The verve was the most accommodating hotel I've ever been in hands down. Jeff and JC where the most accommodating, kind, acknowledging I need one, inspiring that I run into yet in this industry. I would recommend to anyone family or friend to stay here. I have been here for two weeks and the service has not changed. Always amazing at the verve!!!!
The staff was polite and helpful. The room was modern and clean. The only issue my wife and I had with the hotel is that the shower did not drain fast enough, so you were left showering in a pool of dirty water. We will be returning to the Crowne Plaza the next time that we are in the area.
A old favourite when staying in Natick. Comfortable rooms, good service. Easy walk to the mall and restaurants.
Very nice decor. Beds are very comfortable. Comfortable "lobbies" on every floor.
One of the best run hotels that I have the pleasure of staying . Staff was exceptional, helpful etc . Truly an amazing hotel.
I have travel to every corner of the world
During my career.....if you're in the area and need a place to stay you can't pass up the Crown Plaza in Natick Massachusetts
My non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom looked like a remodel had occurred recently due to plaster all over the walls. Most of the staff were friendly, but a couple seemed like they'd fit better outside of the hospitality industry. Several other rooms reported problems as well, such and broken door handles, busted TVs, and shoddy repair work.
It was a nice place for our company meeting. Meeting hall got a little stuffy for my taste.
Only positive side is The Cheesecake Factory only 10 mins walk. :-)
The rudest staff I have ever met especially ike the the so called manager
Room was clean and bed comfortable. Air conditioner was loud and lights in room and bathroom were dim.
What can I say? Last night I had my wedding at The Verve. I woke up smiling. Everything was perfect, and I mean it. When we were first started looking for venues, we really didn't know what we were looking for. Well, this hotel has it all. Sherry, the Senior Catering manager was fabulous. She was the main reason we booked this spectacular location. We trusted her from the beginning and she delivered. My husband and I had our dream wedding at The Verve. Everything went smoothly and was exactly how we wanted it. The food was awesome and the staff was very helpful. I never lost contact with Sherry. She was always available from start to finish. Anytime I needed her she was there, and if she was out someone else would always get in contact with me. I loved how easy it was to talk to her, she is a perfect fit for her position. Her positive attitude and sparkling personality will make any bride feel like they are the most important person. The lobby and ballrooms are so incredible, I will cherish the photographs forever. The guest rooms are clean and very modern. I will definitely be recommending The Verve for any event you may be planning.
The bartender put too much water in my Scotch. Otherwise, it was nice.
Nice room, clean, scentless, decoration is elegant. I love the pattern of the bathroom, it's convenient. The AC is old, and has occasional noises. There is a big LED TV on the middle of table, nice TV.
On the positive side the rooms were clean and the staff in the lounge was nice. Unfortunately this hotel suffers from a poorly trained and managed staff. They were nice enough but they were simply incapable of addressing or understanding basic issues. When we arrived at the nearby train station we called for our pre-arranged hotel shuttle. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes we were told it was on it's way. After 30 minutes of waiting we called again only to hear the same thing. Finally after 45 minutes it arrived. When we arrived at the hotel the 2 people in front of us were told no rooms were ready. One was clearly disabled. When I asked they laughed and said oops "we actually do have rooms" . I think they thought it was funny that the others had to wait. On our last day I called for a 6 am wakeup call and a shuttle back to the train so we could catch our flight. They assured me I was all set. Surprise!!! 6 am came and no wake up call. Thank goodness we set a backup alarm on our phone. I called the desk to confirm the shuttle and surprise again!!! The shuttle does not begin until 7 am. There were no apologies or attempts to resolve. All I got was the day person blaming the night person. Thank goodness for Uber or we would have missed our flight. This could be a good hotel but the staff needs to be replaced or retrained. They are simply inept.
Excellent shuttle service. Convenient for Natick Mall.
It is noted that the construction of the hotel is somewhat old and that is why it is being remodeled, but contrasts with the sharpness of Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. The attention in Front Desk is very good, but let me want to clean the rooms because I found dust in the drawers and the hair dryer was dirty.
Most of the staff is very friendly, however the cleanliness is not the best. I would expect more from a 5 star hotel
Friendly, professional, wonderful rooms, nice quiet restaurant on site..
Nice rooms great staff. i did encounter a few small problems but nothing major wonderful hotel to stay at
Visited for wedding. Ballroom was nice and staff was friendly.
Constellation room was very comfortable and easy to hear speakers. Food provided was delicious. Staff was courteous and helpful.
My firm had a company event in the Apollo Ballroom for a few hours, and it went well. It was properly set up, everything was clean, and the dessert bar was nice.
Went here for an event, very cool place with lots of interesting decor and games in the lobby. Food served was excellent, tea service was nice.
The people who run the restaurant stink but everything else is fine.
Requested an early check in the day before... Couldn't check in until 400pm ( an hour after reg. Check in... Requested to speak to a manager, they gave me the run around the whole time... Was promised to have a manager reach out to me by email, never happened... On top of the poor maintenance to the room(mold in shower, wall paper pealing off) and the crappy overpriced breakfast... No thanks
Very very nice. Had a great room, service was great. Attended my nephew's wedding so I decided to stay and make my own get away. Thank you for your fantastic wishes. I'll be back soon for a get away from home.
The hotel and staff are very good. The traffic in that location makes getting around a bit tedious. Although, it also give you access to almost anything you may need.
The servers were very friendly. The food was beautifully served, though it lacked in quality (the steak had a lot of chewy fat and the cake did not have a lot of flavor). The doors to thee venue reminded me of strip clubs in movies. However, I had a great time at the facility and appreciated the staff friendliness and dedication to refilling my water glass.
Not impressed at all door wouldn't close properly the faucet in the bathroom about to fall off the clock radio not plugged in another lamp not plugged in furniture was probably out of a Motel 6 at checkout they couldn't even give me change for a $20 bill but the bed was very comfortable this place needs a lot of work especially at $162 a night
Very good service.rooms are very clean.shame no pool
Excellent hotel rooms very well, attention all good
Rooms and hotel are beautiful. Customer service is lacking.
Simple and painless check-in and stay. Would recommend.
Great hotel. Staff are responding quickly and ready to help. Rooms are always clean and in good state.
Overall, this was a pretty good stay ruined by a horrible problem with the heating that maintenance failed to fix. On the pro side: The retro vibe of this hotel made it quite a unique and enjoyable place to stay. The room was clean (other than a used keurig pod left in our machine and an empty water bottle under the dresser) and the staff was friendly and helpful. On the con side: The hotel is in a really traffic-heavy area and is difficult to drive to and from. Also, though we booked a room in advance, no one told us when we booked that we had to cage the dog when he was left alone in the room. However, the worst part was the heating. We set the thermostat to 70, but it would not go above 66. We asked the front desk for help and they sent a maintenance worker who turned the heating unit off and then on again. However, it died in the middle of the night and the temperature fell to 64 degrees.
The conference room was very good. Front desk a little clueless
