We ordered over $700 in hardware from the website....

We ordered over $700 in hardware from the website. Details of shipping were they had 5-7 business days to fulfill the order and I paid extra for 2 day shipping. We are now on day 15 and still no idea as to when the order will be shipped. I call the customer service line and because the wait time is extensive I select the call back feature. They call back, but only let it ring once and then they hang up. So, I then contacted them through the website for the live chat feature. After waiting another hour, someone eventually logs in. When I asked to check on my order status, they basically have no idea. They have to put in a request for an inquiry, and then have no idea when they will hear back. Terrible experience so far with this company, especially when the hardware is needed for a project that a contractor is performing and they are not going to wait around. Hard to understand how you run a business like this.
