Very helpful and you can count on them. You might have to wait a bit at the counter and they don't have prices on their shelves, but I still rate them higher than any other shop I've bought from. Will definitely be coming back.

First time visiting. Shop seems chaotic, but in a good way. The staff are knowledgeable, pricing seems good and they seem to have a good variety of spares and parts

The shop is fairly full of motorcycle parts except for BMW bikes, they will tell you to go to BMW like they don't like that particular motorcycle, they have good prices too, maybe because we don't have a lot of bike parts shops around here in Benoni.

1) Very bad customer service, cold and unfriendly.
2) The mechanic (older gentleman) is very arrogant and rude
3) He simply refused to service my bike, because it was too tricky for him

Would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Was surprised to get the stuff that I wanted there, when others can't get it. They really put in the effort. My preferred bikeshoppie. Keep it up champs!!

I have no cooking clue about bikes, I went today to get my husband some supplies. What a pleasure to walk into a place and be met with friendly staff, quiping with you as though you are old mates. To not be made to feel silly for taking pics to send off to said husband and more than willing to answer all questions asked. If you're looking for motorbike supplies and awesome service you'll not be disappointed by the GAME Services team

A good bunch of people and can generally find every part you might need. But be patient, they get very busy.

Disappointing experience today. Took two loose off road wheels in today to get replaced with new tyres. I supplied the new tyres and mousse juice. All they did was labour. They charged me R305 per wheel. Yes, R305 for an off road tyre change. When I asked why its so expensive I was referred to the older gentlemen, Ken, who said because with a mousse its a horrible job while being extremely rude.

Make sure to ask for a quote first. It seems whenever something is a horrible job , they seem to charge almost double what any other shop will charge.

Still a nice shop for parts and accessories. Attitude needs some amendment.

10min standing at the counter before being greeted with only 3 other customers in the shop.
Bad personal service from the guy at the counter. Answered questions with arrogance and irritation.

Charlie from the workshop is very helpful and answered technical questions in a friendly manner.

The shop is dusty and has no prices on the products on the floor.

Great spares place, Attitude of the staff at the spares counter really put me off, so cold and unfriendly, felt like i had to apologise for wanting to buy something, they will make that i take my bikes somewhere else, Lynette though was great, shes a real hustler and organises things on a friendly manner

Well I'm a bit conflicted here. I was in the store to purchase some stuff for myself and to pick up something for my brother. So the reason for the bad review is because the older gentleman had such a bad attitude and basically threw the engine parts into my arms all because I noticed that the job they were being paid to do was wrong.
The crank that was there for repairs kept getting stuck in one position.
I pointed this out to the sales guy, who went back to show the "mechanic" and this was how I was treated...

I still think that the sales is great and that the parts are always well priced, I just think this old man need to check his attitude...

I would still recommend this place to others but maybe not for the workshop side...

Extremely bad service received.
Walked in with a R1200 rim that needed to be trued.
The rude man behind the counter simply told me that he would not assist me without even looking at the rim I was still holding in my hand. I asked if he was serious and once again received a rude NO I wont help you.
Asked why he would not assist me the man stated that R1200 riders dont want to pay. I guess he assumed I could not afford his service.
I informed the old man that he was being extremely rude with his assumption and the way that he handled his customers. This all played out in front of another customer in the store. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS FACILITY!
