One bad and one good experience for us. We have stayed here twice. The first time, we had an unfortunate experience when checking in. We arrived a bit earlier than the supposed check-in time, so we waited until the check-in time, and was told that our rooms would soon be ready, only for an additional hour to pass before we actually got our rooms. To make matters worse, one of the rooms had not been properly cleaned when we finally got them. When we returned a year later and chose to stay here again, there were absolutely no issues, however. All in all, it is a nice hotel with a great location and decent facilities. I only give it 4 stars instead of 5, because of that unfortunate first-hand impression.
