Elite Scholars Review

Hey this is a amazing school i am in the 6 grade and i love it for the people that go there and say the work is ridiculous... what do you expect? Also with all the work that they do give, 98% of their students come out of that school with dual enrollment and only 2 years left of college to go after they leave the school. Another thing, you can start college in the 10th grade which is a big deal. So if you are SO upset about the work load, then dont come to this school or get used to it because thats what is means to be an ELITE SCHOLAR.

Very challenging. The environment can get quite stressful, though... ough...

The simplest thing that I can say is that your child will not have a good school/life balance. Your child will always have homework even in the summer. I found that the staff does not care if your child falls behind because they too are under pressure to perform. The best thing we did for our child's mental health was going to another school. I'm simply saying...it's not for everyone.

I love his teachings, the teachers are always aware of all the students alumnos and there is no discrimination, everyone treats you with kindness.

I love this place. They offer so many opportunities and they are quick to inspire great future leaders of this world. Their school lunch is great because they offer a healthy alternative. There is A LOT of work but it is for the better. The school design is nice and the teachers are very skilled and articulate with their work. It is ranking around #200 in charter schools in the USA which is GREAT because Clayton County has the highest illiteracy rate in GA. All you have to do is make the grades to get in the school, NO cost. They wear really nice uniforms and they all, appearance wise, are spectacular! 5 STARS FOR SURE!! They have track, swim team, tennis, cheerleading and SO MUCH MORE. I miss this place :( :)

This school is the best school a person could ever go to. This is a middle and high school. My oldest sibling used to attend this school but now he is in college. Their is so much you can accomplish at this school.Amazing food, clean school and hard great work. If you don't like work don't bother coming to Elite because they are known for having good scores and stay focus! If your academics are not were they need to be, work hard to improve them. Anyways this school is great. DO ALL YOUR WORK!

So, I've been here since 6th grade. I'm currently in high school right now. It's an ok school, If you exclude all of the ant problems. The administration is nice and the new additions to the staff are also very helpful. The library is nice and the people are friendly. The work, ough, is a lot and it only gets harder as you continue. Wish y'all would stop sleeping on the ant problem though. I've seen MANY people come and go ( especially during and after December) but you have to uh hope you get some sleep and push through. F in the chat to the people who left.

editing this because I despise this school, they will suspend a kid for 3 days for sticking up the middle finger but when something serious actually happens the person involved gets half a day of in school suspension and that's it. They don't care.

Some of you guys can't even spell, No wonder you guys are saying there is too much work.

This school is amazing. I'm in the 6th grade, and my teachers help me out alot with my work. Also the Middle School counselor is very nice, and she will also assist you with whatever you need. If you are interested in coming to the school come on!

This school is absolutely horrible. The staff and administration are rude. They single people out at this school. We don t have any career core classes. The only sports we have are Basketball, Tennis, Track, Soccer, and Volleyball. We need to get more sports. The work load is too much. The work puts to much stress on my mind. I cannot sleep right because of the work. This school has brought ADD on to me which is not cool. We get work on the weekends which is supposed to be a mini break for us. We even get work over the long breaks. The the High school counselors are amazing but the middle school needs work. This school needs more than a lot of improvement. This school disgusts me! Elite is not all what you think it is. It s only good at AP classes because they select people to take the Ap Test. Ms. Dupuy is the worst teacher they have at this school. She is rude and she gives work without explaining it. The school is clean overall, but that ant problem has to go bye bye. They pick and choose their favourites. Mrs.Lorme is messy and she talks to children wildly. She is rude and ruthless.

Great environment for kids that are focused on learning.

This school is great in terms of the academics and the education but as far as the administration is concerned its not as nice as you would hope.

this school should just be called semi elite scholars academy because some of them students( from what i know) at school don't show a glimmer of elite. UPDATE AS OF 9/26/18: I hope the earth flat cause im sick of being ROUND y'all goofy kids because I STILL dont get why yall always getting triggered at the new teacher of 8th grade(yall kids already know what im talking about). Out here calling her out on every minuscule detail she makes. Ok, she got problems but that applies to every teacher of any grade and of any school, and she aint used to the workings of this school yet! Make a serious critique after she teaches here for at least 1 and half years, smh.

I love the energy that radiates from this school. I have been going here since sixth grade and am currently an eighth grader. Dr. Shaw is an amazing principal and makes an effort to check on her students every single day. The staff is well taken care of and our school is always clean. The only complaints I have about this school are 1: Administration doesn't treat eighth grade the same way they do other grades; 2: We don't have enough clubs and don't have a football team. Overall, it's a good school, but has room for improvement. Edit: smh ESA is a toxic place

This is a great school environment. The Principals are ahead of the game when it comes to keeping the children motivated.

Amazing school! I am currently in 6th grade, class of '26. The work is hard, but the teachers help out a lot! Therefore, it is kind of a breeze for me, most of the time. The schools huge! My classmates are very nice to me. I met some of my friends in Elite. Most of my old friends did not make it though(Most of them went to Rex but, some went to Adamson). But, it is really fun there. They ask US the students that are supposed to just be students on how they should improve the school and events we should do like go outside. You should come and see if you can get in the school. I mean, we have lots of fun.
