Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Very clean good rooms good amenities, but excellent service, this hotel have some of the best staff I have ever come across, you don't won't to leave try the cocktails they are brilliant

One of the worst hotels I've had to stay at. The furniture is old and dated. The rooms smelt of smoke - and I viewed 4 rooms.The wifi didn't work. Moved out after 1 night

The hotel is perfect. Leaves no wishes and is very hard. For our taste, we were too often asked if we need new towels, etc. :-D It has everything fit from front to back! :-) The only thing that bothered us a bit was the misplaced buffet bowls, which led to traffic jams, but these are little things ;-) The private beach is great, the water was wonderfully clear and you can spend a great holiday away from mass tourism. Although we had an older room but also that was except for a defective shower head very well equipped and clean. The location is great, you can walk to the next city and with the bus it is also only 10 minutes to the next larger city, the stop is right in front of the hotel. We can highly recommend the hotel ... and if we want to explore the area again, of course we book the hotel! ;-)

I have been resorting it for years with the family and this was literally the worst experience I have ever had. Besides the fact that it was overpriced - twice the price of its class, the facilities are old (aged elevators are literally dangerous and decrepit beach chairs a throwback to the 80s ), the food was plenty but poor quality, the staff tried but usually didn t understand English and worst off, there were no lifeguard staff around the pool areas during the height of children s summer vacation - after several drownings were reported in Greece within the last few weeks. Our complaints to hotel staff fell on deaf ears. We escaped this Soviet style Palace after just 3 days, willing to forego our full deposit. You should definitely skip this one!

Fantastic experience to be repeated for sure. Location beautiful crystal clear sea. The top to relax and find privacy with your partner. Cradled and pampered. We felt we were in paradise.

Price quality just not sufficient. Domain nicely maintained, nice beautiful environment. Room decent but for 5 star just ok. Food quite monotonous but can go through. In Marbella and Saint-Tropez you have more quality for similar prices.

The location is fantastic, with great beaches & lovely views. All the staff are very friendly & accommodating, and the facilities are very good. Food, oh wow! Such an amazing choice a lot of which is different every day. Unfortunately loses a star for the following: The room - we were upgraded to a deluxe room from a side sea view and it was pretty basic and the shower was poor with no working extractor fan. And the extortionate prices for anything outside that covered by half board e.g. 3+ for a 1 litre bottle of mineral water.

Beautiful hotel set in wonderful two main bays, along with 'sister' hotel Elounda Beach. Every conceivable needs leisure-wise is catered for. 5star hotel comparable with similar on Crete.
Themed nights. Catamaran and other water sports for hire.
No restrooms unless you count living rooms, conference rooms, hallways and foyer. There are toilets though. Exquisite reasonably priced meals and snacks comparable with elsewhere. e.g. Burger chips and salad 14. Lager 6/0.5L.
Five star hotel. Five star prices all served to you wherever and whenever.
We had a cool mountain view suite.

Fantastic staff, great resort but cheaper rooms are cheaper for a reason and are more akin to UK 3 star.

Amazing place, sitting on a bay with beautiful views, everything is clean and tidy, large lawns, spoon pools, both outdoor and indoor, just have to choose a level room, preferably with a private pool and eat in the hotel restaurants, because the food in the dining room is not tasty at all, I arrived with A large group and most of them complained that the food was not tasty.

Child-friendly beach, clean and relatively calm sea, stunning hotel grounds. Objections would be: cutting corners on maintenance capex, (over)charging for bottled water in rooms ( 3 per 500 ml), no deli/grocery store in the complex, perhaps too quiet entertainment-wise and finally a general observation of high wind most of the time (in 2nd half of August).

Unusual place, extraordinary hotel and great service. We rest for 2 years in a row and plan only to rest here. Everything is EXCELLENT! Many thanks to everyone from the janitor to the director. We advise everyone - only in Vay, !!!

A very elegant and stylish place, good for a romantic trip. There is only one problem ...
Mixed service, some polite others indifferent. Food bad for vegetarians. I recommend to vegetarians to take a room without food and eat in the city or look for another HOTEL. Regards

The service is good, the sea in the place of the hotel is clean. The beach is sandy small, very cozy.

Like in his whirlpool, the magnificent Elounda Beach, Excellent place. Large with plenty of rooms and services. In a magnificent landscape like Elounda it sits beautifully and rightfully titled as one of the nicest, best and idyllic hotels in the world !!!

What to do ... Great hotel, great hospitality and service, the beach small and beautiful, the view amazing ... We will definitely be back!

A very clean hotel with very friendly helpful staff. We thouroghly enjoyed our stay good rooms and facilities.
The Buffet meals were good and lots of choices but after a week we found it slightly repetative. Other restraunts are available with a 30Euro credit
The local area is quiet and also has sufficient Tavernas to suppliment the hotel offerings.

Very rudely communicates Allen's touring. Shocked that such a hotel could have such staff

The best option for accommodation - prestige bungalow with sea view (note: not sea side sea view, which is the partial view) or deluxe bungalow with heated shared pool.
Breakfast and dinner - very good, with fresh, healthy and testy food. But coffee at the breakfast is very bad.
Sandy Beach is small, but you will always find a place and hotel staff will serve and make your chaise-longue.
A few beach cafes and restaurants serve very good food at lunchtime.

Have a week holiday, very nice quiet corner. Not so crowded, beautiful private beach, great for swimming.

Stayed in this beautiful hotel in September 2019. The views were sensational of Elounda Bay and we loved the area. We hired a car and travelled around the island (hotel has a large car park to the rear to park). The hotel had an amazing sushi restaurant on the beach, honestly some of the best sushi we have ever had. The hotel driveway is very steep but the hotel has golf carts if you struggle. The only thing that let the place down was the evening choice in the restaurant. Not loads of options! Apart from that try the cocktails at the bar, they have a great menu! Would definitely return!

It's a nice traditional hotel that I would recommend you to visit. With the amazing views and scenery it's a good hotel, the only little bit of a downside are some of the rooms but because of the location I would personally make a little sacrifice.

Very nice hotel located on the Elounda Bay area (as the name suggests). Service is friendly, pools are very clean and convenient, rooms are comfy and breakfast is very tasty
