Not very happy, as full disclosure was not given o...

Not very happy, as full disclosure was not given on the used truck we bought, also they didn't have necessary paperwork in which we had to chase. Stated that all the tires were virgin tires, yet 2 weeks later the front steer wheel had a huge missing chunk; called for the proof of warranty on the tires, no call back of course. (can you guess)??
I found it shady, also requested that they reimburse us for work on the truck, as it turned out to be they sold a truck that seems to be a lemon. Its not even stuff that is warranted, its electrical issues, and questions we asked the salesperson in regards to the hood; stated all is good, see the invoice on the work?
We have spent in excess of $15,000 more on top of a truck that costed $57,000! In close, it was only God that saved my husband from situations where he could have lost his life. I will never buy a truck from this place, again. What I can say is we were treated nicely, but extremely rushed to buy and leave. As you go along you learn, but we will be buying a new truck soon, and it will not be there for sure.

I m renting a 2015 truck from Kenworth PacLease that apparently has some transmissions problems, brought it to the service and PacLease Team was very nice and made a replacement of 2020 truck in just few minutes. I m surprised what an AMAZING and QUICK Customer service. Thank you guys, you are awesome.

Dropped my truck off on July 31st. Here it is August 6th and we are once again being told the truck won't be done til tomorrow. One motor mount, thats all they had to replace. They didn't have the part in stock, what freaking dealership doesn't have parts in stock? I'll tell ya, KENWORTH OF SALT LAKE CITY DOESN'T! they broke our cab mount replacing the motor mount and then charged me for that. All a bunch of lies and run arounds.

I needed a lease/rental truck, so I called Alisha and ask her for my request. She said she d call me back to let me know how so she could bring one in. She called back and said tomorrow... by the time I got there the truck was ready to go! I loved how quick and flawless the transaction went through. Best interaction I ve had with a dealership. Awesome service department. Called them 2hrs prior to arriving discussed the issue with my truck. Upon arriving put a technician right on it fixed & out the door in an hour. Andrew my technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. These people understand the importance of keeping an OTR truck on the road.

I'm not really happy with use Kentworth sales, I purchase a use truck, everything was good till I refuse to buy a warranty. After my first service all the issues in this truck show up, they start with $3000 Bill and after they saying the turbo is bad and Def system will be bad if you don't replace the turbo. Another Bill of $8000 dollars, I paid close to $60k because people say about Kenworth truck are the best and they are completely wrong! Kenworth it is just the brand that use to be good.

This place has people who treat you with the utmost respect and dignity and they are very upfront with about anything and everything and they are not afraid to answer any of your questions that you are not afraid to ask. I really enjoyed my time at this place and they more or less treat you like family I highly recommend these people to anybody who is serious and getting into the trucking industry.

With an appointment for a 4hr job took over 10hrs while I was waiting. With them telling me multiple time that afternoon it will only be a hour more. Service department doesn't seem to know what is happening in their own shop.

I went in for a code issue, and cabin filter repla...

I went in for a code issue, and cabin filter replacements. While I was there they mistook my heater core for the cabin filter, and didn't fix the code issue. As an added bonus, after they replaced my heater core (on their dime) they didn't purge the air from my coolant system leaving me to deal with it down the road.

After losing two days, and missing a really good load all I got for my trouble was a set of floor mats.

Thanks Kenworth, I appreciate the help.

Jessica at Pac lease has earned my business. Quality these day's is hard to find. I'm the type of person who has no problem paying extra for quality service. Year's ago I rented a truck and came back here knowing before how great of service she provided. Yes I found a cheaper place to rent from. The reason why I choose Kenworth was Jessica's positive attitude and great service!!! No matter what they're paying her she deserves a raise!!

Awful service. Went in for severe vibration issues. Asked for our truck to be put on a vis machine. It diagnoses suspension issues. The desk help was very sweet but very dismissive. Mechanic insisted it was tire issue. They told us they put it on the vis machine and only found lose mount. We left there after replacing a tire and alignment, and down the road my husband found a front shock to be lose. We got no report from the diagnostic. They lied. Why? I dont know. Our truck is still broke. Going to another kenworth dealer. Do not go to this one!

Brought my truck in on Tuesday for oil leaks on a ...

