a suite for my wedding night. It was very nice, but faintly smelled of stale.cigarettes

Attended for the cay show. The facility was nice. I was impressed by the decor in the lobby and the restaurant offering.

Very inconsiderate of their guests. I really try not to be too nitpicky, but there are a few things that will earn a hotel a bad rating from me. So far this one is hitting several. I was woken up several times by loud workers outside of my room. I was getting annoyed, but still managed to fall back to sleep. Well after 11:00pm, I was woken up again by a very loud vacuum twice. I have to get up early and this is not a good way to start things off. The front desk apologized, but no action was taken and the vacuuming continued. There was still some type of work or construction on a nearby room until almost midnight. I'm sure the work is necessary, but there's got to be a better time to do it. Maybe I'm being hard on them, but I'm exhausted.

Edit: it's about 12:30AM and the vacuuming started again. There is also still a lot of noise coming from the workers right outside my door AFTER MIDNIGHT. I guess I won't be sleeping much tonight.

Went for Thanksgiving event and the food was amazing. The staff was very nice and professional.

Wonderful!!! Spectacular!!! Close to commercial centristi, elegant rooms, a first class hotel ... it is the one that I liked the most because of its elegance waste ah ah ah .. the only thing it lacks is a fridge ... My dessert was messed up

This is a great hotel. The place a little dated but the staff are great and the beds are comfy. The ac in rooms is a little loud but I've found this at most American hotels recently. The bar is very friendly. The food menu is acceptable but could do with changing more often.
It has a small fitness room and doesn't have a pool, but all guests can use the big gym in the next building.

Very accommodating. The bed was one of the most comfy I've slept in at a hotel. The in house restaurant (Pantry) was incredible. Their people were very friendly and the food was great. Did not have a chance to try the Violet Thorne lounge.

My job how is there a Halloween party at this venue every year and it's always a great time. The hotel is clean and the service is great.

Very well run facility. We were attending a wedding and the service was great. The hotter has a 'throwback' vibe to it, covering the 60's through to the 80's which was unique. The function rooms were spacious and accommodating.

Very clean, we kept hotel. The Verve lounge is also a great place for awesome cocktails and food.

Durring our 7 day stay,we had to ask the front desk for towels/washcloths every night . The one room card we received wasnt programmed correctly so,we had to be let into the ice room every night and the last three nights when we returned to our room it didn't let us into the room. Our room had mold around the window and throughout the bathroom due to lack of ventilation. With as many issues we had I would have appreciated a call from a manager. On the positive note the staff was friendly and took care of the request quickly.

The Crown Plaza Natick seems to be always improving. There looked to be a new casual eatery there - sandwiches and such. I didn't get a chance to try it. The new decor is a little warmer than before - previously.it seemed too modern and stark. I didn't get a.chance to check any accessibility other than the entrance - which was accessible with ower sliding doors.

Very nice hotel. 100% nonsmoking, but it has that Vegas Casino odor like stale cigarette smoke when you first walk in; probably from the smokers all huddled outside?

Update: The restaurant now appears to close very early, and the only place is the bar.

Always impressed by the Crowne Plaza staff every time I'm there. We've held several function there and have always had a great experience, which is why we continue to go back.

Had a meeting for work here - conveniently located near the Mass Pike so getting there wasn t a problem. The staff was welcoming and helpful when I had no idea where the meeting was. The food was great and the potato salad was my favorite. If I have to stay in the area, I ll definitely check them out! Highly recommend.

Funky Boutique type Hotel. Easy to get to driving or by shuttle. Located across the street from the best Shopping Mall in the area. Walk to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts.

Came to visit a friend who's staying at the hotel for two weeks. The staff were courteous, rooms were clean and comfortable and the wifi was good. However, the only complaint I have is that there was no fridge. The beer that my friend and i got needed to be cooled and there was no mini fridge.

Beautiful lobby and architecture inside the building, with staff ready to help out pr direct in any way. I went for a professional event and it ran perfectly smooth thanks to the staff.

Had to change rooms for to first not being clean. TV was difficult to change

Great location near Natick mall & breweries in Framingham. Hotel is clean and very modern.

Rooms were clean, bathrooms were functional and clean, gym was as much as you could ask for in a hotel gym.

Arrived at 3am....they started playing loud dance music in 6am right below my bed in the lobby.

It s the hotel s theme (The Verve) and it is the worst thing I can imagine in a hotel.

Called to ask them to shut it off or turn it down they basically told me to go pound sand.

Used the Aquarius boardroom. Warm reception, employees went above and beyond for us. The only thing I could complain about is that one of the chairs was kind of squeaky.

Met with family who was staying at the hotel for Sunday brunch. Food was great quality, staff was attentive and pleasant. Meet for brunch every year here.

Great looking place, room was very nice. No breakfast, even continental is a little disappointing and no vending machines in the ice room but they do have a shop downstairs, pretty expensive though.

Its an ideal place to stay in Boston-Natick. Great location, access to Malls, Shopping centres near by. Guest friendly employees, Great rooms with all modern aminities. Will recommend this place as a great value add to those who looking for an great place to stay in Boston-Natick, and will definitely come back for our next trip. Thank you Crowne Plaza. Will leave Boston with good memories...

Fun, whimsical retro design. I like the water with lemons and lime in the lobby.

Gorgeous hotel! Attended a charity event, everything was perfect.

It is a nice and comfortable hotel. I stayed in seventh floor, which are supposed to be upgraded rooms. Other than the water pressure in shower which was very low, I don't have any gripes. HBO is a nice add on.

Held our annual customer summit here this year (2019). Entire staff was awesome and super accommodating. Highly recommend them for any large function.
