We decided to paint the existing kitchen cabinets in our 60 s home instead of replacing as they were still in good shape . So we took the doors off and painted . They turned out great so clean and fresh . But ran into a problem reapplying the original hinges . Many were broken . We went to every local store we could find for replacements . Really thought we would have to replace them all which would be a big expense ! Said to my husband well I could look on line and just maybe we can match what we have . I m not much for Online shopping but I can tell you we hit the jackpot through your company . I m so thankful for y all as you saved the day .

I purchased an item and the company sent the wrong piece. I wrote to the company - returning the wrong item and then asking for the correct one in return - and they sent back the nicest message back to me with some "extras" included as a gift for my delay. Those extras ended up being bulletin board pins (seashell in design) that fit perfectly on my dads corkboard at his beachhouse. I was truly amazed by this kind and generous gesture and their outstanding character, ethic, and integrity during a time when most companies won't even admit basic error on their end or even try to compensate the consumer when it was their error from the beginning. If this is the way they treated me when my purchase was less than $30, I think I can assure you with confidence that they would never scam or defraud you on any major purchases in your future. My kind regards - with the hope that with this one simple reference they get many, many more in the future - which is the least I can do for their extra effort on my end. Jackie

One set of knobs that I ordered were great. In the second set I ordered, some of the knob threads were defective. However, when I called customer service, the representative was great. She offered a replacement order in right away for the defective knobs. Shipping does take awhile, but both knobs were as visually expected. I ordered two more of one of the knobs in a larger size for another piece in my house. I highly recommend ordering from this retailer.

My order of 3 interior doorknob sets took three weeks to arrive. Upon arrival and professional installation it was discovered that two of the three sets were not the correct "direction" (Right Hand knobs ordered, Left Hand knobs delivered). They work but the handles must be pulled up instead of being pushed down to open the door. This is awkward and incorrect. I asked for replacements to be sent and upon receipt would have the incorrect knobs uninstalled and would return them. The company has not responded to multiple emails and calls ring and ring, eventually ending with an automatic disconnect. What a complete disaster in terms of customer service this place is. Such a shame since they do carry really nice products sold at fair prices.

Absolutely no customer service all. I ordered some pulls and they were 2 weeks late, i tried calling and chating but no one could tell me anything at all, and no response from emailing. They dont send any kind of acknowledgement that you placed and order or shipping tracking, and you can not view your order on there website. If you order you have to just hope everything works out and your not going to know when you stuff is coming and if there is a problem......good luck. The product was nice thought once it came, but id still never buy from them again.

My knob is perfect! It cost a little to have it mailed but I was unsure if I would be able to find it anywhere else. I would definitely shop MyKnobs.com again. It came a lot faster than I expected too.

MyKnobs regularly take longer than promised, offer little support to track orders in a timely fashion and oftentimes miss the mark on deliveries. They used to be more reliable.

Choosing the same manufacture was suggested by MyKnobs, and they were right. They sent my order out in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. Thank you

My experience with myknobs.com was initially great. I ordered sample handles to determine the color we wanted to buy. Received the samples within a week. After choosing the color, we received an RMA number for returning three of the handles. It is now three weeks since the handles were signed for, and we have not as yet received a credit. I have contacted them by phone and email, without success. BTW, prior to this problem, we placed an order for 28 additional handles, which also arrived promptly.

Very poor service This company substituted a less expensive single gauge cover plate for a triple gauge cover plate that i ordered, and claimed the order was "complete!". When i tried to communicate with them about this, they kept me on hold for over twenty minutes (am still holding) listening to annoying music. I do not recommend this company. There are lots of better sources of cover plates and knobs in my opinion!

Edges of the fluting wood were damaged making wood unusable. Poorly packaged. No broken pieces in package so shipped that way.

I was so impressed after placing a very, very small order for less than $5 on 5/1 and received it on my doorstep on 5/3. Excellent service. I have bookmarked this site for further purchases.

Received the wrong knobs then waited over 2 weeks for a return label that never came. Then found out we have to pay to ship it back plus a restocking fee which it specifically said we wouldn t have to on their website. So won t even get half our money back. Better off going somewhere else or using a website that at least gives you a full return when it s the wrong product.

