We booked a cab to travel from Delhi Airport to Agra.The initial fare shown was Rs 2000 plus toll charges.The driver picked us on time but the cab was very old and poorly maintained.
We were charged Rs 460 extra because the driver said that we had crossed thelimit which is not true.The invoice also did not have the additional distance shown in it.

Cheaters unfaithful in between only they start taking the money before your journey is finished they almost take the entire money an and before the destination they will just stop the car an blackmail you that your booking was not for the destination which you are guiding and it is like a nightmare for you with your baggage an unknown city where do you go . you have to beg in front of the drivers and pay double the amount an reach the destination . This is the most dangerous company i have ever come across . being a woman i know what i have gone through. never take their services.

The car turned up two hours late. It looked old and battered. The front windscreen was broken and there were no seat belts for passengers. I was not happy to travel with family on expressway without seatbelt and was left to negotiate with driver. At that time, they say that they will refund via PayTM but then say it will be done a few days later and I have heard wrong.
If you want a safe car for your family, look elsewhere.
AVOID.

Bad experience with this taxi service. They don't have any clarity for your tour packages.
I booked a tata winger 13 seater throgh this web sites. They arranged the vehicle in guwahati local taxi agency. Whose service is also bad. The driver and helper don't have clarity on what was the tour package and which places should covered. Many times I received phone from that guwahati taxi agency for the full payments. They are not aware about your package. My taxi India also provide thrid class services at North East zone. The service quality and transparency also poor. Not recommended.

My Taxi India Great Thug companies!!!!! With terrifying services and staff Mr. VIJYENDRA SINGH SAINI.
We being in similar trade understand the small issues and manage things accordingly but its was just beyond every limit hence sharing our experience in public. We booked a bus for our group tour to Rishikesh. Despite of our repeated request to provide good vehicle and drive for our very special client this company and his staff Mr. VIJYENDRA SINGH SAINI Manager - Sales B 2 B, My Taxi India send a very arrogant and Moody Driver, which spoiled the whole journey and our clientele. Mr. VIJYENDRA repeatedly assured us for the quality vehicle and driver but was a trap for us. Once we started complaining of the bad behavior of the driver Mr. VIJYENDRA threaten us that He will call the vehicle without the group and we are complaining because the balance is due. Hence, we had to arrange full cash payment for the driver on sport. After the full cash payment, we had to abide by the routine of Drive we had to tolerate his attitude. We took a good lesson not to believe in such fraud and cheat company. Once we paid the advance Mr. VIJYENDRA showed to be quite busy while taking. The vehicle was outsourced and The Drive had just return from a long trip last night and was not explained of any itinerary that we have share much in advance at the time of book. It was not one case that we can ignore but
1. At the time of booking, they told that they have their own vehicle but hired it from Diya holidays with a horrible vehicle and Don like driver who was never on time in 4 Days trip.
2. When I complained that water was coming out of the AC vent. He told me you should not have taken the bus if it was so problematic!!!! As if, I can foresee the situations.
3. I had a fixed schedule and budget for the group. But in-spite of stopping our fixed restaurants, the driver kept suggesting our guest of the restaurants of this choice, causing a huge monetary loss. After complaining about this, Mr. VIJYENDRA from My Taxi India told that if Driver gets free meals at his favorite restaurants, what is the problem?
4. We tried our best to create a good understanding with the driver by offering him all three meals and alcohol at night especially for him. But the next day again he was doing every think as per his comfort.
5. The drive every day kept the whole group waited for min. 30 Min.
6. On day 2 the group was ready on scheduled time to move at 5.00 am for a 01 hrs drive to Sunrise pointing and was waiting outside the bus for the drive, but the driver started at 5.45 am, spoiling the trip.
7. We left him at 7.00 am to reach down the hill to meet at pick up point at 11.30 am. After trekking 12Km the whole group reach the bottom for the vehicle in sunshine but the phone of the driver kept busy for 45 Min. After several attempts of calling the Mr. VIJYENDRA (My taxi India) finally, the driver reached at 12.30 with a excuse that was taking bath.
8. At the time of local sightseeing, again the driver started interfering that taking an auto for the city tour will be good. We left him and took auto for the sightseeing bearing the extra cost.

10. After these entire episode, lastly when we complained about the behavior of the drive, Mr. VIJYENDRA (My Taxi India) told me that I am pointing mistakes as if it s the time for balance payment. As there is, a very token amount left now l will ask the drive to return without the group if you will not make the full payment right now. Terrifying with the consequence at it was a holiday; I decided to keep quit and paid the balance to driver to avoid suffering of the group. But after making the full payment the attitude of the drive change to big extents. Again, he kept us waiting before departure, also stop in mid for 30 Min. for his personal breakfast.