Brought my truck in on Tuesday for oil leaks on a long block with only 32,000 miles on it. Was told they'd get it in, diagnose the issues on it but it would take a couple of days to do the warranty work. Called Wednesday evening and it still hasn't been pulled in. Called again Thursday and was informed that they were extremely busy and when they checked me in it was actually for the following Monday. Get a call on Friday that they pulled it in, diagnosed all the oil leaks and everything would be replaced by Wednesday. Called this morning (tuesday 8 days after dropping it off) and was told it would be done this afternoon, they only had a couple hours left to go on it. Show up at 3:30 pm and was informed the tech called in sick because it was his birthday and they still try and get it done on the night shift.

This service department has major communication problems that really needs to be addressed at the highest level.

By far best Kenwoth service repair I've ever been too. Very pet friendly. Michelle at front desk very helpful. Friendly staff. Fixed our truck in a timely manner. Even kept a trickle charge to our truck for our refrigerators. Thought for sure all our food was going to be bad!! Nope!! Great job Kenworth staff!!

Upon entering the property, I saw numerous trucks in need of repair. Kinda reminded me of an auction of sorts. Anyhow, was only able to get partial repairs done on vehicle. Would have had to wait till Monday of next week for the rest. I'm thinking that KW has more business than it can handle. It's a shame that even for simple, minor repairs, you still have to wait. Too few mechanics? Bays? Most likely.

The guys that I have worked with are extremely helpful and the free delivery is great for parts.

We have a growing fleet and since we already like Kenworth trucks, their service and helpful attitude makes us want to stick with them for uniformity in our fleet.

Cuz you have to understand simple mechanics princi...

Cuz you have to understand simple mechanics principles, if one shock bar is speel out, you have to replace both, if you not, rather it's non professional, I'll may come back, you do that you should, mean replace one more shock, and 2 other I'll buy and pay for replacement, +2 star.
I have a bachelor degree on heavy duty diesel engines and other equipment, that will good deal for both sides.
Please, don't try earn on me extra on replacement.
I can do it by myself, but deal as deal.
Appointment on 26 August 10.00 am, it's ok?

We drop truck off on Friday. They say, "will pull in on Monday to diagnose". No call Monday. I call Tues. "haven't pulled it in yet, we have been busy, will call you back today." No call Tues. I call Wed. "we're sorry, we will call you back in a couple hours.". They call back (hooray), "we want to trouble shoot electrical problems, will update you tomorrow.". No call Thurs. Friday.. I call, "Our tech is trouble shooting electrical problems, hasn't found an issue yet but thinks he can find it soon." Very frustrating.

I can understand juggling priorities, busy workload, commitments, and other jobs. Its hard to understand that (A) they don't keep commitments to us, and (B) the burden is on us to check in on them so work happens. If they were honest about their workload, and reported back with actual details then I would not write a negative review.. even if it had taken a week because then I would have understood and expected it.

Really good parts people. Called in. at 7PM and Bobby was able to track me down some exhaust studs that no one else could find. I was able to drive down and pick them up. He was even called Freightliner and Peterbilt to track down some gaskets that I needed. If you ever need any parts call these guys and ask for Bobby.

This place has gotten to be the worst place to get your truck worked on, I have even called and talked to mike kitchen mger there and did not get a damn thing done, my truck was sitting on lot for 10 days befor they took it in, and did a very bad job, they had my truck 3 times for the clutch, and this is a new truck bought at this facility, now my truck is back again for clutch, and has sat on lot now 3 days, go to another Kenworth or to Peterbuilt down the road.

One of the best dealers I have ever had to deal with running a fleet. Truck rental went smooth and efficient. Swapped our ELD from the down truck to the rental and then back and made it a priority. Would no doubt send a truck here for repairs or rent a truck here again. My driver was very please with the service level.

Having real problems with them honoring lease agre...

Having real problems with them honoring lease agreement.
Had a transmission failure on one of our 3 trucks. There was damage when it failed, bell housing, clutch, carrier bearings. The bill was just under $15000. It happened at 60 mph in high gear. They are claiming driver error and sent us the bill.
I am not happy over this.
And running on bald tires in the winter (we change them @ 3/32. NOT HAPPY
