Nando's Review

Well it's the oldest Nandos in South Africa if I'm not mistaken. It doesn't get as packed because of the area so ordering is hassle free and quick. The standard is not affected by its location unlike other fast food restaurants in the area.

We waited for just over 10 minutes to place our order and not because the floor was full but because the manager on duty and his team where busy having nice time. One lady who came just after us placed her order specially so after she asked to speak to one of the staff members and yet we weren't attended to after that..... I think the general manager should visit the store more often to rectify his team.

Great place to even hold board meetings for small/new businesses without infrastructure.

Also great for conferences of about 50 delegates maximum

Tasty hotty chicken and delivery just cost R25 when you order online.

Nandos generally it has good service and good staff always however the chicken served varies greatly. Sometimes you will really swear that it's baby chicken being served and on a good a time they serve decent chicken which is what is expected of them. The mild sauce is what keeps me patronizing Nandos. Please serve the decent sized chicken not baby chicken

Great place to have peri peri chicken. Felt special when heard this is their first Nando's opened in 1987...

So I was waiting for an order to be delivered and I was buzzed on my number, didn't know it was from Nandos.. I called a lil bit later and the guy said it's Nandos delivery... Imagine what if I didn't call back?.. the driver even told me that they are told to even send a please call to the customers so they call them back,if not,they should return the food back to the store so that the customer will have to collect it at the store.. so I have to use my airtime to get my order?.. it doesn't make sense..

This is still my favorite place , are the chicken pieces getting smaller ? Just looked smaller than normal , must be optical illusion. Salads could be improved .

This is the very first Nandos in the Whole word but the most neglected, with a very poor service. You might think that management is very xhenophobic. The staff is not trained for customer service, the eating area is neglected and really not a pleasant place anymore. We saw the birth of Nando's back in 1987, but I can't personally believe they could dump their monument of a restaurant in the garbage because the area is deteriorating. Instead, they should be instrumental in the upgrade of the area and make their very first restaurant a memorable place where visitors from across the globe could be coming to witness where things started.

This Nandos is like the first Nandos in the world ever, and then every other Nandos came into existence. Literally this is the best!!!

Great service, order was exactly as requested, food was fresh. Staff were brilliant.

The table/a were not clean meaning when the last customer finish there is no person cleaning and making sure that the next customer finds any table clean and ready to be used .wl you correct it with immediate effect.

This is the historic landmark where Nandos first started. We occasionally have family lunches here and the food is spectacular

The place doesn't smell good. Renovation is desperately needed. Food was not good also
