If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I ordered a taxi for my elderly parents to travel from Bangalore to Trivandrum. The list of problems was unbelievable.
1. The taxi arrived two hours late. Customer service reps constantly lied that the taxi would arrive in the next ten minutes.
2. The car was battered and worn.
3. The driver was extremely rude and aggressive, swearing and verbally abusing my parents.
4. The driver threw all the luggage out of the car 90km into the journey and refused to move the car further. The police had to called.
5. The driver refused to put the AC on, swearing when my parents asked for this on a hot day. He completed turned the AC off after 200km out of a 650km ride, refusing to turn out back on.
6. Given that the driver was booked for an overnight journey, he complained that was not allowed to sleep!
6. My parents ended their journey early out of fear and had to find their own alternative onward journey.

Response from mytaxiindia was to offer us Rs 240 for the above tortuous experience. When I refused this and asked to speak to a senior, they consistently ignored my requests. Even the CEO, Anshuman Mihir, ignores all messages posted and deletes my comments requesting clarification on social media. Please, please avoid this service. They clearly do not care about their customers and I would not want anyone to go through the same scary experience as my parents.
