The glass splashback was ordered using my template. The glass arrived and is exactly the quality I was expecting. The colour matched well. However, it took 2 months to arrive and as the cost was inclusive of delivery, the overnight delivery contract was not only delayed by 24 hours, but the delivery driver initially said that it had been delivered then changed the story saying he could not deliver due to police road blocks. If any one knows Fairlight you would know road blocks is and was a total lie. In addition when I questioned the delivery company who had indicated on their tracking that the job was closed, they we're very rude and dismissive over the phone and did not offer any explanation why the delivery was late.
Additionally, as I had drafted the template to the exact size, I asked in an accompanying letter if they, with their experience, could advise if the final splashback should be reduced by 1mm for expansion. This request was ignored and luckily the glass fits.
There was no instructions on how to fit and what to use by way of adhesive.

All in all the final piece of glass is good but the overall experience is poor. I could not reommend.
