She was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Very polite

Stopped in to get a quote and wasn't even acknowledged upon entering the place. The only person there was on the phone and in between calls, she asked me if I was there to make a payment or to purchase insurance. All without a greeting or even speaking. Before I responded, I told her good morning, which prompted her to repeat herself. I told her why I was there and she said ok, it'll be a minute and then returned to her phone call. Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and a total lack of customer service, needless to say, I purchased a policy elsewhere.

DO NOT INSURE YOUR HOME OR AUTO WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Called and they put me on hold for over 20 minutes i hung up and called them back an hour later and got the same thing poor business if u ask me and when they finally answered they put me on hold to get my file and hung the phone up on me will be canceling my insurance thru them and going elsewhere

I think Shelby Insurance is great. I appreciate and recommend this company to many. Thanks Shelby for taking care of my needs.

The ladies are rude when you go in, completely ignore you and talk to you like you're stupid. On top of that the hours posted on the door clearly say Saturday by appointment, when I called to schedule, the lady acted like I was an idiot for not know they don't do that anymore
