This place is nice and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I recommend booking on their website and seeing if you can get the $1 breakfast for 2 or some other promo. I highly recommend the breakfast buffet even if it's not free. Towels were nice and soft and the pillows were very comfortable. My only complaint was the type of people that were there that day. Not the hotels fault. This is the perfect place for a 1-2 but stay.
Gorgeous artwork everywhere. Friendly staff. Beautiful rooms.
Good location. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area.
Traffic was terrible trying to get to this hotel but once we were there, it was a great experience! The staff welcoming us and checking us in, the ice cold water and fruit station, and the delightful interior decorations all around the hotel made for a really nice and enjoyable stay. If you stay at this hotel, be sure to wander around as you'll find all kinds of fun and interesting decor, and nooks and crannies that will definitely put a smile on your face. If we're ever back in Natick and need a hotel, this is one we'd go back to. Oh and for the extra $3.00, get breakfast included. That $3.00 was for the 2 of us, not each!
I do like this hotel and room. However, last time personnel was not cooperating during my check out and did not accept my medical issues that limit my communication. It was too unpleasant.
Staff in the bar section were extremely friendly and nice.
My wife and I went to the bar for a few drinks before dinner, and I must say I liked the vibe. It was comfortable, and nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. When we went over to the restaurant, we were the only ones there. I liked the food options, but didn't love the atmosphere.
Awesome vintage decor, comfortable amenities, helpful staff
I have very limited expectations from a hotel where I crash for a night during a business trip. Namely, first and foremost, soundproofing. My room here lacked this quality profoundly. When other guests shut the doors in the hallway, it sounds as if they just angrily slammed my room's door.
I am not impressed.
Otherwise, just an average hotel.
Conference space is spectacular with the pop-art decor
So discusted with this hotel. The battery died in my wife's car at midnight...she was just trying to get home to me and our 2 year old daughter and the receptionist simply said "we cant help you", and left her helpless. Didn't make any effort to see if security or any one else had jumper cables, or offer to assist in any other way. Never visiting this hotel ever again.
Beautiful event space! Staff was very attentive and considerate of guests' needs. I would consider using this event space in the future!
Very nice hotel. The staff are great! The waiters in the restaurant are very nice.
Great location for shopping, nice staff and room, would go back
The hotel is probably great if you can get someone in reservations to speak with you. I called three times. The first time I left a message for a callback which after two days never came, second I was told the room rates for my dates 3 weeks out where not available and to call back later, and the last time I was disconnected while waiting to hear what King rooms were available. It s to bad, I really liked the look online, and it was close to where I wanted to stay.
The hotel has several places to meet for drinks, restaurant and meeting rooms. It's next to a Dunkin Donuts. We stayed on the first floor, which was convenient for not waiting for an elevator. The Ice Vending Machine is only on the 2nd through 7th floors. There is a small room on the first floor, with a microwave as well as a variety of snacks, candy, drinks, ice cream bars etc, which you pay for at the front desk/ Concierge Service Desk. There is not a Continental Breakfast at this hotel. You can pay for breakfast and it will be included in the price of your room. You will have to go to the Concierge Desk for a ticket to take to the restaurant, if your room cost includes it. We used a third party to book the hotel and thought breakfast was included. Every Crown Plaza is not the same. I went to another one outside of Chicago, a few weeks ago, where a nice Contential Breakfast was served.
Our room had a bathtub and not a shower. There wasn't a microwave or frig in the room. You can get free hospitality coffee on the 4th floor and you also have a coffee maker in your room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Looks like a new hotel or newly renovated. I can still smell the paint when I just get out the elevator. No big deal, since I can't smell it in my room. The whole hotel is nice decorated. The room is nice and clean. It's among the best that I've ever stayed in. Huge TV is probably over 60 inch. The "sleep tight package" makes me feel warm. This is a kind of hotel would let you physically relaxed, not to worry about sanitation; and make you spiritually rested by offering a visual enjoyment. Lucky I will be staying here for two days. ;))
Very comfortable beds, well designed rooms and good room service. The food is good! Buying breakfast with the room is a very good deal. The location is in close proximity, even walking distance, to shops, restaurants and coffee places.
Used to be our go-to hotel. Now it is cafe, bar and nightclub trying to be a hip hotel - in Natick, MA. Polite enough staff but obviously inexperienced in hospitality management. Coffee / snacks 6-10 AM only unless you pay at the cafe where they might understand you.(ESL everywhere). Sitting tired and dusty in the lobby on hip and mod but uncomfortable furniture after a day out golfing because our room has not been turned. And it's 4 pm. Go figure. Watched housekeeping staff hanging out on the floors with absolutely no sense of urgency. No fans or ventilation in room bathrooms - is that building code? Oh, and the TV is second rate. Old and blurry with half the offering of a suburban Day's Inn. At least we have internet access. They got that right.
We won't be coming back. Ever. Nice enough people I'm sure, but a woeful lack of operational capability and experience. All too young. Too inexperienced and oblivious. Maybe my expectations are too high and it's just the way things are now.
