Natick Crowne plaza Review

The Verve? What's not to like? A hip, pop culture rich hotel with kind staff, great amenities and clean, welcoming rooms.

Neat place. Perhaps they need to work on the thermostat in the gym.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and I have to say that both experiences have been good. The rooms are clean and well kept during the stay. I have only eaten breakfast in their restaurant, "The Pantry", and have enjoyed it. The only negatives I found were the fitness center and the thin walls. The age and functionality of the equipment needs to be improved. It is an older hotel, so this might explain the thin walls. Overall my experience was pleasant and would recommend it.

Atmosphere is infused with lavender, which I am allergic to.

This hotel is good for quick business trips to the area. Rooms are spacious with all the expected amenities for the price. The staff must not notice a lot since I saw the same martini cup by the elevator for half a day with a wet floor sign next to the sticky floor. The hotel staff at the restaurant and bar are friendly people and seem to be handling multiple jobs which slows them down.

It's my home away from home! Location next to Natick Mall is a bonus as you have a few walking distance dining options. Quick on and of the highway. Staff are friendly, and nice to sit and chat with the wonderful bartenders who have been there for years. All with that calm consistent and nice Courtyard vibe.

This is an excellent hotel and very well kept. Upscale and staff is alert and ready to help.

Nice rooms, good service, good bar, good parking and good access to Framlingham.

I was there for a wedding and for the most part... the say was overall... just ok. The room was ok (105) but the bathroom was kind of disappointing. The ceiling above the bathtub was falling in and there were stains all over the wall... like maybe wallpaper might have been there at one point. There were wasn't an ironing board available so I wasn't able to press my shirt. I have never stayed at a Crowne Plaza before so I guess I was just expecting a little more.

We needed a last minute place to stay this weekend a picked The Verve based on location and price. Happily pleased with all aspects of our stay! The room was very clean and super comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with very good products and the pillows were so comfy! The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake. Yes, it's your standard hotel buffet but GOOD. Our unexpected stay has turned into an extended stay in Boston making for a really lovely weekend.

Just an old hotel with an updated lobby. The bed was ancient and worn out, no fridge/microwave in the room, the heat barely worked, and the room smelled like old socks. Lots of parking though and the convenience store next to the front desk was well stocked. I won't be back.

Pretty standard hotel. Nice rooms but nothing over the top

Just came for dinner at a reception, but the food was good. All told a very nice event.

Breakfast was $14 for "buffet" that included the same mediocre food you see on everyone else's complimentary bfast. Charged us $3 each for a cup of coffee in the morning.
Normally I wouldn't comment on this type of thing but the decor was just weird...shooting for some sort of quirky identity that didn't match the setting.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Would not stay again.

I attended a social there. The lobby was beautiful. And the room we were was huge and very clean nice. The snacks provided were elequently displayed with staff attending to restocking and freshening up frequently. The bartended was also professional and attentive. Very nice place for functions.

The front desk was so incredibly nice and helped us get an extra bed to accommodate my sister and me as well as brought us ice when we couldn't find the ice machine. So sweet so comforting.

Friendly staff and located next to a convenient shopping mall. Rooms vary in size but are all clean.

We come here for the Violet Thorn bar/restaurant. Great place to meet up with friends. The staff are nice, the food and drink first rate.

My family is 4 with 6, 9 boys. In entrance for breakfast, i showed two tickets. But, they charged 2 adults and 2 kids. With argue, they changed it. My angry point is they didnot notice me on the charging kid.

It was nice, bou the details were missed. The towels were pretty rough for a suite, the bathtub was standard sized, but in a huge empty bathroom.

The rooms are always clean and the staff are verpleasant with customer service being a priority.

The room was very nice and clean. It was pretty quiet. The staff was very accommodating to my requests and overall great service.

The ballroom was nicely decorated for the wedding, cocktail hour felt like it was in the lobby, and drinks felt like they were overpriced.

Very nice, clean, and comfortabe. But two things. First: we booked this hotel late on the day of our stay, suddenly needing to stay in the Boston area. Using the internet, I inadvertently used Guest Reservations, billed via CCI*HOTEL RES. This is a third party system that makes one think that the price is a bargain and that rooms are sparse. While I can't verify the veracity of those two things, I know they tacked on a nearly $80 charge for taxes and other fees which I assume was a generous helping for their company. This is a problem that seems to be on the rise. Why can't internet searches default to the main site when one searches for "Crown Plaza"? To allow this near-scam to flash to the top is not ethical. Secondly, I think that it is ridiculous to charge for breakfast when so many other, just as nice, chains offer a free breakfast. After paying over two hundred dollars for a room, it's not going to break the bank. More than anything, it seems that it's just being snooty.

Excellent facilities, so clean, friendly staff. Miss the temple spa soaps but still lovely.

Room was clean, staff was very nice (had to change rooms due to an issue, but it wasn't a problem at all), plenty of parking. The only problem would be that the water pressure in the shower was low.

Very Classy Hotel, great for receptions, conferences. Workout room on top of hotel 7th floor with a view. Highly recommend.

Went for a work training. Staff was friendly and polite. Food was good for the few meals I ate. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Room was clean.

Towels are jagged, there are no desks or chairs in the rooms, and there is no refrigerator. The interior of the hotel is splendid while the basic facilities are inadequate. Breakfast is also less expensive than where it is included.

Plenty of parking for events, clean interior and staff is wonderful.

Nice place, first room we got was dusty and had some spider webs, but upon talking to the desk about it they sent someone up right away and bumped us to an executive room. Great customer service.

Staff Always at your service. I had an issue in The bathroom the staff manage within the hour while I was in a meeting on the phone ! So without too much noise, that was not easy ! Thank you again!

Had a good time here. Not sure if they are going for a Las Vegas Hotel in terms of there decor and interior design but it was kinda of a fun thing to walk into and not see the same old routine hotel. Room was Nice, perfect distance from Boston if being in the city isn't your thing. Some beautiful towns around Natick

Average hotel, room is clean enough, catch a whiff of cigarette smoke every once in a while in my nonsmoking room. Air conditioning was less than spectacular during the night. Staff are friendly, if mildly incompetent. Restaurant is OK as far as hotel restaurants go, definitely a little overpriced, so I guess par for the course as far as hotel restaurants go.

Is there a reason why the hotel can t manage to fund enough staff to help people with bags to their room? Never got asked if I needed help and just worked out that I had to get the trolley myself to get the bags to my room. A little confused as I thought most chain hotels could manage this...

We loved the attention and our room. Is a very nice option if you want to be in a good hotel with the best location in Framingham.

The room was clean and spacious enough for my purposes. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was that my room got sun first thing in the morning when I had wanted to sleep in, but not really the hotels fault, I should have closed the curtain.

Attended a professional event. Facilities were clean. Catered lunches were great. Weird, but cool retro commercials playing throughout lobby area.

Stopped in to Purple Thorn for a nightcap with friends. Personable staff and comfortable ambiance. Drink was good. Appetizer ("cheese curd and tomato fondue") was disappointing.

Great Place. Not expensive. 30 minutes from Boston Harbour. Aquarium and city tours are 30 minutes out. Money worth. Breakfast included in my reservation. Clean, new like rooms. Updated, free internet. Free Parking. In front of a nice mall, Natick Mall. You can be here and perfectly do your stuff in Boston.
