Great location easy to get from the Highway's. I was attending a work event, they were organized had coffee throughout the whole day served as lunch everything was neat, clean. very large room was able to fit over 100 people would recommend this location for any and all social and work events

Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk personnel was nice and courteous. We stayed on the second floor whiched overlooked the lobby area. The downside was the thin walls as we could clearly hear people walking down the hall or people talking next door. The 2nd floor had a strange smell and it was more prominent in the room but you get dissentized after a bit.
Really good hotel in Framingham on main street. Staff is friendly and amenities are new and well maintained. Mattress was really comfy and overall stay was pleasent. Highly recommend it.
Best hotel ive ever stayed at! Clean, quiet, modern,,love the eclectic theme, staff very friendly helping with places to go as we were new to Boston, security is strong and friendly...i just can t say enough wonderful things.Thank you for making this the best stay! You had me at the lava lamps!
Comfortable, contemporary hotel with good amenities. Staff was responsive and friendly. With many options in the Natick-Framingham area I'd stay there again.
I just recently stayed at this hotel for a work function for 9 nights. It's already a fairly pricey hotel, but the money you'll shell out doesn't stop there.
Want breakfast?: $$$ (what hotel doesn't have complimentary breakfast today)
Want coffee?: $$$ (technically, they have a Keurig but they hid it away on the 4th floor so I had no idea. The front desk didn't make it known and I found out through a colleague around the 4th day of my trip. Again, what hotel doesn't offer complimentary coffee?)
Want to do laundry?: Well, too bad. There's no laundry service on-site. The nearest one is a $15-20 Uber ride away.
Staying for a long trip and want to buy your own food for nutrition/cost?: I hope you like processed food because there's no refrigerators.
The hotel itself was clean and the staff was relatively friendly, and that's saving them from getting 1 star.
Overall, I'd say this is a good hotel for a night or two, but I seriously hope you don't have to stay here overnight for multiple nights.
rooms were nice but took forever to be ready. we were suppose to be at the hotel 3 hours before we did get there and they still were not ready. we had a lot of people and a lot of rooms but they knew we were coming
Modern and colorful lobby, good first impression. The room we stayed at was pretty spacious, with tons of storage space and a contemporary design. They had very good placements of lamps in the room, with a very nice TV mounted as a center piece of the room. In addition, there were a few art pieces around the room, which added a nice touch. The room was pretty clean overall, including the bathroom. But the shower head was kinda of weak, and there was a slight smell of the furniture or maybe construction in that particular room we stayed in. Another than those things, the room was great.
Their breakfast buffet was pretty good. They had a separate enclosed dinning area and designated staffs to serve you, like a mini restaurant. Everything was very nicely presented and the buffet stations were laid out neatly. However, despite all the good looks, I found that there weren't a whole lot of options for the buffet, at least everything they had tasted good. It could be pricy too if you didn't have the breakfast included when you booked your room.
Not a bad hotel, stay here regularly for business travel. Rooms have everything you need including free WiFi. Breakfasts can get a bit repetitive buffet is the same day in day out and there were some days when the menu was not available. The hotel bar is one of the better ones with some decent food and drink options. Friendly staff always makes the stay that much better.
The hotel has retro theme, i think. There are many vintage poster decorations which i found cute. But the room is kinda small and gloomy, inadequate lighting. Though the lighting in the bathroom is particularly good. There is small mirror with lamp you can adjust to use makeup which i found very helpful. But breakfast is poorly served.
There was a private room in the back for events and a huge round table for private dinner parties or cult meetings. There were no belly dancers but there was a dessert sampler that has yogurt in it.
We had the new year's Eve special, room, dinner, breakfast, and two drinks. The service was horrible, drinks were messed up, took an average of 30 min for a drink. It seemed like it was bring your child to work day and let them be servers. They advertised on social media for this new year's Eve party and had one bartender.
