Super nice and personal experience, Carla and Natalie downstairs in the restaurant were great, and the bellhop.

We stay at the Mutiny every year during the Sony Tennis Open and just love it. The location is so close to everything and the accommodations are perfect. The kitchen is so convenient to make meals for the kids and to pack lunches. The hotel is luxurious with a very modern feel - staff is friendly and accommodating. It always feels like a home away from home. Not sure how people could give it a poor review. Maybe just hard to please.. I have stayed there 4 times totaling 12 nights over the past 2 years and just love it every time.

Very good. Wonderful attention. Its recreation and sports spaces are very good.

We only stayed for one night and found the hotel very satisfactory. The employees were very helpful. We stated on the 7th floor with a small view of the bay. Walking distance to the Coconut Grove restaurants. Only downer was the valet fee. $28 plus tax. Our car remained in the same space we left it in until the morning when were were checking out. It had been moved shortly before that. Just a nice way of grabbing a few bucks from the customers.

One bad and one good experience for us. We have stayed here twice. The first time, we had an unfortunate experience when checking in. We arrived a bit earlier than the supposed check-in time, so we waited until the check-in time, and was told that our rooms would soon be ready, only for an additional hour to pass before we actually got our rooms. To make matters worse, one of the rooms had not been properly cleaned when we finally got them. When we returned a year later and chose to stay here again, there were absolutely no issues, however. All in all, it is a nice hotel with a great location and decent facilities. I only give it 4 stars instead of 5, because of that unfortunate first-hand impression.

Beautiful hotel, great service and amazing location

After giving up an Airbnb nightmare, we relocated to The Mutiny where we thoroughly enjoyed our last 2 days in Miami.

The staffers were friendly and extremely polite and helpful.

Loved everything about our stay. It was much needed after the disappointing stay at Airbnb.

short walk to shopping and restaurants of the "Coco Walk" in Coconut Grove. great location, comfortable hotel with nice amenities. The staff is very kind and helpful. This hotel with it's magical magnificent history is beautiful. The bar is comfortable and good food at the restaurant. The waterfall and garden near the pool is a good place to relax. I will stay here whenever possible!

Great hotel the room was surprisingly huge and the hotel overall was not crowded at all. Pool is a decent size restaurant is a little overpriced but not too crazy. The decor cleanliness appearance and smell of the hotel are amazing. It smells like love when you walk in the door. The only thing I didn't like was paying for parking with no other options.

Small spaces. Understaffed. Food was served undercooked and cold. Valet is overpriced and had to walk to my car and drive it out my self.

Living room, bedroom with a full kitchen and washer dryer. This is perfect for long stays. Staff is extremely helpful. The restaurant downstairs Table 14 They are awesome. It s ran by husband & wife. The location is great.

Newly renovated, spacious and very comfortable with many options of different and exclusive shops for a comfortable and quiet lifestyle. I have also visited the Hotel at events and weddings, I like supersonal and its attention for guests.
