My Colour Glass surveyed, manufactured and installed a splash back in Dulux Liberty Blue 5 for the back wall of my new kitchen.

I am very happy with the installed product and the templating and installation process was trouble free.

Nen was my first point of contact, and throughout the process I was provided with clear quotations that were very competitive with other competitors in the market.

Upfront payment of a survey fee was required but this was then discounted off the price quoted. The survey was carried out at a time that suited me, their surveyor George was a little late due to the traffic, but was polite and measured up efficiently.

Full payment of the balance was required before manufacturing could start, and a few hiccups with their online system meant payment had to be made over the phone (although this was not an issue). The manufacturing process took approximately the 10 days originally advised and there were no quality issues with the final product.

The installation date was confirmed after completion of manufacturing (as the toughening of the glass can result in damage), and once booked in George returned to carry out the job. Continuity in surveyor and installer meant the installation was quick (under an hour) and exactly what I was expecting.

Overall, I would recommend using My Colour Glass to friends and I would definitely use them again.
