Rude lorry driver blocks our car park in Bournemouth every time he delivers.when asked to let me out i was told i would have to wait 20 minutes very bad not happy at all. I wonder how he would feel if o blocked him in for 20 miniets!

Crappiest supplier ever. They get a batch of products at the beginning of the week, in their warehouse and deliver it throughout the week. Had products from them with a use by date term, earlier than the stuff we already had in stock.
Delivery of fresh chicken breast on Tuesday has the same "use by date" term as the one we get delivered on Saturday.
Some items I think they freeze so it doesn't go to waste, because the bags of peeled onion, look and feel like frostbite.
All in all, the worst supplier ever

A Chef Direct van has been parked outside our office for over an hour, leaving the fridge motor noisily running. Allegedly he's delivering to the offices opposite but I've only heard him unloading once. This isn't the first time these vans have deafened us for long periods. We're a company which does a lot of phone work talking to distressed callers. The loud background noise is not helpful. Show some consideration! If you're going to park for ages, the motor can surely go off for a while without damaging the produce.

What's point you have booking slot and you must wait 4 hours for unload

Booking in and unloading procedures are slow and overly complicated some of the staff are rude and abrupt

I and a number of other motorists were delayed for thirty minutes this afternoon because your thoughtless driver blocked the exit at the National Park Visitor Centre near Brecon.

A lady worried about not being able to get back to Cardiff (an hour away) for a schools pick-up asked him politely if he would reverse for 1-2 metres (there was 10 metres of clear space behind the vehicle) but he wouldn t do this so we waited thirty minutes.

Chef direct trucks use disabled driving bays and refuse to leave. When I complained to Chef Direct, they first put me through to a phone that wasn't answered, second call they claimed there wasn't a manager, yes really and on my 3rd try I got through to a junior manager who claimed the first call never happened, She also claimed that she'd not had complaints before, whivh given how hard it is to make a copmlaint is not surprising. Here is a photo of their truck, with foot high letters saying it is a disabled bay.

Ignorance like I've never seen before, delivery driver parked on my spot, after I told him to move the car he said "ya I know it's just one more pallet". I had to force him to back out the car. What a joke.

Inconsiderate drivers sit outside my property for 3-4 hours from 5am each week with their fridges and engines running the entire time. No consideration for local residents as long as they can make as much noise as possible. A complaint will be made today.

Chef Direct lorry sat outside our office on a double yellow line for nearly an hour. Refrigerating unit and engine running the whole time, made a quick delivery when they first arrived and the two guys sat in the cab the rest of the time with their headphones on!! Not appreciation for anyone else. Our staff left unable to hear and with headaches from the loud noise and this made all phone calls difficult, especially as they are used a lot. The only left when they saw my colleague approaching them. Had to put a star rating for review to post wouldn't have done if was not a requirement.

A driver today in Lincoln registration number Fn67aop move my chained bike bent my handle bars just for a short cut to move trolleys off his truck I have 2 witnesses and cctv from the square sail Witherspoons ... bad tempted so called human life will be ringing the police for charges criminal damage ......

D*ckhead foreign driver hits my car with a palette and leaves a nice blue line down the rear bumper. Trying to find a phone number to complain. Not impressed. He knew he hit the car, but proceeded to walk off. He knew full well he wouldn't for through the gap but forced it anyway. They will be paying for this to be removed! I don't care how small the bill maybe. They want to teach them some manners while training them!!!

They park outside my property, delivering two cages of food to a restaurant 100 feet away. Takes on average an hour and a half to deliver these two cages with their smelly, noisy diesel engines running outside. my window. No consideration for residents

I would like to say a huge thank you to the driver of one of your vans FN67 AHV this am 25th Sep a milk crate had flown off a milk lorry on the M1 and I had no option but to drive over as it came towards me at speed due to cars and a van being in the surrounding lanes. The crate then became lodged under my car, I came of the M1 and pulled over and the driver came and assisted me. He managed to remove the crate from under my car that had become lodged and checked for any obvious damage. I can honestly say he came to my rescue and cannot thank him enough. Please pass this message on if you can.

Drivers need better training. Pulling across two lanes of a matter way slip road in a 7.5 lorry. Sort it out.

Terrible company who appear to employ absolute cretins.
