The service was excellent. I was able to select the paint colour I wanted and matched splash back perfectly to my kitchen. The workman ship was fantastic. It was so easy to organise and everyone I spoke to or contacted was very helpful. Nen was always very prompt to respond to my emails which made the whole process so easy. Just taken delivery of glass top for desk: excellent job completed on difficult shaped desk with cable ports. Professionalism and precision by excellent installer George meant it fitted exactly. He took time to sort wiring too. Would highly recommend MyColourGlass for quality workmanship at competitive price with good delivery. Will use again.

My Colour Glass surveyed, manufactured and installed a splash back in Dulux Liberty Blue 5 for the back wall of my new kitchen.

I am very happy with the installed product and the templating and installation process was trouble free.

Nen was my first point of contact, and throughout the process I was provided with clear quotations that were very competitive with other competitors in the market.

Upfront payment of a survey fee was required but this was then discounted off the price quoted. The survey was carried out at a time that suited me, their surveyor George was a little late due to the traffic, but was polite and measured up efficiently.

Full payment of the balance was required before manufacturing could start, and a few hiccups with their online system meant payment had to be made over the phone (although this was not an issue). The manufacturing process took approximately the 10 days originally advised and there were no quality issues with the final product.

The installation date was confirmed after completion of manufacturing (as the toughening of the glass can result in damage), and once booked in George returned to carry out the job. Continuity in surveyor and installer meant the installation was quick (under an hour) and exactly what I was expecting.

Overall, I would recommend using My Colour Glass to friends and I would definitely use them again.

We are very grateful for the time and effort put in by this company to give us the glass splashback we required. We had tried to use Splashbacks UK to start with, but they were utterly useless. Their customer service was non-existent, they were rude and could not be bothered. GO THERE AT YOUR PERIL !! This company were completely the opposite. They went the extra mile and produced the goods. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

So glad I chose MyColourGlass to produce my kitchen splashbacks. Ordering was easy and the panels were precise to the measurements I provided including cut-out. The colour was exactly as requested and they fitted perfectly using the silicon method described in the website instructions. Great communication by Nen and I really appreciated them being produced and delivered in time for Christmas at short notice. What a brilliant company. Their website is clear, their products are excellent and their customer service is brilliant. I ordered six pieces of splashback to fit in very custom areas with some complicated cuts and sizes on them yet they managed them perfectly. I wanted a custom colour so sent them a sample of the paint and they did a colour match on it so it blends in perfectly with my walls. The glass arrived in 6 working days as promised and was well packaged and perfectly clean, it is easy to install by putting a bit of silicone on the back and sticking to the wall before putting a bead around the edge (if you want).
Very easy to recommend and much better value than any other splashback company I could find online (let alone the high prices in shops!).

Friendly, helpful and efficient. We opted for the installation - the results are fantastic, we couldn't be happier. Perfect installation, precisely measured with cut-outs for all of the sockets. No obvious gaps or joins and a beautifully even colour that exactly matched what we requested. The price of the glass was competitive and communication was good.

I ordered a small section of plain heat resistant glass and was told it would be delivered in 10 days. I thought this could be improved. However, it did not arrive within the 10 day period. It took 14 days and I had to call to find out when the delivery would be made. It caused a delay in my project.

The service was good with prompt delivery, product is of good quality. Even though the service was good, it was let down, by being glass there was no delivery protection package apart from the plastic corners. I would have given 5 stars, some of the other competitors offer wall mounting fixings that I had to source elsewhere.

Nen was extremely helpful throughout the purchase. I elected to collect the splashback from Wembley and although I did not see any signposting from Poplar view a quick phone call confirmed that I was very close and enabled me to find the workshop easily. I am very satisfied with their product.

