I am a returning customer who continues to be highly satisfied with this company's service. Also, the product I found here brought a happy ending to a long search. Five stars for sure.

I purchased Schaub Fair Isle knobs. These are high end mother of pearl knobs with varying color. I needed some help from customer service not because of a defective product but, because I wanted a bit more color in them. Spoke with Michael. The company should be proud to have him as an employee. Within 2 days of mailing knobs back, I had replacements at my door. That is unbeatable customer service. I might add the selection and prices are second to none. There are several companies online but I recommend to look no further. My Knobs, will have the business of everyone I know based on selection, price and most important the wonderful people who answer the phone and take care of business.

I am still waiting for a replacement for a lost package. My project is only half done. It's been more than a month since I ordered. Every time I call they have a different excuse for not taking care of my issue. Worst customer service ever.

I purchased a large quantity of knobs and handles from mynobs.com.
They did not work out so I got the return authorization code and return them. They asked I send them directly back to the manufacturer which I did, they also accidentally include the RA number and clearly on the box which I also did. I have sent them priority mail and tracked them and they've been delivered to Atlas hardware how are they cannot prove that they have them and will not issue a credit even though I have proof of delivery

Switch plate covers take over two weeks to ship. I still don't have them all. They are all the same style but are coming piecemeal. The email updates sent by this company is confusing gibberish. There are lots of switch plate and hardware supplies. I don't need or want to deal with this.

The knobs were just what we expected. They arrived within about a week of ordering them and were less expensive than the same ones at Home Depot.

Wow. What a showroom! If you cannot find a particular knob that broke on you, or looking for a replacement, this is the place to go!

I sent an email with an attachment showing the hinge I needed to replace. They quickly sent back their recommendation, I placed the order, and very quickly received the replacement hinges and they were perfect! Great price, too!

Ordered some hinges about 3 weeks ago, never got any updates on it. Called to inquire about them/where they were. Was told they "usually hear from the manufacturer to see if the 3-5 days for shipping is actually true". WHAT??? You sell a product, that you don't have in stock, then hope the manufacturer can get it to you on time. You also wait for the manufacturer to contact you, instead of calling them when you don't hear anything from them? If I hadn't called to check on the order they would have never even contacted the manufacturer, or me, about the problem with my order! What a joke!!! Long story short, after explaining to them that phones work two ways they got a hold of the manufacturer and say I wont get hinges until November when I ordered in August! Asked for a refund so I could buy elsewhere and they said I "should" get a refund within 7-10 business days. Avoid at all costs!

We ordered over $700 in hardware from the website. Details of shipping were they had 5-7 business days to fulfill the order and I paid extra for 2 day shipping. We are now on day 15 and still no idea as to when the order will be shipped. I call the customer service line and because the wait time is extensive I select the call back feature. They call back, but only let it ring once and then they hang up. So, I then contacted them through the website for the live chat feature. After waiting another hour, someone eventually logs in. When I asked to check on my order status, they basically have no idea. They have to put in a request for an inquiry, and then have no idea when they will hear back. Terrible experience so far with this company, especially when the hardware is needed for a project that a contractor is performing and they are not going to wait around. Hard to understand how you run a business like this.

I ordered a variety of switchplates from MyKnobs. It took some time (yeah, pandemic logistic disruptions), but their customer service was really responsive (both by phone and by chat). One item was backordered, but they expedited that shipment and everything arrived beautifully. Would definitely recommend this store!

Worst online site to work with if you have to return your items. Takes over a month of going back and forth including proof of return shipment...after a month..so hold on to your receipts. Also be wary of the restocking fees as they can be very high! Charged me over $70!

More of a hassle than anything!

Terrible from beginning to end. 1) they took extremely long to ship out and when I followed up I got no reply on the order status. 2) 2 of my box arrived broken open with the hardware exposed and wet due to rain. They don t package properly. 3) it s 20 mins in and I m still waiting for someone to help me with my return since no one will answer my return requests online. If this site has any savings, it s not worth it because you will paying with your time and grievance!

I had a larger order and I appreciated a phone call to confirm my address. I also had to make a last minute change and the staff was fantastic in helping me get the right product.

MyKnobs is my go to place for my cabinet projects if I can t find what I need locally. I can usually find what I need from MyKnobs. It takes awhile to receive what I need to finish a project so delivery time must be factored in for any project completion times.

Always good quality products and well packaged for shipment. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.

I was very happy with the product that I ordered. However, when they arrived, I found that I needed two different size drawer pulls. (my fault, but I bought pulls that were returnable). I sent an email immediately, and have still not heard back. too bad, because the prices are good, and I like the product I received.

