I had terrible experience while travelling with mytaxiindia. I travelled as a guest and arrangement was done by one of the most reputed and well known company. I was told that full payment has been issued to mytaxiindia and not to pay a single penny to a driver. Despite the fact as soon as got on the ride the driver made a demand of Rs. 1500. He also compelled me to pay for toll while going and coming back. The driver was not sure about the road so he kept driving around the same location for the hell 3 hours. We reached very late at 1.00 a.m. The driver asked me to pay for extra 60 kms. I refused to pay, he kept me calling till early in the morning. Don't ever ride with mytaxiindia. They are the big cheaters...

And yes like everyone is reviewing, they are so unprofessional, use abusive language and so rude..

Worse Experience, Never try it again, Driver refused to pickup the passenger, spoke roundly and told I will take my time, you can do whatever you can do. Unfortunately I had made the full payment.

Pick up was at the right time and service is really fast and conveinient.

Horrible experience. Promised a driver who will be experienced driving in the mountains, but was given a driver who was going to the mountains for the first time. The driver was uncouth, disrespectful, bad mannered and well, not very good at his job.

Taxis were in time to pick us up. Driver's and Cars were good. We had a 60 minutes drive with them but were completely satisfied with the service.

Took my money and never helped me out, I booked a cab from new jalpaiguri station to Darjeeling, specifically asking for seatbelts and large car like an Innova or xylo. The local in charge promised a good vehicle, however when great car showed up, the seatbelts do not work, the car driver is a lunatic and none of the requests met, upon calling them, instead of running resolving the issue, they mention thajt vehicles in the Northeast will come without seatbelts like that and they will not refund my advance payment. Cheaters, I will never ever utilize their service or let my company rent from them. Strongly advise against, extremely poor customer service. Their central customer service has little clue of what's going on the ground, expect calls not to be picked up, promises not to be met and in general unprofessional behavior plenty, you are better off taking prepaid taxi or negotiating at the stand as you already know what you are getting into. My favorite taxi company
I was supposed to arrive at Delhi airport around 2 am and was worried about my ride home. It was just 2 hours before that I called these guys and asked if they could pick me up from the airport and drop me home in Patel Nagar. They took the charge and promised that they will make the necessary arrangements. As I landed at IGI and exited, I could see a well dressed young man holding a cardboard board with my name over it. I was delighted. The driver was very polite and dropped me home safely and comfortably. At the end I got an Invoice which showed the bill. I paid the amount and relieved the driver. I really felt great how easy these guys made this for me. I absolutely recommend their services. 5 stars for them. :)"

Its a fraud company.They never refund your money back in case if you cancelled your booking.I had a booking with them nd due to some reason i cancelled it
Till now i haven't got my money back.Nw they are not responding to my calls and mails.
Beware of such type of companies
