Calamari is amazing!! Most places overcook it, theirs was perfect. Mushroom pizza was the best. Very pleased with my experience. The next time I'm here, I'll definitely revist.

You cannot order a slice and must order a personal or regular size pizza. Its all fresh here and made to order. This place was very clean and the staff was very nice. Ordered a personal Margarita Pizza for $13 and it was delicious. The sauce was amazing and the cheese was super fresh. The price fits the area, but don't mind paying more for high quality ingredients. Really loved the sauce. The Crust was good, not great. Had some crunch but lacked flavor. I will go back again for sure. Great Pizza.

The food and service were beyond our expectations. I really loved the vibes of this restaurant. Fantastic spot to take my family out for dinner.

The food is good but skip the sweet potato fries. Waste of a $2 upcharge, no salt and paired with ketchup smh. But the staff is super friendly, the bathrooms are clean and the decor is nice. I ordered a Roasted Turkey Panini but the pizza looked better

Went with some colleagues for dinner. Food was tasty and large portions. Service was attentive and accommodating.

Nothing special - Pizza was bland. Sauce was average they put too much on the pizza.

Nice presentation but the food really isn't all that when you think about it. I had the short rib lasagna which didn't have very much short rib in it and way too much tomato sauce, practically drowning in it!

Excellent simple Italian. BYOB. There used to be a liquor store in the shopping center, but it closed. The staff will arrange delivery from a nearby store for $10, but bring your own if you can. Food is outstanding.

Excellent italian food. We ordered multiple appetizer and small dish items and they were all great. I recommend the pizza and the crab salad. We did not have any entrees but look forward to it next time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD. I am staying at the hotel literally next door to restaurant - pizza arrived EXTREMELY cold. Called for replacement pizza and manager was extremely rude . He finally agreed to remake a pizza and then delivered a pizza with all the sauce and cheese on the lid of the pizza box- looks like it turned it upside down a few times. Box was also wet and it is not raining outside. Needless to say, I will not be eating this pizza nor returning to this establishment. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Very good service with a few seats outside. Good appetizers, byob, but pizza is average at best.

The food was awesome and the ambience is nice. Kinda upscale feel. Their use of mozzarella made from bison milk makes everything taste better.

Stopped in last night for a quick bite after a long flight. The entrees were a bit pricey for quick meal so we opted for a Italian sausage pizza. It was virtually tasteless like hamburger was substituted for sausage and the crust was like cardboard. Friendly service but we won't be going back

The food was excellent. Stone oven pizza for kids and adults dishes for parents. The atmosphere was relaxed but still a night out. BYOB. We had a fig and goat cheese with honey app. that would make an excellent dessert!

Great place. I was impressed with the amount of salads and choices for their lunch menu and all of them are organic. The food was fresh and light and tasted very good. I need to try all the other choices on the menu. The pizza looked good as well.

I have been many times but the service has been really bad lately. Last Friday I had dinner with my family and after waiting 15 min for appetizers I had to ask for it. Waiter brought it (they had clearly forgotten) and then 1 min after brought our order. I commented that it was not good to bring the food together with the appetizer and was told: but you never said that you wanted appetizer first . Really?!? Kind of place that now makes you feel they are making you a favor to serve you. Last time

Italian food with a nice style. The family will customize anything for you. Very Gluten aware, many dishes are gluten-free. Our 2nd visit. We will be back!

Had dinner with family first time coming home from new York it was great everything is made from strach seasoned perfectly highly recommend

Somehow I did not go here often but I finally gave it a change, and found out they make excellent pizza! Their salad is good too. And I like their mint lemonade. Ingredients taste fresh. Now part of my lunchtime rotation.

Great find. Very original options. Offer a lot of choices for all different types of diets. Making a decision is the hardest part!

Very good food and a beautiful space but service is inconsistent. Some staff are quite attentive while others really should seek alternative employment. The entire staff pitches in to serve the customers and rescue the dining experience, but the distracted primary servers who seem bothered by customer needs are a turn off.

Great Apple Salad special! The food was excellent. Could use a little more light for these middle-aged eyes, but it's a nice place.

Sat night is busy, but entrees are creative and delicious. Try the antipasto triple play which is always changing. Service was excellent.

Best food ever, they were so good I kept coming every night when I was on vacation I'm in everything in that taste so good even if they made soap it would have been good also. And I also want to mention Cindy she works the evening to night shift she was so great very down-to-earth very friendly not judgmental thumbs up to Cindy.

Fantastic food and fun place. It's BYOB, a wine shop is a couple doors down. I will be dining here again on my next trip to NJ. Vegetarian friendly.

Service was a average. Or server was a very grumpy bordering on rude person. It was the WORST veal I've ever had so thin it was pure breading. My colleague had the parmigiana and he didn't like the sauce at all. We won't be back. Picture shows the veal. Sorry correction. Lack there of...

Great artisan pizzas and Italian food. Prices are fair and staff is always friendly and attentive. Have tried many of the lunch menu options and never had a disappointing meal.

Great gourmet pizza and pasta. My favorite thing to order is a large pie split into four quadrents of ANY of their gourmet pizza offerings. The Italian sausage and mushroom are two musts if you like those topping. Also the avocado toast is sublime! Will have to revisit and possibly upgrade my review to 5 stars but I feel I need to try their pasta dishes. So I am confident recommending the pizza, I hope the pasta and entrees are just as good.

Found this place randomly and already went back there twice! Great environment. Loved the pizza and the four cheese ravioli. The desert is to die for. Will definitely go back there!

I celebrated my graduation this evening in this fine place. Well we enjoyed a tremendous evening and the restaurant was no doubt the reason for the fruitful celebration. The stuff collaborated in a graceful manner, the food was delicious and my friends were so glad. We shall surely come back again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

Atmosphere was clean and nice, I ordered the Prosciutto Panini and was not satisfied at all. Really disappointing to say the least. My ciabatta bread was hard as a rock, my prosciutto was not buttery or melting in my mouth whatsoever. I had to gnaw and literally pry the meat apart to chew and swallow each bite. By far worst sandwich I ve ever had.

Food was excellent! Our appetizers and dinners were exceptional! However by 8:30 pm, they clearly wanted us to leave the premises.

Trattoria Bolu holds a special place for us because of one dish in particular. The lemon caesar salad...not even kidding that it makes the trip worth it. The stone fired pizza is also very good, but the super star at Bolu is the lemon caesar salad. Ridiculously good. You can also bring your own or have a nice bottle of wine delivered.

Good food and really nice ambience. Byob to make it even better. The staff are nice and friendly.

It was GREAT! I enjoyed this place very well with my family and kids are welcome. You can come for any occasion to celebrate with their wonderful food! Their deserts are DIVINE and their staff is very helpful. Many vegetarian options!