I found almost exactly what I wanted online (replacing old handles and impossible to get exact match, but this is the closest). The order was taken, the handles were sent, the quality is good, the price was right.

Had to go there with my wife. Not a man's place. Bought a lot of knobs we didn't need.

Will definitely buy again came on time and are a great product for a great price.

They sent the wrong item. No returns on website, requires a call that then gets redirected twice. Asked to email them a picture to process a return. Poor customer service, not recommendable.

Received an online order that I needed to exchange. Emailed 3 times to "initiate a return" with no response. Zero customer service. Will not order here again.

I had purchased these knobs previously and absolutely love them! The small shaft makes it easy to open a cabinet or drawer. I highly recommend them.

Haven't installed them yet, but they're beautiful, better than the pics.

No communication about my order, I have had to call several times about it and have been told several different things. I was supposed have had my order days ago and still nothing has arrived, Now they are saying that the items are on back order until October 28 but I called the manufacturer and was told that they have stock . Very disappointed

Interestingly enough I finally got a response from the company after my initial review. I have still not received a phone call however regarding my dispute.

Thank you for finally acknowledging my issue however some of your facts are incorrect and it seems very unprofessional for a response to have to come after a review instead of just calling me back after I left several messages.

Some of your facts are incorrect as the packaging of the products was as per your suggestions and in original boxes. Your return of items was more of the issue. See picture below.

It s really is a shame because this could ve been handled so much easier with a simple returned phone call. I have already forwarded information and pictures to my cc. Thank you.

Very disappointed. I ordered from the company with no problems and the shipment arrived on time.. Once I took out the handles for my kitchen I soon realized they did not work with my cabinets and were too big. I called the company immediately and ask to return the items. It took them almost 5 days to call back with a return order number and address for shipping. They also advised me how to ship the handles and screws back in order to received a refund. I packaged the items exactly as told: handles in original bags and screws in separate bag so not to scratch the handles. I waited a week or so to ensure processing on their end. The day I was about to call in regards to my refund I received a box from MYKnobs that had handles from my original order in it. Not only was the packaging horrible (all the handles were thrown back into the box unwrapped not packing around them but it was HALF of my original order!) I obviously called immediately to get an answer as to what happened and got NOTHING! It's been a week already and I call everyday with the same response. A supervisor will return your call when they're back in the office. I had to call my bank to file a dispute to get my money back. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend.

I placed an order over 2 months ago that has never arrived. None of my attempts to reach out to MyKnobs have gotten a response.

Have ordered from MyKnobs several times. I have always received good service and products as described at a fair price.

Great product and service, product shipped super fast and is beautiful!

Their Customer Service is the worst. I couldn't decide between two sets of handles so I got both after calling to make sure I could return the one I didn't want. I returned the set I didn't use over two months ago and still no refund to my card. I have called twice waiting an hour to talk to somebody and both times they promised it would be done in 5 days and still nothing.

Ordered over a month ago & haven't received anything. I called twice to be told I'd receive a call back but never have.

Easy ordering, quick delivery. They do let you know that you can save money on shipping by ordering from one maker. One order all from one maker was free shipping; another where I wanted to check out a few single knobs incurred shipping fees. You can play around by adding a different company's item and see if your shipping changes - some seemed to add to shipping charges, some not. We love all our knobs.

Do not use this company. Customer support is non existent. I placed a big order and what was delivered did not match the description on their website. I called and spoke to someone in customer service and they told me they were going to issue an rma to send the items back and give me a refund. That never happened. I called again and was told it would be taken care of. It never was. I had to get American Express involved. This company does not care about customer service and does not stand behind the product that they sell. Buyer beware!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. They never shipped my order, waiting for 10 days, when I called they told me is in backorder, didnt send email with informstion nothing and on top of that they hanged up the phone on you. Do not buy from these people. Very irresponsible

Placed an online order for a while. Still saying processing,. No one responding to my emails

Found the knobs and lock that completed my project for a great price at MyKnobs.com, and placed an order. I was very excited when my package arrived less than a week later, but my excitement faded to confusion and disappointment when I opened my box and found only half my order.
Only fulfilled half of my online order. When I called about this, the agent said she would call the supplier and call me back (never happened.) After another two weeks I inquired through email about the order and got no response. After waiting another week I reached out through chat and cancelled the rest of the order.
3 stars because they are easy to find what you are looking for and order, but only 3 because they do not follow through. I waited a month with no response or effort by them to complete their business.
Use chat feature through their HelpDesk site for order assistance.

I ordered my knobs online and they were more than what I was expecting. I was a little worried because the price I paid was so much cheaper than I've found at other stores. When my order arrived, it was so neatly packed and the quality of the door knobs were just what I needed. I"m so glad we found this site. Thank you!