Kind of a funky vibe, but overall great place. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable and staff are attentive to needs.
quite ambient and spacious place to arrange a party :)
Went for a wedding, it was a great hotel. Only possible knock to it was there is no ice machine on the second floor which is where I was.
A decent place to stay, plenty of amenities, however a little costly.
Was there for a training. Everything went smoothly!
Was there for a Halloween party. Catering staff were all excellent and the area we were in was fairly roomy, if not a bit narrow outside the main area
We've stayed here a few times. It has a good breakfast spot and the rooms are comfortable. The hotel itself has unusual decor which makes it a bit more interesting than standard hotels. It's also walking distance from the mall.
The room is beautiful and so are the lobby and other public areas. Bathroom is updated, bed is comfortable, view is alright.
I came here for work, I had breakfast, my recommendation is to keep checking the food available for the buffet, don't let it run loc it looks stingy and the Crown plaza does not look stingy to me, at least that is the feel I get when I go in.
My waiter had awesome sense of humor OMG, HE is such an asset to this restaurant I hope they treat him well. (MOHAMMED )
I loved the bacon and I was able to get my Bailey's for my coffee.
4 stars because there is always room for improvement and Crown plaza owner should not get to confident
The lobby was the best part. Great restaurants to, and some really cool vintage bathrooms to top it off. Kitchen staff was reallly nice.
Sink leaked, but the room and food were both great. Hotel itself was a little hard to find.
My family was just taking a peaceful overnight getaway .We got a great price via Priceline. It was clean ,beautiful, easy check in, and very friendly staff. We'll it wasn't peaceful. My wife had intense stomach pains.I called the front desk for a medical emergency. She was rushed to a nearby E.R.Then rushed to Boston for emergency surgery. The staff at the plaza was incredible. We have a five year old daughter and the hotel offered to take my daughter and myself to the hospital. We'll it was getting late and I had too bring my daughter back. The hotel again stepped up and came and got us.I wish I knew the name's of the gentlemen and woman who we're great.I almost forgot the woman reassured me she's in good hands because her brother was on the Natick MA.F.D.He actually responded to the call.I never got a chance to thank the hotel.Thank You.

Here for a conference, outstanding service and friendly staff
Great property very welcoming and helpful stayed a few times while my son was at college like little spa day just great
Nice rooms for the money. Good atmosphere. Comfortable.
Attended a graduation here and the food was amazing, the staff was really great as well. I would definitely recommend this location for an event!
Excellent customer service great location wonderful hotel. I will definitely stay here again!
Absolutely the worst imaginable experience.
I booked a three-day event for 180 people, paid a deposit six months in advance, and made (at the hotel's request) two trips to Boston over the course of those months to discuss detailed planning. Then, just a few weeks before the event, they informed us they were canceling it. We were blindsided by this, as were the many guests who had already made nonrefundable travel plans to attend.
The hotel was completely unaccommodating, unapolgetic and downright rude about the whole thing. Moreover, they dragged their feet about refunding our deposit, and quite forcefully told us that although they had held our money for several months (presumably in an interest bearing account) they would refund only the amount we'd deposited, with no interest.
I cannot imagine a more despicable organization than the Crowne Plaza Natick. If you care AT ALL about having your event actually take place, please please please do not book it here.
supposed to be a better hotel but my room was a mess. horribly peeling ceiling in bathroom, bedside lamp completely busted....at least the bar's burger was ok.
The place is well preserved although it has been in operation for several years. I have been twice and the rooms are spacious and with all the services. There are several shopping centers and places to eat nearby.
Great value, comfortable, and conveniently located for getting into the city.
Very nice hotel. Clean, great customer service, top notch breakfast!
Was just there for a work training. No interaction with hotel staff. Was just in the large banquet room. It was fine. Lobby felt pretty swanky, but just walked through it.
Very clean nicely decorated rooms, everything about the place from design to staff is just great!
I use the conference room and the restaurant and was fantastic. The decorations was amazing
Perfect business hotel. Walking distance to one of the best mall in the US and to the amazing World War II museum. Friendly, helpful staff.
The deco is retro and very nice. Although, the staff is friendly but they are NOT very helpful. We had a toilet that was loose and rocking. They were not accommodating! They did not offer to change rooms and kept saying that they would call the engineer!
It's nice to have a comfortable, simple 24-hour convenience store.
It was a lovely event and the hotel did a great job handling all the people in the spaces.
I stayed in a suite. It was very spacious and nicely furnished. It is easy to get to and there are lots of places to shop nearby. Checking in was a breeze. They offer a breakfast buffet and lunch and dinner are also available on site.
Rooms are lovely and comfortable. Found little things amiss, room keys not working, no face cloths, no shower gel only soap... Lady at front desk being attacked by stroppy lady, right or wrong, she's sniggering at the customer. Little niggly details take away from it. If you like to shop Natick mall is about 3 minutes walk away!