The room was exceptional and the staff very nice. The only issue we had was being billed for items bought in the lobby store even though we paid cash for them at the desk. We had to have our credit card company remove that charge.
I booked 3 nights through priceline and needed to add one day after the first night. Talked to a staff at front desk and was told to extend one night at the same rate. The night before the original check out date, got a bill. Went to front desk and the system didn't have the new reservation. I was told to pay a very high rate for additional day while priceline offering a much lower price.
We were disappointed a bit in terms of services. It does not have a small refrigerator in which to store some drinks or fruit. And it does not include breakfast, which is starting to be somewhat common in American hotels. The service was very good and the shuttle service helps compensate for the long distances to anywhere. Except for the mall that is directly opposite, there is not much in the vicinity and for example the train station to Boston is more than 2 miles.
Here s the low down: Pluses: rooms are clean, lobby is nice and the front desk staff is nice. Plenty of decent restaurants nearby and a mall across the street. Downsides: what they don t tell you is if you want decent coffee in the am you have to go to the fourth floor lobby. No coffee in the morning in the 1st floor lobby and the room coffee is AWFUL! If it rains (and I mean just rain- not a nor easter) your cable is out- which is really when you want it! I was there for 7 days and no tv for 3 of the days. All together it was so-so. Most of the people here on business with me complained about the AC- either it didn t work properly or was crazy loud. The hotel seems to have a general issue with regulating temperature throughout the building. Definately a 3 Star hotel
I went to a Halloween company event. It's the third year that they have their party there and we always love everything. The employees and the hotel in general.
Rooms are decent. Staff is friendly. Tries too hard to be boutiquey but never escape the fact that it's just a basic hotel with a new coat of paint. Elevators are incredibly slow. Only two for the hotel and one was broken. Food in the restaurant is overpriced and bland. Not a horrible place at all. Just tried to be more than it is.
The room smelled like dog I couldn t breathe all night . They had loud annoying construction that began 7:30 am very annoying and no warning . There was a shooting in the hotel in March 2019 that shud bout sum it up
Great ambience. Excellent restaurant. Spacious aisle space and seating arrangements for relaxed sitting. Close to a very nice Natick Mall with lots of food options.
However, the front desk is slow and lazy. Table drawers keep sliding out. Furniture looks tired and old.
It has been a great experience from check in to check out. Greatly helpful, friendly front desk staff. The rooms are in fairly great shape, lots of modern elements, with some oddities. But very clean, fresh and friendly. Very good beds and linens. Great food at The Pantry. All in all, a fine place to spend a few days. Recommended!
The staff is very customer first focused and happy to help. As a clean freak, and im a person who brings cleaning supplies to a hotel room...I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't need to do so! The hotel also has been recently renovated so most is new and fresh....I recommend this hotel!!
Not sure why this hotel charges as much as they do, there is no pool, no free breakfast, no fridge in the room and the rooms are not new. The lobby is nice, but then again you are not going to sleep in the lobby. Oh and also we were awoken to the sound of construction outside our window at 7 am. I'm all for renovating the hotel, but maybe hold off till after noon when guests check out.
The food was good, but the service was not. Our waitress was nice, however she did not speak/understand English very well. Missed a drink order, and put the appetizers in to come with the meals even though we didn't request it. Food took 30 minutes for 6 people, though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet for $14 was great. Lots of food!
Great location with lot of choices for dining nearby. With complimentary shuttle to nearby places including morning shuttles to nearby offices, I did not have to worry about transportation.
Hotel staffs are nice. But it took me two days to get a plastic laundry bags. I asked many times but didn't take care in a timely manner. Shower pressure was weak.
The food is very good in the onsite restaurant and the service is excellent. The hotel staff are very helpful and courteous although I was not impressed with manager.
Whenever we are in Natick, MA my family and I stay at the Crowne Plaza. It is always clean, the staff is courteous and pleasant and a reasonable rate. It is truly a 5 star hotel.
