We had a ln amazing time visiting and learning about NASCAR. Many members in our group were not fans, but they still learned a great deal and enjoyed themselves. The simulation was fine andthe pit challenge was engaging. Seeing the cars and technology through the years and the history behind the sport was intriguing for everyone. Thank you for a great time and u will be back sometime with many friends in tow.

Came here on a trip with my grandpa (a NASCAR nut!), and we had a great time! The simulators were super fun, and he walked us through much of the history of the sport. I loved the split cars on the top floor that showed the differences between racing and street legal cars. Really great stuff, could spend several hours there, and I'm not even a huge fan. Lots of interactive stuff, including a station where you can be a pit crew, and race others. Such a great time!

My class and I were just at the NASCAR hall of fame last we and we were given the best treatment from the staff and had an amazing experience. They treated us like we were investors and made the time we had available with them worthwhile. They first started by introducing themselves and telling us what they do which made the whole experience a lot better and personal. The staff also gave us time to look around the museum and see all of the interesting things they had on display. They also made sure we had a fun time and would remember the time we spent with them. They gave us the opportunity to race cars and be part of a pit crew which gave the whole experience more of a fun outlook. Finally, when we were running out of the time they made sure to tell us about the CRVA and about what they do and how insane it is. Once they realized we didn t have much time before we had to leave they made sure to give us lunch ideas so we could make it to our next destination on time. Overall the staff was incredible while making sure we understood what they do and being friendly the whole time.

We enjoyed our visit here. Lots of cool cars to see and interesting information to read and listen to. The simulation is really just like a typical racing video game. We upgraded our passes for that, but it's nothing special. The pit crew experience is fun, but also frustrating because it didn't work right half the time or the clock would keep running after we finished. The first time we went, they had a kids room with some fun activities, but that was taken out recently.

The NASCAR Hall of Fame is an amazing experience. They do a great job of honoring the past while projecting into the future. They focus on experience from an interactive perspective and truly make it a memorable time for all.

First time visitor to the Nascar Hall of Fame, I was there for a symposium so there were no crowds just bunch of technology geeks. I have to say it was so cool seeing all the cars, history and the inner workings of the engines. No matter if you're a Nascar fan or not you will enjoy visiting the museum as it has been thoughtfully designed to engage everyone from small child to grumpy old men.

First time in Charlotte and was excited to visit the Hall! From the first sight of the building I was hooked!! Love the checkered flag crosswalks and the shape of the building. The giant Telecom gets you pumped before even entering! The front desk girls were friendly and helpful, the admission sign fees were clear and concise. Every staff member we encountered was happy and welcoming! Great customer service as a whole. The cafe girl was friendly and the food was good. As an old school fan I was a bit disappointed in the lack of Earnhardt Sr and Gordon displays but then realized it was a hall of fame and not a museum. But all in all a must see!

Would have been 5 stars but no black #3 goodwrench car...be serious if not for him...the organization would have gone away...he brought controversy and skill that made NASCAR what it is...you highlight his career...but don't have the iconic car?

It is a neat place to go, the only complaint that I have is the price. 25 bucks a person for the very cheapest ticket is overpriced. If you want to do the race simulator then it is even more money. Many display pieces that cover the history and newer displays that show the contemporary stuff.

Start your engines for this "must see" in NC's crown city. Even if not into racing, you will learn a lot. The race simulator is free w AAA card. Smack dab in DTCLT (downtown Charlotte). If not now, when? And why not.

Military and veteran discount actually cost more when adding in unlimited simulator ride compared to combo deals. Cool introduction movie and a lot of cool cars to look at. But many of the hands on features were broken and out of service. The simulator is basically a video game played in an empty nascar body. Waited thirty minutes to play and didn't even want to wait to play again. I'd skip the unlimited simulator and do the one-time ride. Was a little disappointed in this place and the amount of money it costed.

Hey if you re at all into auto racing- this is a total hit. Not a place that you re gonna spend the entire day, but a good spot for a few hours.

They have different exhibits, some that you have to pay extra for (like the racing experience) but most comes with the entry fee. You re gonna have plenty to do with just that.

My girlfriend isn t totally into racing and even she had a good time.

Great exhibition and some history that makes you appreciate the sport even more. Only in Charleston for a few days from the UK on business so would recommend spending a few hours here, well worth the visit.

Visited in February. This is overpriced and particularly when you also get to pay extra for parking. Unless you do the interactive activities, some have an extra charge also, there is not much to do. There is a short movie, cars on display and some reading panels. I have been to other sports halls of fame that were way more captivating. They made you feel part of that sports history as if you had lived it. This Nascar Hall of Fame is more like a car museum combined with car arcade activities.

About NASCAR Hall of Fame

NASCAR Hall of Fame: A Shrine to the History and Heritage of NASCAR

If you are a fan of NASCAR, then you must visit the NASCAR Hall of Fame. It is a shrine to the history and heritage of NASCAR under one roof with ever-evolving exhibits for you to explore. The museum is located in Charlotte, North Carolina, which is considered as the heartland of stock car racing.

The museum was opened in 2010 and has since become a popular destination for fans from all over the world. The building itself is an architectural masterpiece that features interactive exhibits, artifacts, and memorabilia that tell the story of NASCAR's past, present, and future.

One thing that sets this museum apart from others is its focus on education. The exhibits are designed not only to entertain but also to educate visitors about the sport's history and how it has evolved over time. You can learn about legendary drivers like Richard Petty, Dale Earnhardt Sr., Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson among others who have made significant contributions to this sport.

The museum also features state-of-the-art simulators where visitors can experience what it feels like to be behind the wheel of a race car. You can test your driving skills on virtual tracks or even compete against other visitors.

Apart from these interactive exhibits, there are also several galleries dedicated to showcasing different aspects of NASCAR's history such as its evolution from moonshine runners during prohibition era into one America’s most popular sports today; how technology has changed racing; how safety measures have improved over time; among others.

Another highlight at this museum is its collection of historic cars that have been driven by some famous drivers throughout their careers. These cars include Richard Petty's 1970 Plymouth Superbird which he drove during his record-breaking season when he won 18 races out 32 starts; Dale Earnhardt Sr.'s iconic black No.3 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS which he drove during his seven championship-winning seasons; Jeff Gordon’s No.24 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS which he drove during his four championship-winning seasons among many others.

In addition to these permanent exhibits at the hall fame there are always new temporary exhibitions being added throughout year so every visit will be unique experience for visitors who come back again after few months or years later they will find something new waiting them inside hall fame walls .

Overall if you're looking for an immersive experience into world famous motorsport then look no further than visiting NASACR Hall Of Fame where you'll find everything related with Nascar under one roof!