I was extending a kitchen in a property we had recently moved into and needed an additional splash-back to match the existing one. Not knowing who did the original my builder put me in touch with MCG at Wembley. They came out within two days, measured for my requirements, provided an accurate colour match and gave me a quotation which I accepted. The splash-back itself was relatively complex being 3 metres long with four cut outs for electrical points all of which was accomplished using one piece of glass. It took just over two weeks for the piece to be delivered but the installation took place in less than half an hour. The installer was the same person who measured for the template making sure all measurements were accurate. The end result was perfect. The colour was spot on and the cut out work on the glass was smooth allowing the electrical sockets to fit perfectly.

Such splash-backs are not cheap but the appearance and ease of maintenance are well worth the expense. I did have some contact with other installers but the builder's advice turned out to be the way to go and I am thankful to him for that. In summary MCG are a good port of call for all types of household glass requirements

I have recently redid my bathroom after 20 years replacing tiles, basin shower etc. The service at MyColourGlass stood out head and shoulders above all the other contractors. From the telephone enquiry with Helen, advice and updates from Nen the engineer to the ever polite delivery guys, I was impressed. I was kept up to date on progress and the glass screen was delivered before the deadline (yippee I could get the bathroom finished earlier). All this happened at a time when other contractors could not deliver before Christmas. The price was value for money. I highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Superb service.
I've tried before them 2 big London based companies.
One took 4 days to reply or a quote and 3 weeks to come for a investigation of the area.
Another took 4 days to rely, then 2 weeks to quote.

Nen from Colour Glass was straight forward with honest quote with 2 options for me to choose from. Didn't have to negotiate as it was better by 10%, than others.
He give me advice on building regulations with technical data sheets to prove it.
Template within 2 days. They've templated next day!
Install within 2 weeks. They've installed it on a 8th working day, because of a special fixings from USA.
Installers are multi- skilled, because helped to dismantle old timber balustrade and assembled it back, when glass was taken upstairs.
They've been very professional all the way through.
Really reccomend them to anyone

5 Stars all the way from me. From the quote to ordering, it couldn't have been easier thanks to Nen. I placed my order on a Wednesday with detailed drawings via email, I added to the order on Friday. The order was then delivered the following Friday securely packaged. Sizes were as my drawings, which included cut outs, and the colour was spot on. All in all a great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Oh, and one last thing, it was half the price that my kitchen supplier had quoted.

I was very nervous about the whole experience and your terms and conditions seemed a bit scary but I shouldn't have worried, you did a hassle free quote, the most thorough measuring I've ever seen (my OCD kitchen fitter was impressed) and the final fitting looks wonderful, my father who is ultra critical said you were clean, pleasant and fascinating to watch, real experts. I'm so glad I found you online and thanks for finishing off my kitchen, 14 splashbacks in total with cutouts. Delighted. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and thanks for travelling so far to see me.

The glass splashback was ordered using my template. The glass arrived and is exactly the quality I was expecting. The colour matched well. However, it took 2 months to arrive and as the cost was inclusive of delivery, the overnight delivery contract was not only delayed by 24 hours, but the delivery driver initially said that it had been delivered then changed the story saying he could not deliver due to police road blocks. If any one knows Fairlight you would know road blocks is and was a total lie. In addition when I questioned the delivery company who had indicated on their tracking that the job was closed, they we're very rude and dismissive over the phone and did not offer any explanation why the delivery was late.
Additionally, as I had drafted the template to the exact size, I asked in an accompanying letter if they, with their experience, could advise if the final splashback should be reduced by 1mm for expansion. This request was ignored and luckily the glass fits.
There was no instructions on how to fit and what to use by way of adhesive.

All in all the final piece of glass is good but the overall experience is poor. I could not reommend.

We ordered a printed Splashback for our new kitchen from My Coloured Glass and the process couldn't have been simpler. Chose a photo you want from a stock library, send the picture reference and dimensions for the glass, complete the payment section... and that's it. The Splashback was even a bit cheaper than we were quoted for a boring plain coloured version from somewhere else ... and the very helpful people at My Colour Glass were able to fulfil the order in super quick time as I rang to say we had our tiler early the following week. As soon as it was ready they couriered it down to us and didn't even charge more for the speedy service. We are so delighted with the product and the service. It couldn't have been better.