I love the handles, its just one of the handles had some scratches on it. However, I did place a larger order for these handles because they will set the kitchen cabinets to fierce.

Only received 5 out of 6 knobs ordered. Have called three times over the course of 8 days with no information regarding shipping the missing know from the manufacturer.

My door hardware arrived packaged well, with detailed instructions and a template. The hardware itself feels substantial and very well made.

The Customer Service was suburb ..... they worked with my husband to find hinges to match our 16 year old cabinets, even sent two out to make sure. Getting back to the same person each time we had to call back was so much nicer than having to explain our situation to other person to each call we made. I would give more stars if there were any.

Great product! Took a bit longer to get it shipped than I had expected, but I had ordered early enough it did not hold up my project.

We were looking for a very specific handle for our bifold closet doors. I specifically asked if these had an inside lip on the handle and if they would work for bifold doors. I was told YES, but the answer should have been NO. While the handles themselves appear to be of excellent quality, they had no inside lip and will not work well with bifold doors. We already have handles without a gripping lip and was hoping to find an alternative. These handles are not it and we will need to return them.

Knobs were exactly what I ordered. Very nice. Delivery was delayed by one day. Promised one day but then delayed until the next by UPS.

I am very happy to say that so far my experience has been different from the other 2 reviewers I see. My orders were received within 10 days and perfect. I am ordering a few more items and returning a few from the first few orders that I did not need. I broke my order up by room to make it easier on me. I will see how the next experiences are but I am expecting the best. And the knobs and handles are beautiful! I ordered Top Knobs brand and they look beautiful.

Not sure why another reviewer references a showroom, as they are a distributer. So when you take that review away from the 5 that exist, 3 of 4 give a bad overall review. Horrible customer service. After submitting photos online of requested replacement drawer pulls, & communicating with them, we settled on a choice, that when sent was smaller, and did not fit. When I called to ask if I could send my original broken drawer pull, they said they can't do that. One reason is they can't and which they do not let you know in advance, is that they are just a distributor. When I asked how many people work at the company, the unhelpful phone staff told me that information is not available to the public. Their website has a lot of options, but I would suggest customers use it for reference, and buy from somewhere else.

I found nicer knobs for less elsewhere. The return process was not easy. I was asked to provide proof of shipping, which was a hassle, and then because I took once item out of its bag to examine it, the product was deemed damaged, unsaleable and I could not get a credit. I am still waiting for credit for the other knobs. All in all, not a good experience.

This drawer pull would have been perfect for a restoration I am doing for a client: the pull was an exact match for the missing original. However, since the escutcheons were steel, I could not 'age' them to match as I had intended. Vendor issued credit promptly and without hassle. So, mistake in ad, but excellent customer service.

I am so happy that I found this company! Turnaround time was fast and the product is perfect! We are still in the process of finishing our kitchen, as you will see in the picture, but these brass pulls are lovely!

The handles came in as advertised. However, the website charged outrageous sales tax, over 12%, much higher than the rate we are paying locally.

When I called and asked about it the representative did not act like she cared and then tried to turn it around on me like it was my fault! very easy to order and came in a regular amount of time. They ended up being the wrong hinge and they said they would return them, but i had to mail it back and could be charged a 25% restock fee. I only paid under $7 so to return them it would cost me almost as much as i spent. I would give the a 2 star or customer service. I now have four paper weights.

Lots of samples on display. It will be helpful if you go on their website and try to narrow down what you think you like before you go there. It can be overwhelming for some and depending on how crowded it is the salesperson may not be able to devote their entire attention to you to help you make choices. They will give you at least 1/2 hour of undivided attention though even on a crowded day. The prices are the same discounted amounts as you can find anywhere online. here you get to see before you order samples and not order blind. Most items can be returned at no charge or put toward your final sale. This is very hard to find. It is not visible from the street. it is on the Northbound side of S. Broadway across the street from a Subaru dealership. It is just past Mineola Ave. where there is a L-shape strip mall on that corner. There is a Subway sandwich shop on S. Bway end of the strip mall. as soon as you pass the Subway you will come up on a driveway. There is a small sign that say"Broadway Business Center" and an even smaller sign underneath it that says 485. Turn in that driveway, go all the way to the back and then to your right. The store is about 3/4 of the way down that lane. Now that you can find it, it's worth the trip.
