Awful! I did a fundraiser for emergency aid for NHS workers, tripled my target in one day but I've now been waiting for three weeks for justgiving to approve my bank account so I can access the funds. No reply to emails, no answer to voicemails. Every day that passes is another wasted chance to help while justgiving sits on donations, withholding funds from those who desperately need them. Whether it's mismanagement or a scam, f I'd had any idea how awful their service is I would have found another way to fundraise.

So frustrating that they're uncontactable. The office opening hours state six days a week Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm but the phone lines are closed on Saturdays.

Very disappointed that there is no way of contacting them direct except electronically. They do not answer questions when contacted on their help line. My own situation, of my own making, has been impossible to resolve. They need a more approachable method of speaking to someone.

Poor experience when chasing delayed payment, especially poor live chat experience at weekends.
I'm not sure if they understand that the funds raised need to be transferred urgently and now dwindled upon for months and months.

Very very poor! My charity event was cancelled and there is no one to talk to. The chat facility is just regurgitating standard scripts and does not answer personalised questions relating to my event

Cant contact them by a telephone as everything is now online. Which is fine if they reply. I emailed on Friday morning, received the automated holding email letting me know that someone would get back to me within 24 hours. Haven't heard anything from them. So frustrating not being able to talk to anyone and the chat function seems to be offline!

Can never get hold of anyone, plus closed my account due to no bank details after 2 months, ridiculous

Closed my justgiving page by accident and have been looking for a phone to number to get the account reopened but there is no number to speak to any1

Fery shifty when it comes to releasing your funds. You are better off doing it yourself. Dodgy organisation

Very quirky decor which gives a fun atmosphere. Went here for training to run the London Marathon for Whizz Kids. Lovely atmosphere with kind and friendly staff. Great views on the roof terrace across London.

These people must have a lot of problems as always engaged .
Sorting out problems or JUST NOT GIVING any service
They takes your money and then you have to keep re -dialling wasting time RINGBACK NOT WORKING
