I'm sorry to call it four stars, but it seems to me that Mr. Narizotas himself would like it that way. "A restaurant with a single fork" should give you the impression of a dining room that is not taken very seriously - and I like it that way. Since 1989, which was my first visit, until 2,017, my last visit, has not changed much ... the right food and flavored. Simple, served with pleasant humor. Thank you, Narizotas for the food, the atmosphere, and the nostalgia Narizotesca.

I traveled for the day to Segovia and stopped for lunch a menu of the day at Narizotas. A very warm place, with a more than convenient price-quality proposal, with an abundant first, a second better, wine and dessert. Add Cristian, one of the owners, who gives added value to the proposal by welcoming diners with his charisma and good vibes. I recommend it to anyone who visits the city and wants good food and excellent service. I hope to return soon with my family.

I remembered an exquisite attention, recommendations on the menu, description of the dishes and flavors impossible to forget, together with a pleasant decoration and atmosphere, but this last time it seemed like one more place for passing tourists.
Although it remains identical, it tries to sell the typical menu that you can find in almost all the restaurants in the center with its beans and suckling pig (in bold on the menu).
The quality of the dishes, average.
The waiters ..... many, which does not explain that the service is somewhat slow.
My assessment cannot pass the approved.

Because the score does not allow me less than 1 star, at 14:00 in the afternoon we went without a reservation and they attended to us, they gave us the option of a tasting menu for 25, or a letter.
We decided to order 3 dishes, some beans to share, pork tenderloin (which was on the tasting menu letter) and some croquettes,
First mistake, they bring us the reheated beans and the sirloin Before the croquettes. But hey we let it pass ...
at the time of the check they charge us 20 for the sirloin (4 small medallions) and it was a second of the menu, in total we paid more than if we had eaten a menu, the crappy croquettes, what a disappointment in the place, not very attentive service and everything fatal.

I am surprised that the comments are mainly based on the service, our waiter has been exemplary, he has served us very quickly and very kindly. We have ordered a menu of Castilian soup, suckling pig and Segovian punch for dessert ( 24.90) and an organic burger ( 13.90). It was great on the terrace because it was a little airy, which is appreciated in this heat. There was also a man playing the piano enlivening the meal. All very well, the location, the food, the service, I would repeat without a doubt.

The only good thing was the gentleman treatment that brought us up from the lower door where the passageway with scaffolding to the upstairs dining room ... of course, to attract us, just like the man who is cutting ham -with an exquisite pint- as soon as we enter so that people are encouraged to ask for it, another claim.

Up a poem, no one knows how long it took them to attend us, then to serve us the first, the second another great time ... we spent almost 3 hours in total, unfortunate.
The tasting menu that we ordered very little, we touched each one of a strand of ham that you have left between your teeth. The suckling pig was badly done, the rind almost not churruscar, dripping ... on top a ridiculous piece, and all at 25 the menu more coffees and others, very expensive.

IN SUMMARY: OF THE WORST SITES IN WHICH WE HAVE BEEN EATING. NEITHER WE RECOMMEND IT OR OF COURSE WE WILL RETURN.