Excellent car rental service at a reasonable price. Mr. Anshuman Mihir, the owner, is always available to assure all requests. I was in Honey Moon in Kolkata city, everything was perfect. Thanks again Mr. Anshuman Mihir and I will be back again.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered a taxi for my elderly parents to travel from Bangalore to Trivandrum. The list of problems was unbelievable.
1. The taxi arrived two hours late. Customer service reps constantly lied that the taxi would arrive in the next ten minutes.
2. The car was battered and worn.
3. The driver was extremely rude and aggressive, swearing and verbally abusing my parents.
4. The driver threw all the luggage out of the car 90km into the journey and refused to move the car further. The police had to called.
5. The driver refused to put the AC on, swearing when my parents asked for this on a hot day. He completed turned the AC off after 200km out of a 650km ride, refusing to turn out back on.
6. Given that the driver was booked for an overnight journey, he complained that was not allowed to sleep!
6. My parents ended their journey early out of fear and had to find their own alternative onward journey.

Response from mytaxiindia was to offer us Rs 240 for the above tortuous experience. When I refused this and asked to speak to a senior, they consistently ignored my requests. Even the CEO, Anshuman Mihir, ignores all messages posted and deletes my comments requesting clarification on social media. Please, please avoid this service. They clearly do not care about their customers and I would not want anyone to go through the same scary experience as my parents.

Best service i have ever had of any others , Love with the service of my taxi India. Apart from providing within the city services they cover intercity travels and holiday packages are awesome .

TRUST ME - PLS NEVER BOOK ANY TAXI WITH THIS COMPANY. I wish I could have given 0 star. This company is run by bunch of idiots who are totally unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. The management's email id is wrong in the website which means you can never reach to management. I booked a taxi to shimla manali Chandigarh from gurgaon and specially confirmed that AC would run whenever possible in hull areas. The company guys called driver and asked him to not to run AC for all 4/5 days of my trip which was in Chandigarh shimla and manali. The call centre executives are highly unprofessional and if you call them they will tell you to directly resolve it through driver. They infact threaten to abandon my family including kids in mid way if I don't make full payment without even completing the trip (3 days were left). Thank god I had network and was able to involve local MLA otherwise it would have been painful. Your entire vacation will be jeopardised - trust me - better pay some more money and get decent can and driver else you will suffer the way i have

Very bad services. I booked a cab on feb 27th from delhi to jaipur but due to pathetic customer care service, we cancelled. Till date the company has not refunded my fee.

One of the best hotel to visit in Kanpur. If you need good hospitality, you know this is your place to be.
But it does have a problem of really really bad aroma. Just in front of it, I mean area in which it is situated is not that posh. But It's in the centre of the city.

This is a fraudulent company. They charged me over 3000Rs without traveling a single kilometer. They never intimidated their cancellation policy at the time of booking. I had to cancel my trip 5 hours before as my flight was cancelled.
The company refused to consider my request for refund and treated my claim with utter neglect. Their customer service is pathetic and rude.

I was totally impressed with the services provided through MyTaxiIndia. Charges are much competitive in compare to other taxi services providers and I enjoyed a lot in my first ride with them.

I have also used a discount coupon code with my first ride and they promised to update me further coupons details into my mailbox so hope to again a memorable ride with MTI soon.

Their prices are illusory. They state that the price for Delhi Agra includes the toll, but this does not include the toll for Yamuna Expressway, they take you through the national highway.

I have a booking I'd 26411, Delhi to kasauli. Today at 6 am. I haven't got any driver details yet. Your call center executive mr. Sandeep is forcing me to take 2 cabs instead of one big cab. Which is not possible as my Mother has arthritis and needs more leg space moreover I made booking for a Innova or equivalent. My whole family is suffering due to your mismanagment. Unable to sleep whole night, waiting for your confirmation!!! Please respond asap as I might need to escalate it further... This is completely unprofessional just 2 hrs to journey and no confirmation of driver after paying in FULL

Terrible company do not use. Dirty old cars, you'll pay much more for the quote they give you . God help you if you are unfortunate to deal with their customers service team. For a different trip, they withheld my money despite me cancelling my trip 4 months in advance and them confirming they'd refund me. Had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back.

Had a really nice experience!! Would recommend to everyone, as they have a good network of drivers and can avail your requests, even if you want o go to the remotest of locations.
