Very poor at replying to customer emails. Asked about a Cog in August and by the time I got the answer to my question it was over a month later and all the Cogs had gone. Emailed again about another product... still waiting for a response!!!

Some great pieces in here. Staff are happy to let you look around and help you with anything if needed, or at least they were for us anyway.
